An Indonesian mining company which operates the copper and gold mining, and have a long-term expected mine life followed by processing stockpiles.

To support our EPC Project – Mill Process Fixed Plant Expansion , we require someone who is able to adapt with dynamic and under pressure environment to be carried out with rapid progress, highly motivated and experienced professional to fill the following position :

SUPERINTENDENT CONCRETE SUPPLY (EPC MILL FIXED PLANT)

(National/Expat - Site Based)

Some of your duties will include:

• Manage the team responsible for scheduling and coordinating the supply of concrete

• Oversee the inventory levels of concrete and manage purchasing and supply to meet project demands

• Work with suppliers to negotiate pricing and contracts

• Ensure that concrete deliveries are scheduled and delivered on time, in the correct quantities, and to the appropriate construction site

• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and truck drivers to ensure consistent quality and timely deliveries

• Monitor weather conditions and adjust supply schedules as necessary

• Communicate regularly with construction teams to ensure that their needs are being met

• Manage safety protocols and ensure that all safety standards are being met by suppliers and truck drivers

• Maintain accurate records of all deliveries and inventory levels

• Continuously evaluate and improve supply processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs

• Other duties as assigned.

What skills and experience do you need?

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Construction Management or a related field preferred

• Have middle level operational inspector certificate (POM) or qualifications certificate recognized by KaIT (Chief Mines Inspector) in accordance with level of position.

SUPERINTENDENT ENGINEERING CONSTRUCTOR (EPC-FIXED PLANT)

(National - Site Based)

Some of your duties will include:

• Plan and execute all transmission and distribution construction activities, including but not limited to site preparation, equipment installation, and commissioning of systems.

• Manage and coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and construction personnel to ensure adherence to project schedule, quality standards, and safety regulations.

• Monitor and control project costs, review and approve vendor invoices, and provide regular reports to the project management team.

• Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure designs are constructible and meet project requirements.

• Develop and implement site-specific construction plans and procedures in accordance with project requirements, company policies, and industry best practices.

• Maintain a safe work environment and ensure all personnel follow established safety procedures.

• Conduct regular site inspections to identify and mitigate potential risks, hazards, and non-conformities.

SUPERINTENDENT ELECTRICAL (EPC MILL FIXED PLANT)

(National/Expat - Site Based)

Some of your duties will include:

• Study and review engineering designs, plant and equipment specifications and other technical documentation submitted by the Engineering Consultant, equipment suppliers and construction contractors, ensuring conformance to specifications and standards and to the Owner’s requirements.

• Develop and manage the engineering design schedule and the document and information exchange schedule between the project team, the Engineering Consultant, equipment suppliers, the construction team and construction contractors (internal and external project stakeholders).

• Manage and control the document and information exchange process between internal and external project stakeholders.

• Manage terminal points and software interfaces between internal and external project stakeholders.

• During construction, ensure that the correct documentation, drawings and other technical information are made available to the site teams.

• Investigate and solve technical issues relating to drawings and engineering that will come up during construction.

• Take overall responsibility for electrical, instrumentation, automation and controls construction on site.

• Manage the electrical, instrumentation, automation and controls construction and erection contractors.

• Develop the construction schedule with the support of internal and external project stakeholders.

• Coordinate contractor support required for construction, including scope and contract development and implementation.

• Plan and schedule resources (manpower, service providers, spares and consumables, tools and equipment) needed to carry out construction activities.

• Develop and execute the quality plan, quality testing and related QC activities and manage the implementation and execution of the quality plan.

• Submit necessary reports and recommendations to the Project Manager concerning project status and problems.

• Formulate safety procedures and contribute to safety improvement in workplace by considering risk factors during construction activities.

• Responsible for the safety of the people under his control and for maintaining good housekeeping.

• Form part of the commissioning team during systems and plant commissioning.

• Ensure compliance to codes, regulations and standards.

What skills and experience do you need?

• Bachelor degree preferable from Electrical engineering.

• Have minimum 12 years’ experience in EPC / Civil Construction industry, preferable have exposure in Mill Expansion Project for Mineral Processing Plant, which at least 5 years in a similar or equivalent position as Superintendent Electrical, and minimum 3 years in site based with demonstrated project management;

• Good knowledge of Microsoft project or other industry software such as AutoCAD, CATS; Have an understanding of construction regulations, industry codes and standard, workplace health & safety regulation, quality assurance, construction cost and processes; General knowledge of site man hour productivity rates and equipment utilization;

• Experienced in reading engineering drawings and the planning of engineering and construction schedules; Able to read and understand technical documentation and to make an expert evaluation thereof.

• Experienced in planning and executing project and construction activities; Hands-on experience of managing QC and HSE activities on site.

• Experience in PLC/DCS and or Instrumentation systems in the mining/concentrating industry (include: installation, logic development, programming, calibration, and record keeping), or in a specialty area are necessary;

• Have Frontline level operational inspector certificate (POP) or qualifications certificate recognized by KaIT (Chief Mines Inspector) in accordance with level of position;

SUPERINTENDENT FILTER AND PIPELINE – EPC MILL FIXED PLANT

(National - Site Based)

Some of your duties will include:

• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of filtration and pipeline systems

• Develop and manage project schedules and budgets

• Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations

• Manage the team responsible for filtration and pipeline system maintenance and repair

• Coordinate with other members of the operations team to ensure that filtration and pipeline systems are integrated effectively with other systems and processes

• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and reduce costs

• Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for improvement

• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors

• Prepare and present reports on system performance, maintenance activities, and project status to senior management

SR. CONTRACT ADMIN

(National - Site Based)

Some of your duties will include:

• Assist manager to ensure successful procurement of goods and services through effective contracting in terms of costs, quality, quantity, services and availability.

• Responsible for contract administration for the process fixed plant engineering and construction projects;

• Asist to implement existing procedures and establish new procedures where required. Required for internal working procedures and external procedures that will be applicable to contractors and vendors.

• Assist to ensure all contracts are commercially sound, mitigating risk for the project and conforming to project and company procedures and good international practice.

• Assist to manage the engineering works, equipment supply and construction contracts from inception to completion, ensuring all conditions are met, risks and costs are managed, claims against the project are avoided and claims against the contractors are identified and processed.

• Assist to negotiate agreements and contracts with suppliers of complex technical equipment to obtain the best prices, payment terms, terms and conditions and warranties.

• Effectively implements and manages plans, actions, procedures, and improvement strategies decided by the project management team. Supports business needs and ensures the cost-effective acquisition of goods and services, efficient flow of materials to the project and the timely movement of goods and services.

• Help to develop the procurement and contracting schedule with the support of internal and external project stakeholders.

• During construction and commissioning, ensure that the correct documentation, drawings and other technical information related to procurement and contract management are made available to the site teams.

• Investigate and solve technical issues relating to contracting and procurement that will come up during construction and commissioning.

• Submit necessary reports and recommendations to the Project Manager concerning project status and problems.

What skills and experience do you need?

• Tertiary degree qualification in business, engineering and/or logistics required with minimum 12 years’ Contract / Purchasing / Materials Management experience preferably within a large organization.10 years of experience in contract administration with 5 of those years working as Senior Contract Administrator in Process Fixed Plant Construction / EPC Industry;Experience in purchasing high dollar items and preparing complex Purchase Orders or Purchase Contracts;

• Very good knowledge of FIDIC engineering, construction and equipment supply contracts; Very good knowledge of BOM/BOQ construction contracts.

• A thorough understanding of the project cycle, the ability to prioritise activities and to drive it to completion and to anticipate pinch points; Experienced in developing and implementing procedures and systems; Experienced in planning and executing project, construction and commissioning activities from a commercial and procurement perspective;

• General understanding of the Indonesian business, legal system, company law, immigration, manpower, tax, importation, mines and energy regulations;

SPEC. DOC. TRANSLATION AND INTERPRETER (EPC FIXED PLANT)

(National - Site Based)

Some of your duties will include:

• Read through original material and rewriting it in the target language (Indonesia to English or vice versa), ensuring that the meaning of the source text is retained.

• Undertake translations in accordance with established procedures, standards and agreed deadline with high quality and reliable services are provided to customers.

• Use the internet as research tools, consult with relevant literatures and actively seek information and clarification to experts in specialist areas throughout translation process.

• Refer to dictionaries, lexicons, encyclopaedias, and computerized terminology banks as needed to ensure translation accuracy.

• Follow ethical codes that protect the confidentiality of information.

• Proofread and edit final translated versions.

• Assist other team/section by answering and/or seeking appropriate sources of knowledge and information to answer queries related to any aspect of translations.

EXPEDITOR  – (EPC FIXED PLANT)

(National - Site Based)

Some of your duties will include:

• Managing and monitor contractors, vendor, supplier to provide packages/bulk material on scheduled.

• To ensure vendor/supplier providing mechanical unit and/or electrical/instrument items following client specification.

• To conduct Kick of Meeting, Pre-Inspection Meeting and Technical Meeting with client and supplier.

• To immediately coordinate with Engineering and QC for every issue that raise up to avoid delay on delivery schedule.

• To coordinate with Project Control to make sure forecast delivery is still online with the latest Required on Site (ROS) date.

• To liaise with Client as focal point on Delivery and Procurement Progress Status.

• Coordinate with QA/QC and packing/shipping for the verification process

• Collaborate with suppliers for load consolidation (i.e., minimize the number of trucks or individual packages)

• To provide Expediting Report, Action List, and Testing/FAT look ahead weekly.

• To expedite document submission from vendor/supplier.

• Participating in KPI meetings with supplier and performance input and attending weekly or monthly meeting with end user.

• Coordinate with logistic department for overseas (ex-work) and transportation from local warehouse to the site.

• Cultivate strong working relationships with other SCM and Operational Departments

• Complete all tasks set by the supervisor or Senior workers and assisting wherever possible

JR ACCOUNTANT  – (EPC FIXED PLANT)

(National - Site Based)

Some of your duties will include:

• Responsible to receive payment/progress claim from Project’s commercial Team.

• Assist Manager to ensure the payment/progress claim received in Finance is reviewed and verified by Engineering, QS and Procurement, and approved by Material/Contract Manager & Sr. Manager Capital Procurement.

• Initiate Service Entry Sheet Process (SES) in SAP and monitoring the progress.

• Asist to prepare Request for Approval form to obtain approval from Project Director and Director(s).

• Asist to implement existing procedures and establish new procedures where required. Required for internal working procedures and external procedures that will be applicable to contractors and vendors.

• Assist to ensure all invoice received from vendors are well managed and loaded into SAP by Account Payable team.

• Supports business needs and ensures the cost-effective acquisition of goods and services, efficient flow of materials to the project and the timely movement of goods and services.

• During construction and commissioning, ensure that the correct documentation, drawings and other technical information related to procurement and contract management are made available to the site teams.

What skills and experience do you need?

• Formal degree qualification in Accounting or Management

• A fresh graduate is welcome or with minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, reporting or account payable

• General understanding of the Indonesian business, accounting process, account payable and invoicing

• Must be bilingual, English/ Bahasa Indonesia.
