SAF ENGINEERING HEAD

We are looking for the Engineering Head who will lead and oversee the entire Engineering function for the SAF project, ensuring strategic alignment across licensors, FEED, EPC, and pre-operations activities. This role holds ultimate accountability for engineering performance from project inception to provisional acceptance and transition to Operations & Maintenance (O&M). The Engineering Head will provide visionary leadership, governance, and technical direction across all engineering disciplines (excluding Process Engineering, which has separate leadership) to deliver a world-class petrochemical facility. This position will report directly to the Project Director.

SAF PROCESS MANAGER

We are looking for a high-performing HSE Manager to lead Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) excellence and ensure the implementation of a robust HSE as per Company standards, national Indonesian and international best practices, for our strategic Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) project, from early design through construction to operations. This role will be reporting to the Project Director.

SAF PROCESS MANAGER

We are seeking an experienced Process Engineering Manager to take full responsibility for process engineering activities in our Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) project. This position will report directly to the Process Head and will oversee the project from Licensor Coordination, through FEED, EPC, and up to Provisional Acceptance (care and custody transfer to operations).

1. Basis of Design (BoD) and Basic Engineering and Design Data (BEDD): Setting up the BoD and Electrical Design Standards in cooperation with the business and operational requirements, including understanding of and proactive engagement into Value Improving Practices 

2. ISBL facilities – Licensor Management: Manage all licensor requirements, including BEDQ, KoM preparation, document review/approval, and support during FEED and EPC stages. Serve as the focal point for technical input on licensor agreements, such as the Basic Design Package and Utilities Performance Guarantees. Oversee FEED Contractor’s Extended Electrical Design alongside the licensor package to expedite ISBL FEED completion and initiate EPC bidding.

4. EPC Management: Review all required EPC documents in time and provide support during the detailed design phase as per project schedule. Participate in Quality Control activities and witness inspection requirements as per Inspection and Test Plan (ITP).

5. Commissioning and Start Up: Support utilities guarantee preparation, test run procedures, and troubleshooting for licensors, EPC contractors, and vendors. 6. 2.   10+ years of experience in cost control for large-scale EPC projects in the oil & gas, refinery, or petrochemical industry.

3.   Proven experience in owner-side project control (site-based experience preferred).

4.   Strong knowledge of budgeting, cash flow planning, change management, local content compliance, and earned value analysis (EVA).

5.   Familiar with SAP, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), and cost code alignment.

1. Pre-Award Phase: Review contracts, prepare clarifications, and discuss with the Direct Supervisor before submission to Partners. If no draft is provided, create one for reviewing, gathering key project information and directions.

2. Post-Award Phase: Assist the PMT in ensuring contract compliance, participate in internal and Partner meetings, and review or draft letters to align with contract terms. Maintain good relationships with Partners, resolve conflicts, and follow procedures for contract execution, change management, and dispute resolution.

8. Internal Communications: Participate in meetings and stay updated on project emails to foresee potential issues, ensuring work execution aligns with contract terms. Liaise with the Procurement Manager on dispute resolution.

9. External Communications: As needed, interact with Partners for contractual coordination and assist the Legal or Business Development teams in liaising with governmental bodies and external stakeholders related to the SAF Project.
