1. Senior Mine Plan Engineer/Mine Plan Engineer
The Senior Mine Plan Engineer is responsible for the development, optimization, and implementation of comprehensive mine plans to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective coal extraction. This role involves creating both short-term and long-term mine designs, overseeing production schedules, and ensuring compliance with environmental and safety regulations. The Senior Mine Plan Engineer works closely with geologists, surveyors, and operations teams to maximize resource recovery, improve productivity, and reduce operational costs. They also provide technical leadership, mentoring junior engineers, and actively contribute to continuous improvement in mining operations.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree from reputable university in Mining Engineering
• At least 8 years of working experience in Mine Plan Engineering, with minimum 5 years in mine operation (Coal Mining)
• Proficient of operating mine planning and scheduling software such as Minescape, Minex, and Xpac; and survey software is a plus (AutoCad, Talpac and Terramodel)
• Capable in mine blasting plan and operation
• Good understanding about coal geology and geotech
• Good understanding of wide range mining equipment application
• Possess outstanding leadership skills, highly motivated, hard working under pressures and good team work
• Strong communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Possess POP/POM certification
2. Assistant Chief Engineering
Assistant Chief Engineering bertanggung jawab dalam perencanaan, pengelolaan, dan pengawasan seluruh aspek teknis pertambangan batubara. Posisi ini memastikan operasi tambang berjalan secara efisien, aman, dan sesuai dengan regulasi yang berlaku. Chief Engineering juga berkoordinasi dengan berbagai departemen untuk mengoptimalkan produksi serta memastikan kepatuhan terhadap standar lingkungan dan keselamatan kerja.
Job Requirements:
• Pendidikan minimal S1 Teknik Pertambangan atau bidang terkait.
• Pengalaman kerja minimal 10 tahun di industri pertambangan batubara, dengan pengalaman manajerial lebih diutamakan.
• Memahami teknik penambangan, perencanaan tambang, dan manajemen operasional tambang.
• Mahir dalam penggunaan perangkat lunak pertambangan seperti Surpac, Minex, MineScape, atau AutoCAD.
• Memiliki sertifikasi sesuai regulasi seperti POU/CPI/Juruledak Kelas 2.
• Kepemimpinan yang kuat, analisis yang tajam, serta keterampilan komunikasi yang baik.
3. Geology Manager
Geology Manager bertanggung jawab dalam perencanaan, evaluasi, dan pengelolaan aspek geologi pada operasi tambang batubara. Peran ini melibatkan pemetaan geologi, eksplorasi sumber daya, pengendalian kualitas batubara, serta dukungan teknis terhadap perencanaan dan produksi tambang.
Job Requirements:
• Pendidikan minimal S1 Geologi atau bidang terkait.
• Pengalaman kerja minimal 8–10 tahun dalam geologi tambang batubara, dengan pengalaman manajerial lebih diutamakan.
• Memiliki pemahaman yang mendalam tentang teknik eksplorasi dan pengembangan geologis, serta pengalaman dalam menganalisis data geologi dan membuat interpretasi yang akurat.
• Kemampuan untuk mengelola proyek-proyek kompleks, memimpin tim, dan bekerja dengan berbagai pemangku kepentingan.
• Mahir menggunakan perangkat lunak geologi seperti Minex, Surpac, Micromine, atau Leapfrog.
• Memiliki sertifikasi sesuai regulasi (seperti POP atau POM, CPI).
• Kemampuan komunikasi yang baik, kemampuan presentasi, dan keterampilan analitis yang kuat.
4. HR Supervisor
The HR Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing the daily human resources operations, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and training. This role involves supporting the workforce by implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance, and fostering a positive work environment. The HR Supervisor works closely with management and staff to address HR needs, resolve conflicts, and drive initiatives that promote employee well-being and operational efficiency. Their role is key in maintaining a strong, capable workforce that adheres to the safety and productivity goals of the mine.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in human resources, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role in mining industry.
• Strong understanding of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
• Knowledge of safety regulations specific to the mining industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor HR staff.
5. GA Supervisor
The GA Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing the facilities to support the operation activities at coal mining site include accommodation, transportation, catering, asset maintenance. This role is responsible to ensure availability of the infrastructure to enhance the smooth operation.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor degree from Civil Engineering, Hospitality and Hotel Management, Communications
• Preferred with HACCP certificate
• Experienced in controlling and knowing how to work correctly in building facilities construction activities
• Minimum 5 years working experience as General Affairs Supervisor in mining industry with mess management
• Able to interpret basic of construction drawing/ design and assess construction materials while supervise the progress
• Have good leadership, interpersonal and communications skills
• Able to work well in a team and independently
• Detailed, hands-on and fast learner
• Good in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Words, PowerPoint and etc
• Able to work at remote area
6. Warehouse Supervisor
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for the inventory management of heavy equipment’s spare part, warehouse management and optimization of spare part usage in order to support coal mining operation. This role will work closely with the team of mechanic, purchasing and safety to ensure availability of spare part and increase the efficiency of maintenance. They also ensure the compliance with safety regulations.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management/logistics/mechanical engineering or any related field
• Minimum 3 years of warehouse management experience with experience in supervisor level preferably within a large mining organization as Supervisor Warehouse/ Sr. Superintendent Warehouse/ Sr. Advisor Warehouse
• Excellent understanding of the mine maintenance function and procedures
• Strong leadership and organizational, scheduling & time management skills
• Strong communication skills and proven ability to engage and build relationships across multiple layers of the organization from senior management to site leaders and Operations Crew, and other Stakeholder
• Strong analytical capabilities and negotiating skills, sound business sense, advanced documentation skills with high attention to details
• Experienced in inventory system such as ERP (SAP, Oracle or others)
• Proficiency in computer skills (MS Office – Words, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) and Internet
7. HR Admin
The HR Admin is responsible for the administration of employees’ attendance, manpower request, site transfer, outstation. This role will monitor employees’ probation due date, maintain documentation of employee profile, and update leave record.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor degree from Human Resource Management or any related field
• Minimum 2 years working experience as HR Admin in mining industry
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills
• Able to work well in a team and independently
• Detailed, hands-on and fast learner
• Good in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Words, PowerPoint and etc
8. Safety Patrol
The Safety Patrol is responsible for monitoring of all site area and conduct inspection. This role handles the escorting of mobilization and prepare for reports & safety program.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Health or Safety Management or any related field
• Minimum 2 years working experience as Safety Patrol in mining industry
• Able to work well in a team and independently
• Certified in AK3/POP
