PT Gunbuster Nickel Industry is one of the proposed company for National Strategic Project (PSN) which is located at Bunta, Bungintimbe, and Tanauge Village, Petasia and East Petasia District, North Morowali Regency, Central Sulawesi Province. Total investment value are approximately 27.8 Trillion Rupiah, with an area more or less than 600 Ha of 1,912 Ha of Industrial Park PT Stardust Estate Investment. Construction phase was already started in 1st quarter of 2020 and production phase is estimated to be commisioned in 2nd quarter of 2021. Being considered as one of the leading nickel ore based mineral processing in Indonesia, PT Gunbuster Nickel Industry will be developing three different industrial areas; Nickel smelter with 24 line production capacity of 1.8 million ton per year Nickel Pig Iron (NPI), power plant with capacity of 1,100 MW, integrated port & stockpile with capacity up to 9 x 5,000 DWT Barge and 2 x 50,000 DWT Vessel.

21. Industrial Relation Senior Staff

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in law/human resource or related

• Having at least 3 years experience in the same position or minimal 4 years as HR in mining/smelter industry

• Maximum 30 years old

• Understand HR regulations, government regulations related to employment for mining sector

• Able to build good communication with employees, company management, government agencies, local communities

• Have good interpersonal and communication skills

• Willing to be placed in North Morowali with roster system 10 weeks (working) : 2 weeks (off).

Job Descriptions:

• Ensure that all regulations and regulations applied and implemented within the company comply with and comply with government regulations regarding labor

• Analyze, create a system and follow up on the implementation of industrial relations, especially communication activities, foresting work discipline and termination within the company, as well as administrative matters, documentation and implementation of company regulations

• Maintain good relations with internal and external companies (community agency, government, and other related institutions), employee, companies, surrounding communities, employment agencies, and the government

• Resolve and anticipate disputes involving management, employees or government agencies, etc.

• Assisting in resolving cases related to violations of company regulations / PKB, supervising and providing suggestions for developments.

22. Cost Control Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Min. Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance or similar;

• At least 2 years of working experience in costing at manufacture/smelter company;

• Good skill in reporting costing, COGM report, COGS report;

• Good communication skills, analytical thinking, and team work;

• Excellence in Accounting System and Microsoft Excel;

• Fluent in English is mandatory;

• Fluent in Mandarin is advantageous;

• Willing to be placed at North Morowali with roster system 8 weeks (working) : 2 weeks (off).

Job Description:

• Prepare and review monthly COGS report;

• Control and monitoring factory cost & cost reduction;

• Control and monitor movement of all inventory and balance;

• Liaise with operational and Purchasing Department to manage and control all aspects outstanding procurements to achieve cost efficiency.

23. Sales Data Analyst

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Statistics, or Economics;

• 3+ years of experience in Business Analytics or Finance;

• Maximum 33 years old;

• Preferably with a background of corporate finance knowledge, treasury or corporate banking, and research;

• Innovative thinking and analytical knowledge for assessment and interpretation of data;

• Handy with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data visualization;

• Fluent in Mandarin or English;

• Placement in Jakarta (Head Office).

Job Description:

• Analyze sales and marketing reports and suggest strategies for improving business performance;

• Perform strategic analysis and prepare financial models to support strategic planning activities;

• Calculate costs saving options for the company in terms of banking options and cost optimizations;

• Coordinate with the finance team to streamline and channel efforts to improve the financial performance of the organization;

• Handling of interest calculation;

• Cash flow projection reports, cost calculations, and reporting;

• Data visualization;

• Helping the Sales Manager with daily tasks or reports;

• Export documentation handling.

24. Tax Site Staff

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Tax or equivalent;

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in the same position, preferably in a smelter company;

• Deep knowledge about income tax deduction in smelter companies and VAT of bonded zone;

• Having a brevet certificate will be preferable;

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), Accurate System, and SAP;

• Proactive, have good problem-solving and communication skills;

• Willing to be placed in North Morowali with roster system 10 (working): 2 (off).

Job Description:

• Identify tax that arises from transactions in site;

• Acting as company representative in terms of tax application in the local Tax Service Office;

• Build a good relationship with tax authorities;

• Build communication between the tax team in Head Office and the site regarding corporate taxation matters.

25. Tax Senior Staff

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Tax or equivalent;

• Required language: English. Mandarin is a plus;

• Minimum 3 years experience, preferably experience in tax consultant firm;

• Able to do tax reconciliation;

• Proficient in using tax applications (E-Faktur, E-SPT E-BUPOT) and proficient using Accurate;

• Advance in Ms. Office (Ms. Excell, Ms. Word);

• Attention to details, organize, multitasking;

• Placement in Jakarta (Head Office).

Job Description:

• Prepare monthly VAT calculation and reporting;

• Review monthly PPH calculation and reporting;

• Tax reconciliation;

• Correspondent with the Tax Office;

• Prepare and report annual SPT.

26. Legal Staff

Qualifications:

• A law degree with strong academic record from reputable university;

• Good communication skills with excellent English speaking and writing ability (provide IELTS/TOEFL certificate will be an advantage);

• The ability to analyze problems and offer practical solutions;

• A personable manner, teachable, adaptable and ability to work in a team;

• Highly adaptable and curious in increasing/absorb knowledge and business sense;

• Legal knowledge of mining law, shipping law, and general corporate;

• Able to work under pressure and on tight schedule;

• Preferably having experience in law firm within the last 2 years;

• Placement in Jakarta (Head Office).

Job Description:

• Controlling documents, doing research, reviewing documents, analyzing/assessing case and problems, providing practical solutions;

• Candidate must be able to provide daily report (communicative and contactable at any time).

27. Tax Assistant Manager

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Taxation/Finance;

• Minimum 5 years of tax experience, preferred on a tax consultant firm;

• Strong technical knowledge of transfer pricing and ability to perform tax reconciliation and corporate tax planning;

• Proficient in using tax applications (E-Faktur, E-SPT, E-BUPOT), SAP System, and Accurate System;

• Advance in Ms. Office;

• Excellent communication skills;

• Detail-oriented, organized, able to work multi-tasking, and have good leadership;

• Placement in Jakarta (Head Office).

Job Description:

• Plan and implement required tax planning for corporate tax efficiency;

• Act as an internal consultant to avoid the company from legal issues on tax compliance and provide appropriate tax advice for management, including transfer pricing;

• Perform tax reconciliation, both VAT and Income Tax;

• Prepare corporate annual tax calculation;

• Represent the company in the ongoing tax audit process;

• Build good cooperation with the registered Tax Office.

28. HRD Manager

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Law;

• Having at least 5 years experience in the same position or a minimum of 10 years as HRGA in the plant/manufacture/mining is a must;

• Understand the flow of the recruitment, selection, and placement process;

• Understand labor regulations related to employee PKWT / PKWTT / Probation Period;

• Understand HR regulations and government regulations related to employment in the mining and manufacturing sector;

• Understand the Procedure of BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan;

• Able to do employee attendance reports every month to support the compensation and benefits task;

• Understand the procedures and calculation of employee overtime;

• Having working experience in terms of Industrial Relation Disputes Settlement (ex: handling labor union, developing company regulations and PKB, managing the effectiveness of LKS Bipartite, etc);

• Able to carry out HR and GA administration processes;

• Able to build good communication with employees, company management, government agencies, and local communities;

• Understand the procedures and process of People Development and Career Development;

• Willing to be placed in North Morowali with 8:2 roster system.

Job Description:

• Plan, implement, monitor, evaluate and report all compensation and benefits implementation activities, personnel administration, general, industrial & external relations, general affairs function, as well as security coordination on-site to ensure work plans and HR policies can be implemented by applicable policies & procedures as well as departmental work plans has been determined;

• Carry out, and supervise all recruitment activities and assessment level staff, and non- staff at the site location according to the needs and job requirements to ensure the fulfillment of manpower both from internal and external to the company appropriately and by the company's work plan;

• Create, coordinate and ensure the process of preparing and developing the company's organization in the form of organizational structure, job analysis, competency profile, and HRD policies, as well as employee development to achieve employee competence at the staff level, non-staff at the site location through TNA based on the applicable competency matrix to support the achievement of work effectiveness and efficiency as well as competencies that are in line with the objectives of the company.

29. HRGA Superintendent

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in psychology/management/law;

• Having at least 3 years experience in the same position or a minimum of 8 years as HRGA in the plant/manufacture/mining is a must;

• Maximum 45 years old;

• Fluent in Mandarin and English;

• Understand the flow of recruitment, selection and placement process;

• Understand about labor regulations related to employee PKWT / PKWTT / Probation Period;

30. Finance Staff

Qualifications:

• Hold Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance with minimum 3 years of working experience in a related field;

• Maximum 30 years old;

• Have a good knowledge of banking products and transactions;

• Experience with General Ledger function;

• Familiar with Accurate Systems and SAP will be an advantage;

• Fluent in English (both oral and written);

• Proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives;

• Attention to detail, well organized, willing to learn, and fast learner;

• Minimum intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel;

• Placement in Jakarta (Head Office).

Job Description:

• Check and ensure the completeness of invoicing and following up with the related user;

• Review and verify invoices from a supplier, communicate and respond to their requirements;

• Track expenses, obtain proper information regarding invoice payments;

• Handle and manage all payments through the bank (preparing internet banking and cash validation);

• Monitoring bank account balance and reconciling bank statements;

• Monthly closing financial statement;

• Preparing journal entries, analyses, and account reconciliations and assisting with monthly close processes;

• Performing monthly balance sheet reconciliations;

• Responding to information requests, reviewing financial statements, and assisting with other related departments;

• Liaise with the accounting team as needed
