Fields of interest of AMJ are mineral mining, smelting, transhipments, and sea transportation.

The company currently holds five nickel mining concessions in Indonesia and actively implements global scale plans for mineral processing

1. Job Title Senior Nickel Mine Engineer

Work Placement Jakarta

Job Requirements

a. Maximum 45 years(s) old.

b. Graduate from reputable university.

c. Minimum 7 years total experiences as a mining engineer and minimum 2 years in senior level in the nickel mining industry.

d. Mastering on the mining nickel software.

e. Able to develop an applicable mine planning strategy by considering the market product specifications, including pit design controls, remaining reserves and resources update, waste dump designs, main haul road designs, sediment pond designs, mine dewatering designs, stockpiles & port designs.

f. Experienced in the provision of engineering applications within an Open Cast nickel of the mining environment

g. Have a good understanding about the geology of laterite nickel (the process of formation, mineral deposits, and quality)

h. Have a good understanding about the Fleet Management System (such as overburden removal, ore getting, and road maintenances)

i. Have a middle level operational inspector certificate (POM) will be an advantage.

j. High level thinking skill is a must.

k. Willing to do travel business to remote area.

l. Have experience create reporting to ESDM such RKAB, etc;

2. Job Title Surveyor/Geodetic Engineer

Job Requirements

a. Maximum 35 year(s) old

b. Minimum Diploma in Geodetic. Bachelor degree will be an advantage

c. Preferred minimum 3 years experiences in related position

d. Fluent both oral and written in English

e. Mastering bathymetry and photogrammetry measurements.

f. Proficient in measuring instruments (GPS, Total Station, Theodolite, Waterpass, Drone, etc).

g. Familiar with the mining software.

h. Able to process data into drawing plan

i. Experienced in supervising the layout of foundation implementation according to the drawing plan.

j. Familiar with Government rules and local policy in the mining industry

k. Have a great systematic thinking, analytical and conceptual skills.

l. Have first level operational inspector certificate (POP) will be an advantage

m. Willing to be placed at remote area

3. Job Title Nickel Mining Head

Work Placement Jakarta

Job Requirements

a. Maximum 50 years old;

b. Graduate from reputable university;

c. Minimum 15 years total experienced in mining industry with 5 years in related position in nickel mining industry;

d. Experienced managing mining exploration, mining development, and mining operation.

e. Able to manage and supervise mining contractors;

f. Able to communicate well and good in managing people;

g. Have a middle level operational inspector certificate (POM or POU);

h. High level thinking skill is a must;

i. Willing to do travel business to remote area.

4. Job Title Jr. Nickel Geologist

Job Requirements

a. Maximum 30 year(s) old;

b. Graduate from reputable university;

c. Preferred minimum 2 years experience in laterite deposit;

d. Fluent both oral and written in English;

e. Have understanding Geological exploration data;

f. Have understanding data base management;

g. Familiar with GIS and mining software;

h. Willing to be placed at remote area

Advantage

a. Have first level operational inspector certificate (POP);

b. Familiar with Indonesia mining regulation;

c. Have experience create reporting to ESDM such RKAB, etc;

5. Job Title Nickel Geologist

Job Requirements

a. Maximum 45 year(s) old;

b. Graduate from reputable university;

c. Have at least 5 years working experiences in nickel mining industry

d. Have a strong understanding of geological setting

e. Fluent both oral and written in English;

f. Have understanding geological exploration procedures

g. Can guide and manage exploration (greenfield – detail exploration)

h. Understand database management, Geo-evaluation and Reporting.

i. Familiar with mining software (GIS and Geological Modelling)

j. Familiar with Indonesia mining regulation;

k. Have understanding reporting to ESDM such RKAB, etc;

l. Have first level operational inspector certificate (POP);

6. Job Title HR Officer (Temporary for maternity leave)

Job Requirements

a. Maximum 27 year(s) old;

b. A bachelor degree in Psychology from reputable university

c. Fresh graduates are welcome, Preferred minimum 2 years experience in related position;

d. Fluent both oral and written in English;

e. licensed to do psychological tools, both administration and scoring

f. Have experience in managing data base management;

g. Good communication skill, target and detail oriented;
