PT Agincourt Resources (PTAR) specialises in gold and silver exploration, mining and processing at the Martabe Gold Mine in South Tapanuli, North Sumatra. Agincourt Resources is headquartered in Jakarta and employs over 3,700 workers as of 2025, with more than 99% being Indonesian citizens and over 75% recruited locally. The Martabe Gold Mine, located in South Tapanuli, North Sumatra, operates across 646.08 hectares as of December 2024. Since production began on 24 July 2012, the mine has processed over 6 million tonnes of ore annually, producing more than 200,000 ounces of gold and 1–2 million ounces of silver annually.

The Martabe Gold Mine operates under a 30-year Contract of Work (CoW) with the Indonesian Government. Initially spanning 6,560 km² in 1997, the concession area has been refined to 130,252 hectares (1,303 km²), encompassing South Tapanuli, Central Tapanuli, North Tapanuli and Mandailing Natal.

As of June 2025, mine’s mineral resources were estimated at 6.4 million ounces of gold and 58 million ounces of silver, while ore reserves were calculated at 3.56 million ounces of gold and 31 million ounces of silver.

To support our continued growth and operational excellence, Agincourt Resources is currently seeking a highly capable and motivated professional to join our Processing (Maintenance) team and contribute to the achievement of departmental objectives.

ENGINEER – ELECTRICAL & RELIABILITY (PRO 2605007)

This position will be based at the Martabe Gold Mine Site within the Processing (Maintenance) and will report directly to the Senior Engineer – Electrical & Reliability.

The role of the Engineer – Electrical & Reliability is to manage the Reliability Engineering function within plant maintenance and provide technical support to the Maintenance team in accordance with operational requirements. This position will work collaboratively within a team environment, seek continuous improvement opportunities, and provide broader professional support to the Maintenance department. This position will focus on improving the reliability of the crushing, milling, and gold extraction circuits in line with the business plan. Furthermore, it will provide support and training on reliability principles to Condition Monitoring technicians and the Maintenance & Operations teams.

Candidates for this position are expected to meet the following qualifications and criteria:

1. Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.

2. Preferably certified in Root Cause Analysis (RCA).

3. Extensive experience in a similar engineering role within mining, oil & gas, or other heavy industrial operations.

4. Strong understanding of international mining and safety standards, including ANZS, BS, IEC, ASTM, and PAS 55.

5. Sound knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).

6. Proven experience in reliability engineering within mineral processing plants or comparable heavy industries.

7. Strong background in electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, inspection, and reliability improvement.

8. Good understanding of predictive maintenance methodologies and asset management principles.

9. Knowledge of condition monitoring technologies, including:

• Vibration Analysis

• Thermography

• Oil Analysis

• NDT Techniques

10. Ability to analyze equipment wear data and optimize preventive maintenance programs.

11. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation.

12. Experience facilitating Root Cause Failure Analysis and implementing corrective actions.

13. Strong reporting, analytical, and documentation skills.

14. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and internet-based systems.

15. Demonstrated ability to transfer knowledge and mentor semi-skilled personnel.

16. Good verbal and written communication skills in English.

17. Ability to work independently while maintaining high safety and professional standards.

STOREPERSON 1 - WAREHOUSE (SCM 2605005)

This position will be based at the Martabe Gold Mine Site within the SCM Department and will report directly to the Supervisor - Warehouse.

The Storeperson 1 – Warehouse is responsible for supporting all warehouse administrative and operational activities, including receiving, storing, issuing, and recording materials both manually and through the system. The role ensures all warehouse transactions are completed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with company procedures and safety standards.

Candidates for this position are expected to meet the following qualifications and criteria:

1. Minimum Senior High School graduate or equivalent; Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is an advantage.

2. Minimum 1 year of experience in material handling or warehouse operations.

3. Experience working as a Storeperson across different warehouse areas is preferred.

4. Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and email applications.

5. Good understanding of material and goods handling processes.

6. Good interpersonal and communication skills.

7. Basic English communication skills will be an advantage.

8. Physically fit and preferably capable of supporting material unloading activities.

9. Demonstrate strong attention to detail, discipline, and commitment to safety standards.

ENGINEER - MECHANICAL PROJECT (PRO 2605006)

This position will be based at the Martabe Gold Mine Site within the Processing (Maintenance) and will report directly to the Senior Engineer – Mechanical.

The role of the Engineer - Mechanical Project plays a critical part in delivering safe, efficient, and sustainable mechanical engineering projects that support operational excellence and long-term plant reliability.

The successful candidate will provide technical expertise, engineering design support, and end-to-end project management for plant modifications, upgrades, and optimization initiatives across the Processing Plant and supporting infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the safe and timely execution of approved CAPEX and operational projects to achieve targeted business outcomes and operational improvements.

• Ensure all projects are implemented in accordance with the Company’s Change Management System, including alignment, communication, and approval from relevant stakeholders.

• Develop comprehensive scopes of work, tender documentation, engineering specifications, and project management tools to maximize value while protecting the Company’s financial and legal interests.

• Ensure all engineering designs comply with recognized international standards and maintain compatibility with existing plant equipment and spare parts where practical.

• Apply and monitor appropriate QA/QC standards based on project criticality and strategic importance.

• Monitor, control, and report project costs, schedules, risks, variations, savings, and overall project performance to stakeholders on a regular basis.

• Coordinate internal engineering teams, consultants, and external contractors throughout project execution.

• Establish and monitor project KPIs, while driving improvements in maintenance, safety, reliability, and operational capability resulting from completed projects.

• Prepare CAPEX submissions, cost estimates, quarterly forecasts, and support OPEX budgeting activities as required.

• Ensure maintenance strategies and inventory requirements are properly implemented and integrated following project completion.

• Collaborate closely with Reliability, Maintenance, and Processing teams throughout the full project lifecycle — from concept development to commissioning and handover.

• Ensure all project-related modifications are accurately updated in relevant systems, including engineering drawings, maintenance management systems, inventory systems, and document control systems.

• Demonstrate full compliance with all Company Safety Standards, operational procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Candidates for this position are expected to meet the following qualifications and criteria:

1. Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from a reputable university.

A master’s degree in project management, Business Management, or related engineering disciplines will be an advantage.

2. Preferably certified in POP (First-Line Operational Supervisor Certification).

3. Minimum 5 years of experience in mineral processing plant maintenance and project execution.

4. Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in processing plant design, including material handling systems, piping systems, and pumps.

5. Strong technical expertise in the design and construction of crushing, screening, and material handling systems.

6. Solid understanding of recognized international engineering and design standards.

7. Proven ability to identify plant design challenges and develop practical, effective engineering solutions.

8. Strong leadership capability with a commitment to developing national engineering talent in engineering design and project management best practices.

9. Proficient in engineering and project management software, including:

• MS Excel

• MS Project

• AutoCAD

• Scheduling software

• Pronto

• Engineering applications such as Helix Conveyor Design, DEM Chute, and PipeFlow

10. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across all levels of the organization while respecting local communities and cultural values.

11. Good English communication skills, both verbal and written, including technical reporting capability.

12. Overseas site-based experience in project management or mineral processing plant construction will be an advantage.

13. Experience in CIL gold processing plants will be highly regarded.
