Our subsidiaries in Manado - North Sulawesi,  PT. Meares Soputan Mining (MSM) and PT. Tambang Tondano Nusajaya (TTN) at Tokatindung Project Site – are currently seeking below professional in order to support our seamless operation :

OHS SPECIALIST (CODE : OS-VI/25)

Location : Toka Tindung

DUTIES :

• Communicate applicable laws, regulations, and relevant standards to all stakeholders;

• Implement the Toka Safe Programme, including Key Indicators and Companion Indicators;

• Develop and update training modules as required;

• Conduct assessor training for Heavy Equipment (HE), Light Vehicles (LV), buses, and light trucks;

• Perform unit commissioning in accordance with established procedures;

• Maintain and update the SIMPER holder and unit commissioning database;

• Any other duties may be assigned.

REQUIREMENTS :

1. Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Mining Engineering;

2. Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Heavy Equipment trainer or operator (e.g., DT, ADT, HD, Grader, Loader, Excavator);

3. Proficient in spoken and written English;

4. Skilled in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);

5. Excellent driving skills, including experience with light vehicles (ambulance and rescue vehicles) and fire trucks;

6. Certified Trainer of Trainer (TOT) Level III or higher;

7. Possession of AK3 General and POP certifications is an advantage;

8. Valid SIMPOL B2 General driver’s license;

9. Strong awareness of workplace safety and environmental standards.

MANAGEMENT SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST (CODE : MSDS/III/25)

(Location: Toka Tindung Site)

Duties :

• Identify, develop and document the business processes of each department;

• Develop and review EEZ policies in accordance with applicable regulations;

• Establish and periodically review EEO program goals and objectives;

• Manage system procedures in Toka Safe through identification, development and socialization;

• Develop and socialize Code of Practice (COP) documents;

• Provide socialization, coaching and mentoring related to operating documents/SWI to each department;

• Maintain system procedural documents and records;

• Ensure the latest documents are available in Sharepoint or company provided locations;

• Schedule and involve in annual internal and external audits;

• Follow up on audit findings;

• Adhere to work schedules and coordinate with supervisors regarding changes to work schedules;

• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements :

1. Bachelor's degree in Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field;

2. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position, especially in the HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) industry;

3. Experience in management system development (e.g., Mine Safety Management System/SMKP, ISO 45001 Safety Management System, and ISO 14001 Environmental Management System);

4. Ability to identify, develop, and document business processes;

5. Skilled in developing and maintaining policies, procedures, and management system documents;

6. Experience in internal auditing and follow-up on audit findings;

7. Management system certified (Internal Auditor SMKP, Internal Auditor/Lead Auditor ISO 14001, and ISO 45001);

8. Good communication skills, both verbal and written;

9. Able to work both independently and as part of a team;

10. Proficient in document management and management system software (e.g., SharePoint, Microsoft Office);

11. Thorough, detail-oriented, and results-driven;

12. Proactive with strong problem-solving skills;

13. Able to demonstrate awareness of corporate safety and environmental practices.
