FPSO Integration and Topsides Delivery Manager (Head of Technical Integration) – Tuna Asset
Role summary
Responsible for the respective teams delivery of FPSO repair and life extension and hull integration activities in dry dock, delivery of hull to integration yard, and delivery, integration and mechanical completion of topsides modules into the hull alongside upto Sailaway. The role shall be responsible for ensuring delivery of a quality product in a safe, on time, on budget, environmentally compliant manner, complying with all regulatory requirements, legislation and HBR HSESQ procedures.
This position will be on an initial direct contract basis with HBR, reporting directly to the FPSO Delivery Manager until hull integration activities are complete, and thereafter to the Development C&I Manager.
Qualifications
• Bachelor degree majoring in Engineering (Offshore / Mechanical / Ocean Engineering).
• Valid TBOSIET and/or BOSIET / Offshore FTW certification / Incident Investigation.
Experience
• Minimum 15 years working experience in offshore oil and gas industry, with a primary focus on FPSO fabrication, construction, transportation and installation. Must have at minimum 5 years in a senior project leadership equivalent FPSO role on the client side.
• Must have extensive experience in project engineering and project management.
• Must have competence, experience and exposure to integration projects with the FPSO community with demonstrable delivery of targets.
• Must have demonstrable competence in promoting HSESQ and ensuring that that all FPSO construction and integration activities are performed according to the applicable HSESQ regulations and procedures.
• Must be able to demonstrate; coordination of manpower (onshore across all assigned disciplines), coordination of schedule including critical path analysis, influence design to facilitate optimal construction and integration activities, maintain management of installation, commissioning and completion activities of materials and equipment, deliver construction and integration progress as per plan, identify potential issues, and ensure implementation of mitigation actions, understand and manage the industrial relations within the yard environment

Field Production Supervisor (Project Production Engineer Specialist) – Tuna Asset
Role summary
A key member of the Tuna Asset Operations & Maintenance (O&M) team, reporting directly to the OIM, responsible for leading and overseeing offshore supervision of the Tuna FPSO Contractor and their Tuna Field operations team, driving their compliance with legislation and HBRs policies, process’ and procedures, including safe and productive daily offshore operations in compliance with the Tuna HSES Management Systems whilst ensuring production target achievement. During pre-production phase, responsible for development and enhancement of an integrated Production Operation Management System (across the FPSO and Fixed Infrastructure) drawing on FPSO Contractor’s and HBR’s existing systems including operations manuals, operations procedures, roll out programs and training is carried out.
This position will be on a direct contract with HBR basis, with potential for future conversion to staff based on performance.
Qualifications
• Bachelor degree majoring in Engineering (Petroleum, Mechanical, Chemical).
• Valid TBOSIET and / or BOSIET / Offshore FTW certification / Firefighting training certificate, preferably at advanced level.
• Valid field production supervisor international certification.
Experience
• Minimum 15 years working experience in offshore production operations in the oil and gas industry with a minimum of 5 years client working experience offshore at a supervisory level on a Contractor provided FPSO.
• Must have competence, experience and exposure to integration projects with FPSO community with demonstrable delivery of targets both pre-production and during production phases.
• Must have demonstrable operations experience and competence in pre-production and production phases across wells, wellhead platforms, SURF, pipelines and FPSOs.

Role summary

Green House Gas (GHG) & Environment Social Governance (ESG Manager) – QHSES
Role summary
The role will be required to develop and strategically implement, and assure for the Environmental Program within BU, as well as oversee, strive and proactive for promoting good and proper Environmental Culture.
This position reports directly to QHSES Sr. Manager.
Qualifications
• Bachelor degree in Engineering, preferably in Environmental Engineering

Experience
• ±15 years working in Environmental areas within Oil and Gas industry.

Critical skills
• As Key Member (preferable as a Leader) for Carbon Emission Reduction Projects (possibly can be a future Focal Point of e-Hopper Project), who can explain to the Stakeholder on the benefit from environmental view in Technical detail and addressing Commercial Issues, and contribute to the definition, follow up and monitoring of the Project.
• Demonstrate ability to Lead/Run Environmental Audit and Certified Lead Auditor.
• Have ability to ensure a consistent quality reporting of Environmental KPI, such as Green House Gas (GHG), especially in term of Data and Calculation Credibility and Accurate Forecast.
• Demonstrate ability to develop a System and Maintaining a Systematic Organization on PROPER Audit (e.g. have a well-established plan and relevant programs fit to the BU needs, due to a good understanding on PROPER requirements).

Safety & HSES Assurance Section Head
Role summary
Responsible for ensuring Harbour operations implement a robust risk management process and maintain QHSES goals / objectives and plan / programs are adequately defined to manage the QHSES risks to ALARP, and ensure incident prevention programs are developed and continually implemented across the BU including risk assessment, inspections and audit programs, operational controls, incident reporting, investigations, and lessons learned, safety HSES Alerts, and the quality of closing out of actions. Act as HSE Quality Assurance and Occupational Health & Safety representative for the company.
This position reports directly to QHSES Sr. Manager.
Accountable for:
• Drive compliance program & coordinate the implementation of HEI HSES MS elements related to risk assessment, Goals and planning, operational control, incident management, and checking/Audit.
• Oversee and coach all functions in BU HSE risk assessment processes including in production operations, project, drilling, aviation, marine, logistic bases and Jakarta office.
• Provide support to Operations and development activities.
• Facilitate risk assessment review or group discussions with operation functions, including production, logistic, aviation, marine, and when required provide supports to drilling and project functions.

Sr. SURF Engineer
Role summary
• Responsible for designing Offshore Deep Water and multiple fields SURF (Subsea Umbilical, Riser and Flowline) System for Andaman II and potentially greater Andaman and ensure its safe and optimum project delivery as well as reliable operation.
• Close coordination with Planning Development Manager and Project Manager, other functions and Government authorities to ensure alignment on Timing/Schedule, Cost and Project Economic.
• Ensure high quality of all SURF Systems from Concept, Basic Engineering, Detailed Engineering / Qualification / Manufacturing / Fabrication / Construction / Installation / Pre-Commissioning activities performed by Contractor, whilst respecting Local Content requirement.

Planning and Development Manager
Role summary
• Leading the potential Development of Deep Water Offshore and Onshore, multiple options (including potential synergies with other assets in the area) and significant investment of Andaman Development concept from early stage up to Concept Select Gate and hand over to Execution Project Manager. This position overarching not only the early development of Andaman II but also the Greater Andaman area.
• Planning and Organizing the Andaman area Development Plan following the Exploration progress, both short term and long term. Assess and evaluate the best option including potential synergy with other adjacent Working Area. Develop early stage Development Concept, Project Requirement, Schedule, Cost and Resources. Work closely with the other functions, such as Subsurface, Drilling and ESG Manager.

Naval Architect/ Shipping Project Team Lead
Role summary
• Responsible for Integrity Management covers design, construction, installation, inspections, and repairs of a sizeable Floating production facility to ensure is safe and has good operational performance.
• Responsible for leading delivery of naval architecture engineering associated with the delivery of the Andaman Floating Facilities including turret and mooring. And ensure the facility meet the specified Class and all applicable regulation
