HCGS Manager

Assignment: Head Office, Kelapa Gading, Jakarta Utara

Requirements:

• Working Experience: At least 6 Years in this related field in mining company Mining)

• Able to deal with situation & tight deadlines

• Strong leadership skills to guide an Human Capital team and support and motivate staff

• Knowledge of the relevant computer systems and software programs including HRIS

• Solid ethics and morals and sound judgement

• Overseeing recruitment, selection and the onboarding process

• Managing a company’s appraisal system and conducting appraisal meetings

• Ensuring that a company’s procedures comply with employment regulations

• Managing and training the HR team

• Monitoring various aspects of an employee’s performance, such as attendance and sick leave

• Accessing the need for training and then designing and implementing training programs accordingly

• Handling any disciplinary processes and formal grievances

• Setting and reviewing pay structures and employee perks and benefits.

Finance Manager

Assignment: Head Office, Kelapa Gading, Jakarta Utara

Requirements:

• Working Experience: At least 6 Years managerial level in mid-size or large corporation

• Minimum bachelor’s degree of Accounting or STAN (D4) major in Taxation / Master Degree in Taxation or tax law & any other professional certification

• Including Brevet, BKP (USKP) A,B or C will preferred

• Tax consultant or CPA or CPMA experiences will be value added

• Able to deal with situation & tight deadlines

• Strategic and out of box thinking

• Demonstrated hands-on expertise with SAP Financials for utilities

• Excellent supervisory (or managerial) skills

• Analytical skills with a keen sense of organization and detail

• Strategic and out of box thinking

• Ready and able to work underpressure
