An Indonesian mining company which operates the copper and gold mining, and have a long-term expected mine life followed by processing stockpiles.

To support our operations with a variety of projects and challenging tasks in EPC LNG Terminal Project, we are looking for highly motivated professionals eager for brave thinking, foster innovation, and build collaboration to achieve operational excellence to fill the following position :


(National - Site Based)

The essential duties, included but not limited to:

• Plan and execute all transmission and distribution construction activities, including but not limited to site preparation, equipment installation, and commissioning of systems.

• Manage and coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and construction personnel to ensure adherence to project schedule, quality standards, and safety regulations.

• Monitor and control project costs, review and approve vendor invoices, and provide regular reports to the project management team.

• Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure designs are constructible and meet project requirements.

• Develop and implement site-specific construction plans and procedures in accordance with project requirements, company policies, and industry best practices.

• Maintain a safe work environment and ensure all personnel follow established safety procedures.

• Conduct regular site inspections to identify and mitigate potential risks, hazards, and non-conformities.

• Manage and maintain project documentation, including construction schedules, daily reports, change orders, and project closeout documents.

Required technical skills, training and experience:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field.

• Minimum 12 years of experience in construction management with a proven track record of successfully managing transmission and distribution systems and equipment installation and at least 4 years in similar role.

• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to transmission and distribution systems and equipment installation.

• Experience in managing subcontractors and vendors, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with contract terms.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team of construction personnel.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including engineers, contractors, and project management team members.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, construction management software, and project scheduling tools.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines and changing priorities


(National - Site Based)

Some of your duties will include:

• Supervise the construction team on site, including subcontractors, to ensure compliance with project specifications and schedules.

• Ensure that all construction activities comply with safety and environmental requirements and adhere to all relevant regulations and standards.

• Review and interpret project plans, drawings, and specifications to ensure that construction activities are carried out according to project requirements.

• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor the progress of construction activities and to identify and address any issues or concerns.

• Ensure that all construction materials and equipment are available on site in a timely and efficient manner.

• Coordinate with other departments, such as engineering and procurement, to ensure that construction activities are integrated with other project activities.

• Provide regular progress reports to the Site Construction Superintendent, highlighting any issues or concerns that may impact the project schedule or budget.

• Ensure that all construction activities are carried out in compliance with the project quality control plan.

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders, including project team members, subcontractors, and suppliers.

 What skills and experience do you need?

• A Bachelor's degree in Civil, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in the construction industry, with at least 5 years of experience in a supervisory role.

• Knowledge of transmission and distribution systems and related equipment.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Familiarity with relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices.

• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and drawings.

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office software.

• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Fluent in English, both oral and written.


(National - Site Based)

Some of your duties will include:

• Develop and implement safety policies and procedures in accordance with industry standards and applicable laws and regulations.

• Conduct safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.

• Develop and implement safety training programs for employees and contractors.

• Investigate accidents and incidents and recommend corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.

• Develop and maintain safety records and reports.

• Collaborate with other project stakeholders, including engineers, contractors, and project managers, to ensure that safety considerations are integrated into all aspects of the project.

• Participate in project planning meetings and review project plans and specifications to identify potential safety issues.

• Coordinate with regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with applicable safety regulations.

• Serve as a resource for employees and contractors on safety-related matters.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to safety

 What skills and experience do you need?

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering or related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in safety management in the construction industry, preferably in LNG power plant construction.

• Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards related to LNG power plant construction.

• Experience in developing and implementing safety programs and training.

• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Relevant safety certifications are a plus.
