We are challenging the Experts to join us in the position of:
1. Manager Environment
JOB ROLES
• Manage the process of developing INPEX Indonesia Environmental Management System that includes policies, strategies and objectives that compatible with international standard and Indonesia rules, regulation and guidelines and Environmental management best practices and technology to ensure availability of Environmental policy, strategy and objectives in INPEX Indonesia that clearly articulates the INPEX Indonesia expectations and covers all levels of operational practices.
• Manage the process of developing, implementing, reviewing, revising and improving Environmental services for INPEX Indonesia operating units, Environmental Management System socialization and communication programs including all related HSSE activities to fulfill the requirement of AMDAL, IFC, Environmental standards and regulations in Indonesia and global world and to ensure Environmental communication programs achieve the target in enhancing HSSE awareness in INPEX Indonesia and relevant external parties.
• Manage the process of developing, implementing, reviewing, revising and improving Environmental Management System training programs to improve the HSSE Management System awareness and competencies of all INPEX employees.
• Manage the Environmental assurance processes for INPEX Indonesia operations including risk assessment, AMDAL and IFC requirement; Lead and manage Environmental audit process by developing and maintaining Environmental audit standards, procedures and programs and INPEX Indonesia Environmental Management System requirements through working with all operating units from the early phase of the operational plan to comply with Environmental international standards, Indonesian laws and regulations and INPEX Indonesia Environmental requirements and to provide feedback for improvements to all operating units.
• Develop, manage, maintain and review Environmental incident reporting standards, procedures and tools; Assist and coordinate with other Department leader in reporting incidents to INPEX Indonesia Management and/or Government Offices; Coordinate and monitor assigned team to inspect and investigate the occurrence and analyze/find out the root causes to ensure Environmental incident report based on INPEX Indonesia guidelines and Environmental international standards, Indonesian laws and regulations.
• Develop, review, revise and improve INPEX Indonesia Environmental Management System documentation and related documents; Develop, maintain and monitor Environmental key performance indicators, Coordinate Environmental reporting and management review regularly to comply with AMDAL, IFC, INPEX Indonesia guidelines and Environmental international standards, Indonesian laws and regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor degree in Environmental Engineering, HSSE, Science, Engineering, or studies related to Oil and Gas Industry.
• A minimum of 15 years and ever hold managerial position in Oil and Gas Company/Industry at least 5 years.
2. Senior Specialist Security & Emergency Response
JOB ROLES
• Lead and manage the process of developing INPEX Indonesia Security and Emergency Response policies, strategies and objectives in accordance to Indonesia oil & gas industry practice, local and THQ guideline; Monitor and review updated and or new related laws and regulations; Recommend policies, strategies and objectives adjustment/improvement INPEX Indonesia Security and Emergency Response Management System to ensure all documents clearly articulates the INPEX Indonesia security and emergency response expectations and covers all levels of operational practices and to ensure availability of security guidance in INPEX Indonesia.
• Coordinate, monitor and review implementation of security planning and strategy in INPEX Indonesia facilities, relevant operating units, company designated area, company event, VIP guest and employees; Manage security performances that conducted by external parties to ensure secure condition in INPEX Indonesia and security services are implemented in all INPEX Indonesia area in line with Company policy and procedures, and meet INPEX Indonesia quality standard.
• Coordinate, monitor and review company Emergency Response team; Collaborate and coordination with related external party to response the emergency at the office, project area and/or emergency situation at company asset locations; Review and recommend to Emergency Response guidelines, standard procedures and policy updating to ensure safety, optimum protection for company assets and employees.
• Manage and provide direction and strategy in gathering security and emergency situation data and information through various sources; Review analyze and recommend security and emergency status to ensure availability of early warning system for security and emergency condition in all INPEX Indonesia operations area.
• Coordinate in developing security socialization program and training material to all INPEX employees and relevant contractors; Monitor socialization process and its accomplishment, security awareness indicator and its implementation, and review feedback and proposed improvement on security programs to ensure security awareness improvement and implementation for all INPEX Indonesia personnel and related contractors.
• Monitor and review security and emergency response management system audit program, incidents investigation and assurance processes (including risk assessment) in INPEX Indonesia:, Coordinate further audit, inspection and investigation with government related authorities (police, army, navy, air force, SAR, fire dept., etc.) on emergency response and violation identification; Review and report audit process and incidents root causes; Coordinate in preparing report to INPEX Indonesia Management and related parties to ensure security and emergency response case handling in line with international standards, Indonesian laws and regulations and INPEX Indonesia requirements and ensure all security risks are controlled to levels of ALARP.
• Manage the process of planning, providing, maintaining, reviewing, and improving security services for INPEX Indonesia facilities and relevant operating units, including security service providers and security infrastructure; Monitor, analyze and recommend security system and technology need in INPEX Indonesia area and their improvement based on Company business strategy and plan, to ensure implemented security system and technology meet Company quality standards..
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor degree in Social Science, Science, Engineering, or studies related to Oil and Gas Industry.
• A minimum of 13 years and ever hold Head position in Oil and Gas Company/Industry at least 5 years.
3. Lead Permitting & Formalities
JOB ROLES
• Lead and coordinate the team in developing external relations strategy to support INPEX Indonesia project activities; analyze and map Company stakeholders to identify and define major impact of stakeholders as a base of creating harmonized and valuable relation among parties.
• Lead and coordinate the team in developing, coordinating and maintaining external relations matters to support INPEX Indonesia project activities related to networking and relationship management, liaison services, advocacy planning and implementation, socio-economics and socio-political analysis; in order to ensure external supports to INPEX Indonesia project activities.
• Develop and maintain networking and relationship management (such as creating approach to the key persons, hearing with local or national level representative groups, facilitating executive visits in INPEX area etc.); Develop and maintain good relationship with external stakeholders and SKK Migas to ensure good support to INPEX Indonesia company activities especially project.
• Monitor and review national and local issues related with INPEX Indonesia activities; Recommend steps that can be taken by INPEX Indonesia regarding the issues that occurred in order to take appropriate steps and support the INPEX Indonesia smooth operations.
• Analyze and evaluate report prepared based on requirement and regulation; Deliver and explain report to stakeholders; Maintain report database in order to ensure that reports required by stakeholders are in accordance with the requirements and applicable regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor degree in any discipline
• A minimum of 13 years’ experiences with 8 years in Oil & Gas or Mining industry.
4. Senior Counsel GA-Litigation & Commercial
JOB ROLES
• Support Chief Counsel Commercial and provide high level legal support to all relevant Departments and Teams with respect to commercial contracts, including confidentiality agreements, heads of agreement, share/asset sale and purchase agreements, oil & gas (including LNG and condensate) sales contracts, transportation agreements and other relevant oil & gas industry contracts ("Commercial Contracts").
• Draft and review Commercial Contracts to ensure that all Commercial Contracts are (i) in compliance with (a) all applicable laws (including international and commercial laws), regulations and guidelines (including applicable PTK), (b) INPEX policies, guidelines and procedures and (c) the highest professional standards, (ii) reflect the commercial agreement between the parties and (iii) adequately protect INPEX’s interests from a legal and risk perspective.
• Prepare and maintain standard model Commercial Contracts as applicable.
• Provide legal support to internal stakeholders with respect to Contract implementation, including queries on potential disputes, complaints or referrals to the relevant Regulator; and responding to external parties with respect to the same.
• Assist in managing the engagement of external legal advisors, including assessing the performance of external legal advisors, managing budget and controlling expenditure.
• Provide regular and ad hoc updates to Chief Counsel Commercial and Sr. Manager Legal on ongoing matters.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in Law. Masters or other advanced post-graduate degree in Law preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of legal experience with 8 years of legal experience in the oil and gas industry and with experience in Commercial Contract drafting and advice.
• International experience/background preferred.
• Fluent in both spoken and written English, with a strong ability to draft legal documents in English.
5. Senior Specialist Digital Infrastructure
JOB ROLES
• Lead and coordinate INPEX IMT Infrastructure and Telecommunication system, equipment and systems; Develop and define IMT Infrastructure and Telecommunication system, plan, strategy and development program; Monitor, evaluate and analysis infrastructure and equipment needs in INPEX; Monitor and analyze documentation of IMT & telecommunications infrastructure development in order to ensure availability of IMT infrastructure and equipment as well as their documentation that in line with company policy and procedures.
• Design, develop and monitor IMT infrastructure within INPEX offices, site and across many different locations including IMT infrastructure for disaster backup recovery center for minimum IMT requirement to run company in crisis situation; Lead and coordinate to monitor and maintain IMT infrastructure service level and performances, technical standards, and maintenance programs both for records inventories and physical equipment; Define and monitor programs, policies and procedures to ensure continuous improvement of information technology services and maintain the integrity of system in order to support company business and strategy.
• Direct and establish recommendations of IT Infrastructure and Telecommunication service level, technical standards and work processes; Coordinate, review and evaluate IT Infrastructure and Telecommunication services conducted by external parties (contractors, suppliers, and/or consultants); Review and evaluate service delivery trend data and follow up on action plan for business improvement opportunities in order to ensure IT Infrastructure and Telecommunications and contractors quality of service in line with determined quality standards.
• Monitor and review records and ensure physical locations of all IT Infrastructure and Telecommunication system inventories (telecommunication: satellite, fiber optic, Local Area Network, Wide Area Network, Internet, VSAT, Telephony System, Field Communication, Radio Conventional, Radio Trunking, Phones, and any other main telecommunication media access); Lead and coordinate to maintain all systems related to internet and network in close coordination with related Groups, and monitor their performances in order to ensure all IT Infrastructure and Telecommunication system and equipment are maintained and recorded properly in line with Company policy, procedures, and quality standards.
• Provide and review IT Infrastructure and Telecommunication policy, procedures, and standards including user manual and frequently answer and question (FAQ) and other IT Infrastructure an d Telecommunication guidance; Deliver and evaluate training material and socialize telecommunication guidance to related parties through various media such as intranet, manual book, and others; to enhance telecommunication devices user-friendliness.
• Consolidate and work together as one team with other persons in IMT to establish fit for purpose of IMT solution. Find any problem and seek its solution. Do necessary actions to solve any related problems and implementation of solution to be fit for purpose, on specified schedule within the budget.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor degree in Information & Technology and/ or any technical discipline.
• Tertiary degree and/or any certification from prominent institution for system analysis is preferred.
• A minimum of 13 years’ experience. Having experience in Oil and Gas Company/ Industry is preferred.
6. Manager Funding
JOB ROLES
• Manage, coordinate and lead work program, objective, plan and strategy development for project finance scheme and financing arrangement process; Define and monitor work program objective and plan; Adjust and update work program regarding challenges during implementation to ensure the availability of financing arrangement for INPEX Indonesia on time and align with requirements, guidelines and regulations.
• Lead and manage the negotiation and agreement on any commercial matters related to the Project including LNG Development Agreement with relevant Indonesian authorities for securing bankable finance structure.
• Lead and coordinate team to conduct review and analysis of project financing arrangement requirements (IFC, lenders, etc.); Lead and coordinate financing arrangement proposal preparation as per the requirements; Evaluate and recommend financing arrangement proposal to ensure the financing arrangement proposal in accordance with the requirements.
• Monitor and analyze financing arrangement opportunities from potential lenders and other resources. Manage and coordinate efforts to fulfill potential lenders characteristic and requirements; Develop strategy and establish approach for potential lenders in order to ensure appropriate project financing arrangement and execution of loan agreements with reputable lenders as well other forms of financing agreements.
• Provide direction and strategy to lead alignment with other functions (planning, marketing, finance, legal, technical in Jakarta and Tokyo headquarters) and financial advisor, Control establishment of constructive relationship with relevant Indonesian authorities to establish commercial viability of the Project.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering or related discipline.
• A minimum of 15 years with at least 10 years in the Oil and Gas industry in the function of either planning, business development, finance, investment or economics analysis.
