Job description

Compiling, directing and evaluating all mine planning activities in projects ranging from short to medium term planning according to an efficient and safe mine design through effective coordination with customers / clients and the Engineering Head Office to ensure the availability of mine plans & designs that support the achievement of production targets within the budget limits that have been determined based on HSE and applicable regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in mining engineering

• Having experience in same position minimum 5 years or 10 years as Superintendent Engineering in mining operation

• Male, maximum 45 years

• Have POM certification

• Having excellence experience mining procedure, road maintenance, civil design, PIT service management, Operation Management, Project Cost Estimation, Mine Geology, HSE procedure, HRD procedure

• Able to work with deadline

• Have good communication & attention with detail

• Willing to be Placed in All site Darma Henwa

SUPERINTENDENT TECHNICAL SERVICES ( ENGINEERING )

Job Description

Directs and coordinates the design and the medium term mine plan based on the correct "sequence" and coordinate geological and geotechnical data at project in accordance with the technical operations of mining which includes the production plan and estimation of equipment requirements to ensure effective implementation of mining operations in accordance with HSE standards and customer desires.

Qualification:

• Bachelor degree in Mining or Geology

• Understand Mining Process

• Having Experience in 5 years in same position

• Having Certificate POP or POM

• Able to read mining design

• Able Work with deadline

SUPERINTENDENT MINE PLAN

Job Description

Directing and coordinating the creation of short-term mine designs and plans including based on the correct "sequence" and in accordance with mining operational techniques, including production plans and estimating equipment requirements to ensure the effectiveness of mining operations in accordance with HSE standards and customer desires

• Understand Mining Process

• Having Experience in 5-7years in same position

• Having Certificate POP or POM

• Able to read mining design

MINE ENGINEER

Job description

Prepare medium-term and short-term mine plans and designs (daily, weekly, monthly to yearly) based on geologist data, survey data, correct "sequence", in accordance with mining operational technicalities that include production plans and equipment requirements and carry out anticipate the design & planning in the field to increase the effectiveness of mining operations in accordance with HSE standards and customer desires.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in mining engineering

• Having experience in same position minimum 3 years

• Male, maximum 40 years

• Have POP certification

• Having excellence experience mining, procedure, road maintenance, civil design, operation technique metode and project cost estimation, HSE procedure, HRD procedure

RISK MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST – SUPERINTENDENT LEVEL

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in any field (Mining Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industry Enginnering and Accounting is preferred )

• Having at least 5 years’ experience in the same position in mining industry

• Maximum 40 years

• Having excellence experience Mining Process, Financial Statement, Tax Report, Risk Management Identification Report, ISO Business Process, HSE Procedure

• Have CRMP certification is preferred

• Able to work with deadline & Attention with detail

• Willing to be Placed in Jakarta – HO

COST CONTROL SPECIALIST

Job Description

Responsible for compiling the budget compilation & evaluating the actual income and costs in the current year, and comparing with the budget; make an ABC (Activity Based Cost) and ABF (Activity Based Fuel) report on each of the Company's projects on a regular basis; conduct reconciliation, review and analyze costs both Direct Cost (fuel, hire etc.) and Indirect Cost (labor supply, etc.), through effective coordination with relevant departments to provide complete, accurate and timely cost information in support of smooth running improving the operational effectiveness and efficiency..

Qualification:

• Male, maximum age 40 years

• Min. Education S1 Mining Engineering, Economy, Management

• Have experience in the same field at least 3 years in mining company

• Have Finance for mining certification is preferred

• Understand the mining analyst process & Having the ability of financial analyst

• Having good communication skills

• Able to work under pressure

CIVIL ENGINEER

Job description

Perform identification, analysis, cost estimation, design & planning, design & drafting of all infrastructure development and repair work at the head office, representative offices and all projects based on superiors' directions within budget constraints, procedures and applicable HSE standards to ensure the availability of estimates, designs & relevant planning in ensuring the use functionality, effectiveness and aesthetics of infrastructure according to user demand.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in civil engineering

• Having at least 3 years’ experience in the same position, Preferred experience in the mining industry

• Minimum 25 years old, maximum 35 years’ old

• Having excellence experience Project Management, Structural analysis program,Engineering drawing program, HSE Procedure, HRD Procedure

• Having POP certification is preferred

• Able to operate Surpac/ Autocad /Minex/Civil 3P Software

• Willing to be placed on project construction PT Darma Henwa Tbk
