We are seeking experienced people for the following positions:

Superintendent Security (927721)

(Jakarta)

In this role, you will:

• Coordinate implementation of the Site-Specific Security Plans with the appropriate managers, superintendents, supervisors and team leaders.

• Coordinate with 3rd party, national, state security services and emergency services as appropriate.

• Undertake regular security inspections/reviews of workplaces to ensure the continuation of appropriate security measures.

• Enhancing security awareness and vigilance of Thiess Indonesia personnel.

• Working with the relevant authorities and maintaining records of occurrences which threaten the security of the Thiess operations.

• Conduct workplace/site specific security training.

• Conduct Country/Region/City/Location Security Reviews for existing and new projects/workplaces.

• Conduct Hotel Security Surveys on all non - International SOS preferred hotels that is used with the region.

• Facilitate the revision and maintenance of Thiess Indonesia Site-Specific Security Plans.

What skills and experience do you need?

• Military Background

• Minimum 5 Years' Experience in Professional Security with Management Roles.

EOI Officer Plant – Technical Skill (927913)

(Jakarta)

In this role, you will:

• Manage daily data transfer and management from Site to Jakarta centralize group

• Maintain external data correspondence to suit regular engineer requirement for equipment analysis

• High details on data / reporting delivery & details as of the dateline

• Manage equipment work order on JDE to align with engineer equipment analysis results

• Provide assistance to engineer machine health as required.

What skills and experience do you need?

• Diploma degree or Ex apprenticeship program

• Min 2 years in administration task

• Microsoft Office Skills

EOI Senior Engineer Civil (927945)

In this role you will:

• Provide Construction activities required to ensure the functions efficiently and effectively to meet the objective of the current business plan in line with corporate policy and procedures

• Produce monthly project’s plan

• Create construction civil works plan in daily, weekly, monthly and annually

• Produce daily and weekly plan of project’s work

• Monitor the progress of project work by producing the timeline monitoring

• Monitor utilization and efficiency of manpower & equipment which be used for project’s work

• No re-work activities

• Produce and monitor the budget of project activities in daily, weekly and monthly basis

• Manage relationship with subcontractors to ensure a high level of performance in terms of time, cost and quality

• Co-ordinate establishment, monitoring and update of all project plans, budgets program and resource requirements to ensure delivery of project on time and to budget

• Maximise profitability to satisfy or exceed financial goals of the project

What skills and experience do you need?

• Graduate Civil/ Structure Engineer or 5 years’ experience in construction projects
