PT Agincourt Resources (PTAR) is a mining company based in Indonesia that is engaged in the exploration, mining, and processing of gold and silver. The only place of operation is at the Martabe Gold Mine in North Sumatra. Company functions are managed from Jakarta.
Mineral Resources as of June 30, 2020, reached 7.6 million ounces of gold and 66 million ounces of silver. Production began at Martabe on 24 July 2012. The operating capacity of the Martabe Gold Mine is exceeds 6 million tonnes of ore per year to produce more than 300.000 ounces of gold and 2-3 million ounces of silver per year.
PTAR employs more than 3,000 employees and contractors, over 99% of whom are Indonesian nationals, and more than 70% of whom are recruited from local residents. The majority shareholder in PTAR is PT Danusa Tambang Nusantara, which is owned by PT United Tractors, Tbk (60%) and PT Pamapersada Nusantara (40%), with a total share of 95%. PT United Tractors Tbk is a public company whose shares are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and also subsidiary of PT Astra International Tbk. PT United Tractors, Tbk’s share ownership consists of 59.50 by PT Astra International Tbk and 40.50% by the public. PT. Pamapersada Nusantara is 99.9% owned by PT United Tractors, Tbk. 5% of the Company’s shares are owned by PT Artha Nugraha Agung which is jointly owned by PT Pembangunan Prasarana Sumatera Utara with 30% and PT Tapanuli Selatan Membangun with 70%.
To strengthen the existing IT and Systems team and to ensure the achievement of the department objectives, the Martabe Gold Mine is looking for candidate to fill the role:
ENGINEER – IT INFRASTRUCTURE (IT 2201006)
This position will be based at Martabe Site in IT and Systems Department, and reports directly to Superintendent – IT Infrastructure.
The Role of Engineer - IT Infrastructure is the person in charge of to configure, manage and maintain all IT infrastructure to ensure availability of IT services. IT engineer must also have in-depth IT skills to assist IT Officer in case of the IT Officer needed assistance for a more complicated problem.
Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications and experience:
1. Minimum education: Diploma in Information Engineering/Information Technology/Computer Engineering/Electronics Engineering.
2. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in maintaining IT Infrastructure.
3. Good command of English (written and spoken).
4. Able to manage Active Directory.
5. Able to install, configure and manage Microsoft Windows Server Operating Systems.
6. Able to install, configure and manage server applications.
7. Able to manage Microsoft Exchange server in multi sites configuration.
8. Able to manage Microsoft SQL Server.
9. Able to manage Microsoft System Centre.
10. Able to manage switching and routing using Cisco network appliances.
11. Able to manage server backup using Veeam Software
12. Knowledge of server and network security.
13. Knowledge of Proxy server especially Barracuda
14. Knowledge of Virtualization especially Nutanix system
15. Knowledge of Microsoft 365 / Azure cloud architecture
16. Hard Worker, Team Player, Orientation to detail & ability to handle project with high deadline.
17. Holding vaccines certificate (Vaccines 1 & Vaccines 2).
