About Us :

PT Gunbuster Nickel Industry is one of the proposed company for National Strategic Project (PSN) which is located at Bunta, Bungintimbe, and Tanauge Village, Petasia and East Petasia District, North Morowali Regency, Central Sulawesi Province. Total investment value are approximately 27.8 Trillion Rupiah, with an area more or less than 600 Ha of 1,912 Ha of Industrial Park PT Stardust Estate Investment. Construction phase was already started in 1st quarter of 2020 and production phase is estimated to be commisioned in 2nd quarter of 2021. Being considered as one of the leading nickel ore based mineral processing in Indonesia, PT Gunbuster Nickel Industry will be developing three different industrial areas; Nickel smelter with 24 line production capacity of 1.8 million ton per year Nickel Pig Iron (NPI), power plant with capacity of 1,100 MW, integrated port & stockpile with capacity up to 9 x 5,000 DWT Barge and 2 x 50,000 DWT Vessel.

21. Crane Operators

Qualifications:

• Male/Female 20 - 45 years old;

• Must have SIO (Operational Permit) and SIM B2 Umum;

• Able to operate the tool well;

• Have work experience as an operator at least 1 years;

• Preferably having experience in mining companies/mining contractors/industrial areas and as a Crane Operator;

• Understanding occupational safety and health (K3);

• Understand preventive maintenance of heavy equipment;

• Can work with a team;

• Willing to be placed in North Morowali.

Job Description:

• Thoroughly inspect the machine/vehicle condition for any defects or damage which could potentially compromise safety;

• Inform any safety concerns found regarding the condition of the machine/vehicle should be reported immediately to superintendent;

• Perform maintenance on heavy equipment/crane.

22. Loader Operators

Qualifications:

• Male/Female 20 - 45 years old;

• Must have SIO (Operational Permit) and SIM B2 Umum;

• Able to operate the tool well;

• Preferably having work experience as an operator at least 1 years;

• Preferably having experience in mining companies/mining contractors/industrial areas and as a Loader Operator;

• Understanding occupational safety and health (K3);

• Understand preventive maintenance of heavy equipment;

• Can work with a team;

• Willing to be placed in North Morowali.

Job Description:

• Thoroughly inspect the machine/vehicle condition for any defects or damage which could potentially compromise safety;

• Inform any safety concerns found regarding the condition of the machine/vehicle should be reported immediately to superintendent;

• Perform maintenance on heavy equipment/loader.

23. Hoist Crane

Qualifications:

• Male/Female 20 - 45 years old;

• Must have SIO (Operational Permit);

• Able to operate the tool well;

• Preferably having work experience as an operator at least 1 years;

• Preferably having experience in mining companies/mining contractors/industrial areas and as a Hoist Crane Operator;

• Understanding occupational safety and health (K3);

• Understand preventive maintenance of heavy equipment;

• Can work with a team;

• Willing to be placed in North Morowali.

24. Excavator Operators

Qualifications:

• Preferably having experience in mining companies/mining contractors/industrial areas and as a excavator operator;

• Understanding occupational safety and health (K3);

• Understand preventive maintenance of heavy equipment;

• Can work with a team;

• Willing to be placed in North Morowali.

Job Description:

25. Grader Operator

Qualifications:

• Male/Female 23 - 45 years old;

• Must have SIO (Operational Permit) and SIM B2 Umum;

• Able to operate the tool well;

• Preferably having work experience as an operator at least 1 years;

• Preferably having experience in mining companies/mining contractors/industrial areas and as a grader operator;

• Understanding occupational safety and health (K3);

• Understand preventive maintenance of heavy equipment;

• Can work with a team;

• Willing to be placed in North Morowali.

Job Description:

26. Driver DT

Qualifications:

• Male/Female 20 - 45 years old;

• Must have SIM B2 Umum;

• Preferably having work experience as a Driver DT at least 2 years;

• Preferably having experience in mining companies/mining contractors/industrial areas and as a Driver DT;

• Understanding occupational safety and health (K3);

• Understand preventive maintenance of vehicle;

• Can work with a team;

• Willing to be placed in North Morowali.

Job Description:

• Thoroughly inspect the machine / vehicle condition for any defects or damage which could potentially compromise safety;

• Inform any safety concerns found regarding the condition of the machine/vehicle should be reported immediately to superintendent;

• Perform maintenance on vehicle.

27. Forklift Operators

Qualifications:

• Male/Female 20 - 45 years old;

• Must have SIO (Operational Permit) and SIM B2 Umum;

• Able to operate the tool well;

• Preferably having work experience as an operator at least 1 years;

• Preferably having experience in mining companies/mining contractors/industrial areas and as a Forklift Operator;

• Understanding occupational safety and health (K3);

• Understand preventive maintenance of heavy equipment;

• Can work with a team;

• Willing to be placed in North Morowali.

Job Description:

• Thoroughly inspect the machine/vehicle condition for any defects or damage which could potentially compromise safety;

• Inform any safety concerns found regarding the condition of the machine/vehicle should be reported immediately to superintendent;

• Perform maintenance on heavy equipment/Forklift.

28. Welder and Electrical

Qualifications:

• Male/Female 20 - 45 years old;

• Minimum education SMA/SMK Mechanical/Electrical Engineering;

• Preferably having work experience as an operator at least 1 years;

• Preferably having experience as Welder in Fabrication;

• Experienced as a Welder/Fabricator in the production of screw conveyors, tanks, belt conveyors, and various production support machines;

• Understanding occupational safety and health (K3);

• Can work with a team;

• Willing to be placed in North Morowali.

Job Description:

• Ensuring the fabrication and welding of products made are in accordance with project specifications and drawings;

• Can provide input for the manufacture of existing welding processes as well as for the welding planning process later in order to comply with approvals and procedures;

• Check and ensure that the equipment is sufficiently available for the work to be started, and is in good condition according to the date of the last maintenance and calibration.

29. Mechanic

Qualifications:

• Maximum age 45 years;

• Minimum education high school or equivalent;

• Able to work under pressure and targets;

• Minimum 2 years experience in the related field;

• Familiar with Dump Truck engine, transmission and suspension problems;

• Familiar with undercarriage and hydraulic problems of heavy equipment (excavator, craine, forklift & dozer);

• Willing to be placed in North Morowali.

Job Description:

• Able to repair machine damage on heavy equipment or other machines in accordance with the SOP that has been made;

• Perform periodic checks on each engine unit;

• Perform regular machine service;

• Perform engine repairs.

30. Heavy Equipment Trainer

Qualifications :

• Min D3 Mechanical Engineering

• Age max 40 years and have experience min 2 years in the position of the same one

• Have experience and the ability to understand the types and basics heavy equipment operation such as loader, forklift, craine, excavator, etc

• Have experience and ability in implementation

• Daily inspection and maintenance of heavy equipment

• Have experience and ability in basic OH&S tools heavy

• Preference will be given to those who have attended/provided training at dealers

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Understand the pattern of training, coaching and mentoring

• Discipline and high integration

• Willing to be placed in North Morowali with Roster System 8:2

Job Description:

• Creating programs, curricula and training materials

• Responsible for the development of equipment operator competence heavy

• Ensure the implementation of training and evaluation of training results running continuously

• Ensure that the P2H implementation of the equipment is carried out properly provide an assessment and evaluation of heavy equipment operators
