1. Job Title: Field Surveyor (QS) Refinery
Balikpapan 24 months 5 personnel
Job description:
• Verify Bill of Quantities including Quantity take‐off refer to Construction Drawing
• Join Survey with Contractors to verify progress claims submitted by Contractors.
• Liaise with Contractor’s QS on progress payments and variation orders.
• Measurement, Taking-Off of Quantities, familiar with Bill of Quantities, etc.
• Identify additional and subtraction of quantities
• Assist Project Reporting Coordinator in monitoring physical progress
• Attend Site Meetings and take charge of all clients' request / feedbacks
Requirements:
- Willing to work in Balikpapan

2. Job Title: Field Mechanical Engineer - Stationary Equipment

- 7+ years of experience in oil and gas and petrochemical project.
- Experienced as Mechanical field supervisor especially for Major Mechanical Equipment such as steam Boiler, sphere tank, process vessels and others Mechanical equipment for Process and Utilities plant.
- Expertise in API, ANSI, ASME, AWS, TEMA, NACE, ASTM
- Able to to perform fields supervisory for Mechanical equipment installation and testing with a high level of quality.

- Has Experience in the field supervisory of pipelines installation including pipeline routing, sizing, isometric, materials selection, corrosion protection and tie-in procedures.
- Has an excellent knowledge of current internationally recognized Codes and Standards such as: API, ANSI, ASME, AWE, NACE, ASTM
- Has a proven ability to perform Piping installation and testing with a high level of quality in gas processing plants and utility facilities
- Has experience in HSSE (Health, Safety, Security and Environment) Management System.

- Has professional certificate of competency in electrical power system
- Has a wide range of experience in the Electrical engineering with specific in design and planning for Electrical Power Generating System, Power System Analysis (ETAP Software Program) System, Power
- Has experience to developed Electrical design basis, conceptual design of underground facilities and standard drawings and controlled all the Electrical design activities through the project execution.
- Has Experience in Electrical Distribution System including an integrated electrical power management system.
- Has Experience as Lead Electrical Engineer
- Has an excellent knowledge of current internationally recognized Codes and Standards such as:

5. Job Title: Field ICSS Engineer Refinery

- At least a Bachelor of Science degree in Instrument/Control Engineering
- 7 (seven) years’ experience oil and gas and petrochemical project (i.e. refinery project, petrochemical, and gas processing/ LNG).
- Has a wide range of experience in the Instrument/Control engineering with specific in design and planning for Instrument/Control especially for RFCC, hydrotreating, reforming, and hydrocracking plant include Integrated Control and Safety System (ICSS) and Emergency Shutdown System (ESD)
- Has experience to develop Instrument/Control design basis, conceptual design of Instrument/Control and standard drawings and controlled all the Instrument/Control design activities through the project execution.
- Has Experience in Major Instrument/Control system design.
- Has Experience as Lead Instrument/Control Engineer
- Has an excellent knowledge of current internationally recognized Codes and Standards such as API, ANSI, ISA, IEC, NEMA, NFPA, NEC, NFPA 70, IEEE, and ICEA.

6. Job Title: Field Start-Up Engineer Refinery
Balikpapan, 24 months, 3 personnel
- To effectively manage and provide technical direction to their Commissioning Engineering team or teams to assure the design integrity of a specific project or projects including team performance within stated budget and schedule constraints.
- Overseeing the commissioning activities in the interior in a safe manner, within budget, on time and in accordance with the applicable Company Procedures and Technical Specifications
- Review the scope of construction and identify any possible anomalies during construction.
- Input commissioning expertise into the design process.
- Monitor the HSE performance of all commissioning contractors in the area (against the Departmental, Project or Contract HSE Plan) and to ensure that all work sites under his control are operating in a safe manner.
- Plan for station or part of station start-up and shutdown with Operations.
- Review marked-up as built drawings (PEFS) of the completed construction before commissioning and handover to Operations. Highlight any deviations from the original design to the Head of Construction.
- Manage Vendors field or specialist commissioning engineers.
- Ensure discipline personnel consistently work within the Quality Management System.
- Provides early notice of, and work with the project management team to resolve, any impediments to the engineering process.
- Encourage intra-discipline and inter-discipline communication, to facilitate effective project collaboration. In particular, establish good communications with the project management team.
- Able to deal professionally, fairly and ethically with third parties such as vendors and contractors with due regard to commercial and contractual responsibilities.
- Promote the understanding and application of risk management techniques within the discipline.
- Monitor the installation progress against the schedule and ensure that any required commissioning activities are planned and scheduled appropriately.
- Prepare and issue commissioning work packs in a timely manner for offshore and discipline review, as per the planned schedule.

7. Job Title: Field Inspector

Job Description:
- Inspection and verification of both in process and completed work activities including witnessing construction/performance testing performed by construction or contractor as directed by the Assistant QA/QC Manager or Construction Manager or Commissioning Manager
- Required to complete daily inspection reports/checklists and maintain records until time of turnover
- Performs surveillances, assessments, or audit of Company or subcontractor
- Develops reports for the Assistant QA/QC Manager or Construction Manager or Commissioning Manager on the status and quality of work accomplished. Reports include QC or related reports from subcontractor.
- Supports and participates in HSE audits and assessments
- Provides input to monthly Quality Report
- Completes other responsibilities associated with this job as may be appropriate
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Naval Engineer
- 5+ years as Inspector in Oil & Gas, Refinery, or Petrochemical Plant
- Valid Certification in MIGAS Inspection
- For Rotating Equipment Inspection:
o Has a wide range of experience in the Rotating engineering with specific in design and planning for Rotating Equipment of RFCC project and License Unit Plant, include Main Air Blower & Expander for RFCC plant, Large Steam Turbine and Compressors
- For Piping Inspection:
o Has experience as Piping Engineer especially for developing systems of piping stress & vibration analysis in in piping engineering & design, construction of piping and piping rack, responsible for the design, analysis and review for Piping systems. in gas processing plants and utility facilities, and perform Piping equipment engineering include study, calculation, datasheet in Piping System with a high level of quality.
- For Electrical Inspection:
o Experience in Electrical engineering with specific in design and planning for Electrical Power Generating System, Power System Analysis (ETAP Software Program) System, Electrical Power Management System.
- For Welding Inspection:
o Experience as Piping Engineer especially for developing systems of piping stress & vibration analysis in in piping engineering & design. Minimum CSWIP 3.2 and/or ASNT Level II (RT, UT, MT, PT) to cover the non-destructive testing overseeing the application and viewing results.
- For Stationary Equipment Inspection:
o Experience as Equipment Engineer especially for Major Process Equipment such as Reactor/Regenerator, Large Column, Steam Boiler
- For Marine/Offshore Inspection:
o Experience in Marine Vessel Inspection
- For Pipeline Inspection:
o Experience in the field supervisory of piping installation including pipeline routing, sizing, isometric, materials selection, corrosion protection and tie-in procedures. 8. Position Title: Officer HSE - Revamp Permits
Balikpapan, 37 months

Job Descriptions:
- You will be responsible for the coordination of the work permits on the project. General responsibility for work authorization/permitting and defining the permit conditions within a facility remains under the Facilities Owner (FO).
- Assure project compliance with Permit-To-Work system.
- Check work permits for administrative items, such as if all required signatures are in place, if PPHA is available for the job, if the permit validity period complies with FO’s defined time frame.
- Notify FO in case of a potential SIMOPS issues (e.g., work on the same equipment / area where other crews have open permits for).
- Review contractor work requests and ensure strict adherence to approval flow, timeframes, and other permitting requirements
- Ensures expired work permits are closed, cancelled or renewed as the case maybe
- Support contractors maintain compliance with the procedures and standards.
- Advise Monitor & Audit Permit-To-Work (PTW) activities.
- Operate permit system in areas simultaneous construction and commissioning activities
- Conduct site inspections, particularly high-risk activities that should be checked daily for adherence to PTW requirements.
- Mentor, train and develop trainees as and when assigned.
- Demonstrate a personal commitment to Health, Safety and the Environment by following HES regulations and HES standards, policies and procedures.
- Set personal example to all employees regarding commitment and importance of PTW systems within the organization.
- Effectively integrate Permit-To-Work system into the project.
- Monitor and verify the effectiveness of the implementation and execution of the Permit-To-Work system.

9. Job Title: Admin Assistant /Travel

Responsibilities:
Assist the support services coordinator and the support services Manager to manage the project’s team work schedule/roaster.
Establish and manage the project’s team rotation tracker in coordination with the support services Manager.
Responsible for collecting the Project’s team contractors time sheets/expense reports, submit them for approvals with complete supporting documents.
Coordinate the Project’s team travel arrangement.
Responsible for keeping good inventory of office supplies such as hot drinks supplies/ printing papers etccc.
Replace the support services coordinator while on rotation and handle the contractors on-boarding process.
Responsible for submitting MIS tickets for IT equipment, responsible for submitting office and camp maintenance requests.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years’ experience as an admin assistant.
Minimum high school certificate.
Good English skills.
Good computer skills.
Preference:

10. Job Title: Driver
Timika 12 months
Responsibilities:
1- Able to operate and safely drive light vehicles or 4x4 pickup truck or Double cabin or a minivan, standard or automatic Gears.
2- Able to read and understand the government and PTFI road signs and regulations, follow the speed limit set by the government and or the company.
3- Responsible for coordinating the vehicle maintenance schedule with the company vehicles maintenance center, keep the vehicle well maintained and in an acceptable cleanliness inside and outside.
4- Pick up the new project’s team arrivals from the airport, receive them at the airport exit gate, help them to process their UID cards at the UID center located inside the airport premises.
5- Drive the project’s team new arrivals to their assigned accommodations, assist them to check in at the camp office and receive the accommodation key
6- Pick up urgent supplies from the company Wearhouse located at LIP mile 32.
7- Coordinate his daily activities with the site support services coordinator.
8- Follow the safety rules and regulations set by the company while performing his daily duties.
Qualifications:
1- Government issued driver’s license type A.
2- Minimum elementary school certificate.
3- Basic English.
4- Minimum 5 years’ experience in operating/driving light vehicles
