We are currently seeking interest for experienced and highly qualified candidates to join our Team across Indonesian projects:

Jakarta

SPECIALIST SOURCING

• Lead sourcing initiatives for assigned categories

• Conduct supplier market analysis and benchmarking

• Develop sourcing strategies aligned with business needs

• Manage RFP/ RFQ processes and supplier negotiation

• Track and report savings and sourcing performance

• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure quality and service deliver

• Economic Bachelor's degree

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Mining industry

• Fluent English

North Sumatra

1. JUNIOR ENGINEER FMS

2. SENIOR ENGINEER – MINING

3. SUPERVISOR SAFETY (Paramedic Education Background)

4. SUPERVISOR MAINTENANCE

5. SUPERVISOR TRAINING - OPERATIONS

General Requirements:

• Teamwork player with a high level of Surface and Underground Safety requirements

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in the same position

• Hold active POP will be an advantage for supervision up roles

• Strong motivation and ability to operate independently with excellent time management skills

• Capable of involvement in multiple activities and projects and ability to deal with ambiguity
