WELDING SUPERVISOR

Qualification

- Male , Max 45 years

- Exp  Min 5 Years EPC Industry specially LNG or CNG

- Willing to working in remote site Papua ( On 6 Weeks and Off 2 Week )

- Have A Welding Certificate From BNSP or Kemnaker valid

- Having a good knowledge about process welding, standard procedure

- Having a good knowledge about Lifting operation, signaling crane and deck covered

- Having a good knowledge about safety tools and equipment, rigging tools and equipment

- Healthy Fisik and Mentality

- Able to Joint ASAP

Job description :

- Attend general supervisor meetings to discuss progress, plans and daily activities

- Attend daily pre-talk meetings, safety plans and activities every week and monthly

- Prepare and managing work permit in accordance with the procedures required

- Prepare all the tools and equipment needed in the work planning of duties

- To supervises welding operations at project sites and static locations working under the direction of a Hookup Coordinator.

- To direct, monitor and administer operations of assigned papers and ensure quality of work. Ensure the monitoring, witness and inspection requirements of the quality inspection plan are followed and the welding inspection requests are raised in a timely manner. Familiar with company QA/QC procedures

- Ensure WPS for particular work scope are displayed Always to monitoring welding machine, quiver & oven condition, and calibration

- Prepare NDT request and Submit to QC department

RIGGING SUPERVISOR

Qualification

- Male , Max 45 years

- Exp  Min 5 Years EPC Industry specially LNG or CNG

- Have a good knowledge about safety rigging practice –crane-lifting gear-signalmen-center of grafity-coversion-ANZI standart

- Willing to working in remote site Papua ( On 6 Weeks and Off 2 Week )

- Have A Rigging  Certificate From BNSP or Kemnaker valid

- ID SIO Valid

- Healthy Fisik and Mentality

- Able to Joint ASAP

Job description :

- Make sure the location position for Crane ( CBR )

- Study for inland transport heavy equipment from

- Update (SOP) Standard Operating Procedure

- ISO standards and implementing procedure, safety, training, permit to work scheme and inspection.

- Specialties: Carrying out risk assessments and looking into how we can reduce risks in lifting and Heavy Lifting operations

- Managing Sub Contractors Technical document evaluation and preparation. Review of lift plans, Load out plans.

- Inspection of crane and lifting equipment test certificates and operators competency certificates.

QC Inspector

1. Assisting development and updates quality control standards and procedures

2. Conducts visual and measurement tests, rejecting materials

3. Documents test/inspection results by completing reports and log.

4. Ensures equipment used within the test and inspection process is properly calibrated

5. Produces reports of defects and problems and makes sure remedial actions/follow-ups are carried out and closed out

6. Prepares inspection schedules to ensure delivery deadlines

7. Carries out site visits / audits and produces reports

8. Reports any breaches of safety procedures to supervision / management

Requirements:

1. Bachelor Degree Mechanical/Electrical or equivalent

2. CSWIP 3.1 certificate

3. Minimum 3 years of experience in oil and gas sector.

4. Proficient in reading, writing and speaking English

5. Willing to be place at Site West Papua.

PIPING SUPERVISOR

Job Description

1.  Responsible for supervision of fabrication and installation of piping items as per drawings and clients specifications

2. Responsible for planned progress schedule without compromising quality and safety

3. Co-ordinates with QC, Painting Supervisors and Client representative for Hydro-test and completion.

4. Responsible for safety related to workplace & Worker / Contractor under you

5. Attend daily Tool Box meeting at site.

6. Carry out daily reporting and monitoring at site progress in order to achieve planned schedule.

7. Prepare necessary documents such as JCS, SI as and when required for all additional work requirements.

8. Responsible for Material Take Off (MTO) and follow up

9. Contract duration: 3-month contract, subject to renewal

10. Other Ad Hoc assigned.

Requirements:

1. Certified Engineer (Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Engineering Equivalent)

2. Proficient in reading, writing and speaking English

3. Minimum five (5) years working as Piping Supervisor in oil and gas sector.

4. Have good leadership, communication skill, problem solving and able to coaching and monitoring people

5. PC Literate

LIFTING ENGINEER

1. Coordinating, planning, preparing and monitoring all lifting and rigging activities.

2. Ensure all lifting and rigging activities are carried out in strict compliance with authorities’ and Client’s requirements.

3. Ensuring all rigging tools and equipment are good working condition.

4. Ensuring all documentation (lifting & rigging plans, method statement, calculation)

5. Expect knowledge in lifting equipment, lifting inspection, and lifting devaluation calculation.

6. Thorough understanding of the testing requirement for lifting equipment.

7. Other ad hoc duties as per assigned.

Requirements:

1. Certified Engineer (BEng Equivalent)

2. Proficient in reading, writing and speaking English

3. Minimum five (5) years heavy lift experience in the oil and gas sector.

4. Minimum 3 years’ experience creating heavy complex drawing’s in AutoCAD, with skill to produce detailed and technical AutoCAD lifting and rigging plot plans and studies to scale.

                        CONSTRUCTION TECHNICAL CLERK

Skills:

• Educated to Standard Grade Level (pref to include Technical/Engineering, English, Science, Maths)

• Computer literate, Keyboard skills

• Able to work with people at all levels

• Good communicator

• Able to work as member of a team

Responsible:

• Support the Construction Team Members in performing administration and document management tasks on their behalf.

•   Typical tasks: photocopying, filing, processing documents and schedules, data inputting, scanning

• Delivering/Collecting documents

• To develop personal self-motivation and interest in the Construction Dept’s workload

• To develop an appreciation of other departments activities within a project.

• Undertake the duties assigned by the Construction Team members conscientiously. These will be primarily document and administration tasks.

• General induction training to gain an insight into the company’s operation and structure and the application of the Health and Safety requirements.

• To read, understand and implement the Company Safety Policy and the arrangements described in the Company Safety Management.
