Currently our company is seeking suitable candidates as a:

1. Mining Manager

• Lead the mine operations management team and manage all mining personnel and resources

• Prepare operational plans for the mine, and monitor and report progress

• Propose capital expenditure projects to expand capacity or improve operations

• Prepare production and operating budgets, and report performance and costs

• Recognize operational, technical and safety challenges, take-action to prevent or overcome them and continuously seek improvement

• Contribute to business strategy to improve company’s competitiveness, profitability and growth

Requirements

• Post-secondary degree in mining or engineering

• Knowledge and experience in the mining industry

• Minimum of five years of experience in a leadership position, including in operations activities

• Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, email and presentation software

2. Senior Specialist – Business Improvement

• Monitoring and Manage the collection of production data (productivity, delay, physical and utilization availability, subcontractor performance), evaluate based on forecast, and proposing corrective action to site management due to production problem

• Prepare project’s budget using Integrated Budget System that consist of all operational cost and overhead cost

• Cost Control (Prepare cost estimation, monitor daily cost, and propose comprehensive analysis) and propose recommendation to achieve of Gross Profit Margin and Cost Efficiency

• Prepare guidance for subcontractor mining cost and activity to gain optimal performance based on financial contract clause

• Manage awareness for all operational function in financial status of project by providing Activity Based Costing and monitoring reduce cost project activity

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial Engineering

• Knowledge and experience in the mining industry

3. Metallurgy Technician

• Ensure operational data into metallurgical accounting files in a timely and accurate manner

• Ensure metallurgical test-works conform to work procedures precisely without having to repeat the same work

• Collect samples in the field for work metallurgical tests

• Check the stripped copper to ensure that the quality of the copper is consistent with the label on it

• Conducts a weekly inspection at a laboratory plant

• Conduct consolidation of copper striping and shipments

• Operate the test-work column facility

Requirements

• Degree in High Scholl / Vocational 

• Knowledge and experience as laboratory technician

4. Development Metallurgist

• Design heap spatial, cushion spatial, off-flow drainage, aeration feed, irrigation, evaporation, and temperature monitoring aspects of leach heaps.  Design with optimum copper leach rate as the main factors

• Manage and communicate heap design drawings, as-built checks, and as-built drawings

• Assist LPO in deciding heap construction sequence and orientation, considering equipment and spatial constraints

• Identify tests for and manage the column leach testing program

• Plan and manage other test-work relevant to current or emerging leach performance issues

• Produce technical reports on leach performance issues and heap operation guidelines as the need arises

• Produce/communicate SOPs/guidelines that describe best heap construction and operating practices for WCP

5. Reliability Engineer – Fixed Plant

• Work with Maintenance Management to ensure the reliability and maintainability of new and modified equipment

• Responsible for adhering to the Life Cycle Asset Management (LCAM) process throughout the entire life cycle of new assets

• Participate in the development of design and installation specifications along with commissioning plans. Develops acceptance tests and inspection criteria

• Participates in the final check out of new installations, this includes factory and site acceptance testing that will assure adherence to functional specifications

• Defines, Designs, Develops, Monitors and Refines an Asset Maintenance Plan

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering

• Knowledge and experience minimum 5 years in mining maintenance

6. Planner – Fixed Plant

• Ensure breakdowns, planned routine maintenance, non-routine maintenance, approved modifications and capital works are scheduled to be undertaken with minimum disruption to the process operation

• Ensure that parts, equipment, materials and tooling are receipted and allocated to the correct job before work is placed on the daily work schedule or shutdown schedule

• Allocate priorities on the daily work schedule or shutdown schedule and include copies of Standard Operating Procedure (SOP’s) or flag where Job Hazard Analysis (JHA’s) are to be completed

• Provide daily work schedules to the Maintenance Supervisor for implementation

• Plan and schedule work for all mill shutdowns and arrange the engagement of contract labor and procurement of equipment to carry out the work

• Prepare and issue weekly maintenance activity reports

• Develop scopes of work for any required external services and liaise with contractors to obtain competitive prices in accordance with BTR policy, for approval by the Maintenance Manager Fixed Plant

• Prepare and maintain, in conjunction with the Maintenance Supervisor Mechanic / Electric / Projects and maintenance teams, Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for all maintenance activities

Requirements

• Degree in High Scholl

• Knowledge and experience minimum 5 years in mining as Planner Fixed Plant 

7. Superintendent – Long Term Mine Planning

• Complete mining studies, inclusive of pit optimizations, designs and schedules for deposits within the limits of operating open pits or within the annual budget timeframe, up to and including Ore Reserve estimation and reporting

• Review and optimization of designs for operating open pit mines to deliver positive safety and production outcomes

• Prepare, or oversee the preparation of practical, detailed, and risk adjusted short, medium- and long-term mining schedules

• Track operational performance against mining schedules, keeping the Mine Manager - Open Pits updated on progress, risk and mitigative options

• Ensure alignment of geology grade control drill programs and block model updates with the planning cycle and production objectives

Requirements

• Will possess a minimum of 10 years mining experience in a relevant field

• At least 5 years' experience at supervisory or managerial level

• Have an in-depth understanding of mining and mine planning processes especially opencast mining

8. Specialist – Training & People Development

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct organization-wide training needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed

2. Develop and deliver internal training modules and materials especially for soft skill competencies based on competency gap analysis

3. Create training schedules for all departments, track and create reports on outcomes of all training and maintain training records for the company

4. Conduct training evaluation in order to analyse training effectiveness and constantly seek to improve

5. Conduct assessment of employee competencies to identify skill gap and create individual development plan in collaboration with head of department

6. Design training programs for local residents of Wetar to improve their capabilities and support local talent sourcing

Requirements:

1. Proven work experience as a Training Coordinator, Trainer, Training Facilitator, or similar role in mining industry

2. Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate)

3. Ability to convey complex information in an understandable way

4. Extensive knowledge of various teaching methods

5. Exceptional oral and written communication skills

9. English as Second Language (ESL) Instructor

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and deliver lesson plans that utilize a broad range of appropriate teaching techniques and strategies to enthuse learners and promote enjoyment of learning

2. Address all aspects of communication through appropriate instruction that develops each learner’s ability to read, write, speak, and listen in the appropriate content area

3. Select and sequence appropriate materials, resources, and approaches according to the course/content area and audience of learners

4. Accommodate independent study to be completed outside of class (in collaboration with line manager)

5. Maintain complete and accurate records of learner progress and evidence of growth and progress

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree in English Language or Education

2. Excellent command of the English language

3. Proven work experience as a English Teacher, English Facilitator, or similar role

4. Experience in working within a diverse environment of active learners
