PT. Archi Indonesia, Tbk is an Indonesian based pure gold mining company, with a focus on gold in Indonesia, with the head quarter in Jakarta. Our subsidiaries in Manado - North Sulawesi,  PT. Meares Soputan Mining (MSM) and PT. Tambang Tondano Nusajaya (TTN) at Tokatindung Project Site – are currently seeking below professional in order to support our seamless operation:

HC TRAINER (Code : HCT/VII/25)

(Location : Toka Tindung)

     DUTIES :

• Designing and updating training materials (manuals, presentations, modules, etc.);

• Delivering training in various formats (classroom, virtual, on-the-job, etc.);

• Evaluating training effectiveness and adjusting programs as needed;

• Managing training materials and ensuring proper documentation;

• Creating and maintaining accurate training reports;

• Supporting employee development plans in alignment with organizational goals;

• Perform other duties as may be assigned.

     REQUIREMENTS :

1. Minimum Bachelor's degree, preferably in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field;

2. At least 5 years of experience in training delivery and minimum 2 years in a leadership role;

3. Proven experience in instructional design is highly preferred;

4. Proficient in English, both written and spoken;

5. Skilled in Microsoft Office; prior experience with LMS or Training Management Systems is a plus;

6. Training of Trainer and POP/POM certifications are an advantage;

7. Strong communication skills;

8. Leadership and coaching mindset;

9. Problem-solving ability;

10. High adaptability in a dynamic environment;

11. Awareness of company safety and environmental standards.
