Job Summary
Conducting internal audits to ensure GOKPL compliance with government regulations, company policies, and procedures, involves reviewing internal controls, processes, systems, and policies to minimize business risks, and liaising with government and shareholder auditors during audit engagements to ensure smooth and effective audits.
Responsibility
1. Establishes short, medium, and long-term goals and objectives for the Internal Audit. Develops strategies, monitors progress, and ensures that these goals and objectives are met within the approved budget, on time, and in compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
2. Develops an adaptable annual audit plan that outlines the audit work schedule, staffing requirements, and budget for the upcoming fiscal year. Ensures the audit work schedule is based on the prioritization of the audit universe, using a risk-based methodology that takes into account risks and controls identified by management.
3. Manages the execution of the annual audit plan, which may include special tasks or projects requested by management.
4. Reviews audit reports for presentation to management and other relevant parties at the conclusion of each audit. These reports include audit findings, recommendations, and management action plans, as well as the auditee's explanations for any recommendations.
5. Continuously follows up on outstanding management action plans to address significant risks and rectify major deficiencies identified during the audit process.
6. Assists in investigating significant suspected or alleged fraudulent or unethical activities within the company and promptly informs management.

Job Specification
Experience: 10-12 Years of Experience in Finance (Oil and Gas Industry)
Qualification :
• Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Accounting
• Experience in the oil and gas industry or a public accounting firm.
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements, especially within the oil & gas industry (Laws 22/2001, GR 27/2017, GR 79/2010, MoF decree/PMK 258 th 2011) and SKK Migas Regulation (i.e. PTK 007, PTK 018, PTK 027, PTK 039, etc.) is preferable.
• Have an understanding on the cost recovery concept, COSO Internal Control Framework, and Anti Bribery Management System is an advantage.
• Have experience in the Big 4 (Four) AUDIT FIRM is an advantage
• Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), or other relevant professional certifications is an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for identifying areas of risk and process inefficiencies.
• Proficiency in audit management software, ERP systems, and data analytics tools (e.g. SAP)

Job Summary
Carrying out the pre-procurement process for Operation Support, including data collection and preparation of pre-procurement documents, as well as providing advice to the Operation Department on strategic procurement.
Responsibility
1. Prepare all of procurement packages, selection of procurement methods, and fulfillment of supporting document requirements to ensure that all procurement packages comply with applicable requirements and procedures and can proceed to the next stage.
2. Prepare the proposal creation by compiling all documents related to the Operation Support procurement process, including the Work Execution Plan (WEP), Material Request, Owner Estimation, Scope of Work, Material Specification, Draft Procurement Contract, Technical Bid Evaluation, Risk Assessment, WP&B, Budget Schedule, and others. These documents are compiled into a bid document to be submitted in the pre-qualification process for Operation Support procurement.
3. Carry out the pre-qualification process for Operation Support procurement, including announcing the tender through mass media, websites, or office notice boards, receiving pre-qualification documents from procurement participants, evaluating administrative and technical requirements, assessing the Contractor Safety Management System (CSMS), and compiling the final results of the pre-qualification process to obtain a list of qualified bidders eligible to participate in the tender process.
4. Coordinate the implementation of the Operation Support tender process, including receiving registrations from qualified procurement participants, distributing bid documents to tender participants, scheduling and conducting pre-bid meetings, explaining the administrative, commercial, and technical requirements of the Operation Support tender to participants, and preparing minutes of the pre-bid meeting with the approval of all tender participants. This ensures that all participants receive accurate information regarding the tender procedures and requirements.
5. Provide answers and clarifications to questions raised by participants during the pre-bid meeting and preparing a bid bulletin if there are additional provisions agreed upon during the pre-bid meeting. This ensures that all participants fully understand the Instructions to Bidders (ITB) in the upcoming tender process.
6. Coordinating the commercial evaluation process, including the opening of commercial documents, providing advice to users regarding the determination of the Bid Evaluation Price/Final Evaluation Price, conducting price negotiations, determining the proposed tender winner, and preparing the Procurement Result Report (BAHP) along with its approval by the authorized official in accordance with the delegation of authority table.

Job Summary
Lead and supervise the implementation of security and security programs for employee and company assets in the field in accordance with applicable security regulations and procedures to ensure the creation of a safe and conducive work environment in supporting smooth operations in the field.
Responsibility
1. Plan and lead the socialization program of security procedures to all employee in the field and oversee compliance to ensure all procedures are fully implemented so as to create a safe, orderly and controlled work environment.
2. Coordinate with other internal departments for any issues that need to be handled by security personnel whether it’s on site or headquarters.
3. Supervise the inspection of guests/visitors and vehicles that will enter the operational work area and conduct security procedure induction to all guests to ensure all guests/visitors comply with all applicable security procedures while in the operational area.
4. Maintain communication and coordination with regional authorities for any matters related to security and social.
5. Supervise escort and protection activities for employee who need assistance in carrying out work tasks inside and outside the operational area if necessary to ensure employee security and prevent security disturbances that could endanger employee life safety.
6. Involve in any event committee for events which held by SKKMigas Pamalu related to security.
7. Conduct security risk/vulnerability assessment or threat assessment onsite and continuously update the security risk profile.
