We are fast growing company engaged in coal mining located in East Kalimantan, we need highly skilled and experience employees to fill the following position, are:

A. For Jakarta Office.

1. GM Legal  (Code: GM-L ).

       Responsibilities:

• To assist in the day-to-day legal support through individual and team contributions and through effective management of external and internal legal resources to ensure that the Company is compliant with all applicable laws.

• To partner with internal teams to assist with making effective improvements in the business processes, training, policies and procedures, that are related to legal issues.

• To negotiates, drafts and prepares contracts and other legal documents. Author correspondence, legal memoranda, and reports.

• To assist with the management of outside counsels in with respect to corporate legal matters.

• To assist with investigations, providing responses to government agencies and litigation support.

• Assist with corporate governance and the corporate secretary function, including preparation of materials for board of directors and committee meetings.

Required qualifications:

1. 8+ years post qualification experience.

2. Ability to quickly establish credibility as an advisor, change agent, and business partner with internal clients.

3. Capability to find creative solutions to complex legal issues, moving easily between a hands-on, operations-focused view and a larger strategic outlook.

4. Ability to manage domestic and international coordination.

5. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate and interact effectively at all levels of the organization while exercising sound judgment, self-confidence, and respect for others.

6. Ability to identify and articulate practical legal solutions in a useful and easily understood manner to ensure successful implementation.

2. Senior Manager – Internal Audit (Code : Sr Mgr-IA).

      Responsibilities:

• Handling all Internal / Concurrent Audits & Analysis related jobs for group companies.

• Monitoring the transactions on regular basis as per defined SOPs / process documents for departments like – finance, operations & others as applicable.

• Periodical MIS reports & management dashboards as required.

• To create a centralized Internal Audit department to monitor routine transactions.

• Analyze periodical transactions data & create their reports for department heads.

• Create SOPs, process documents / manuals for the group companies under different verticals & business operations.

• Analysis of data to identify areas of improvements.

• Interact with various stakeholders for the creation of various controls measures and respective related reports.

• Devise and implement the enterprise-level periodical MIS reports, keeping in mind business & management requirements.

     Required qualifications:

1. Domain knowledge & experience in Internal / Concurrent Audits & Analytical reports

2. Should have mining experience along with exposure in Internal audit functions.

3. In-depth knowledge of data analysis, advanced excel proficiency, knowledge of macros, proficiency in preparation of presentations and various other related tools in the preparation of MIS reports.

4. Combine a strong quantitative skill set with a range of qualitative skills in order to effectively create an environment of the periodical reporting system.

7. The candidate should have handled the Internal Audit function.

3. Accounts Sr executive/Assistant Manager (Code : A-Sr. Ex / Asst. Mgr).

Responsibility:

• Prepare monthly management accounts and perform general ledger reconciliations.

• Data Entry in Software (Journals, Payments etc)

• Coordination with several teams for the preparation of year-end statutory accounts.

• Monthly and Annual Balance Sheet.

• Coordination at site for completion of data.

• Budgeting & Costing (experience)

• Handling all Audit related jobs for local & offshore companies.

• Periodical MIS reports

Required qualifications:

1. Male/Female any candidate, graduated from Accounting / Finance.

2. Must have at least 5-6 years’ experience, preferably from audit background.

3. Knowledge of taxation would also be beneficial.

4. Flexible on long working hours for completion of deadlines (If required).

5. Experience of working on ERP (Preferably)

6. Notably, Person will handle multiple companies Indonesian as well as Offshore.

4. Procurement & Document Control Staff / Officer (Code : P&DC )

Responsibility:

• Collecting bids, making bid comparisons, making IPR, PO, PR and other required documents.

• Contact suppliers & vendors to obtain quotations

• Reviewing, monitoring and controlling payments to vendors, and coordinating with the Finance department.

• As Document Controller. documenting all forms of invoices, purchase orders, work orders, or invoices.

• Seeking bids from several vendors for the procurement of goods/services.

• Reporting and supporting GM Procurement and Project Control.

Required qualifications:

1. A Bachelor or Diploma D3 graduate with majoring Civil Engineering or Economic.

2. Have Min.1 years working experiences in Procurement / Finance Department.

3. Have knowledge and good understanding of Procurement Process, Financing System, and Document Control.

4. Proficiency in Ms. Office (Excel, Word, Power Point).

5. Excellent communication skill, target oriented, innovative, and have the intention and enthusiasm to work and learn new things.

6. Placement in Jakarta Office.

5. Technical Support & Admin Staff / Officer  (Code: TS-Adm ).

Required qualifications:

1. Female max 35 years old. 

2. Minimum diploma in Administration or Secretary.

3. Minimum 3 years’ experience in the same or relevant position.

4. Fluent in English both oral and written.

5. Mastering word, excel and power point programs and able to prepare presentation materials.

6. Preferably those who have worked in compliance.

6.   Receptionist Cum Admin Staff (Code : R - Cum Adm).

Required qualifications:

1. Female with max 30 years old.

2. Diploma graduated or equivalent.

3. Have experience min 1 – 2 years in the same position.

4. Fluent in English is a must and excellent in Microsoft Word and Excel.

 

B. For Site.

1. Senior Project Manager / Deputy General Manager Operation & Development (Code : Sr PM / DGM - Op & Dev).

Required qualifications:

1. Minimum bachelor graduate majoring in Mining Engineering.

2. Have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar position or higher in a coal mining company.

3. Have an active POU certificate.

4. Strong experience in managing contractors and quality in safety, environment and contract management capabilities.

5. Strong interpersonal, management skills and leadership ability.

6. Excellent reporting skills.

7. Highly developed written and verbal communication skills including presentation skills in Bahasa and English

8. Ability to interact with the local communities to ensure win-win outcomes for all stakeholders.

2. Financial Data Analyst Manager (Code : FDA - Mgr).

Responsibilities:

• Review budget proposals and funding requests

• Conduct cost/benefit and other types of analyses

• Submit budget recommendations for approval or rejection of funding requests

• Explain and defend recommendations to management and stakeholders

• Collaborate with managers to develop final consolidated budget

• Ensure the budget adheres to legal regulations

• Oversee expenditure and identify trends in spending

• Make forecasts for future budget needs

• Suggest improvements to increase profits (e.g. spending cuts)

• Prepare periodical and special reports

• In collaboration with site Project Managers / KTT to develop the annual work plan and budget (RKAB)

• Part of the team reviewing/analysing company appointed contractors monthly project claims (mining and support services and project development/construction claims).

Required qualifications:

1. Male / Female any candidate, graduated from Accounting / Finance from reputable university.

2. Must have at least 5-6 years’ experience in the same position, preferably from coal mining company.

3. Fluent in English both written and compensation.

4. Experience with any accounting software especially can use Tally system is more advantageous.

5. Good in reporting and analysis.

3. Deputy General Manager Construction (Code : D GM - C ).

     Duties & Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the development of cost estimates that include conceptual estimates prior to design as well as detailed time and materials estimates from design documents.

• Facilitate the development of pre‐bid schedules from design documents.

• Analyse monthly construction contractor schedule updates

• Develop progress payments based on schedule updates; assist with recovery schedules.

• Maintain company database relative to market conditions labour rates affecting job costs as well as projections required for budgeting.

• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.  

• Independently write reports and correspondence.

• Develop complex spreadsheets and charts in Microsoft Excel and reports in Microsoft Word.

• Client/business development experience.

• Occasionally, develop and make presentations to groups to include BOD and public meetings.

• Ensuring that all contractors’ work sites are safe and clean at all times

• In consultation with the GM Civil & Infrastructure overseeing all aspects of the construction process, including hiring contractors and subcontractors, ordering materials, managing budgets, and resolving disputes.

• Ensuring that all construction projects meet health and safety codes, environmental regulations, and applicable building codes.

     Required qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in a field related to construction (i.e., engineering, architecture, construction).

2. Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in construction with emphasis in complex, fast‐ track, or phased project delivery of ports, haul road, mine development projects

3. High degree of demonstrated organisational skills and problem‐solving ability, specifically the ability to access resources inside and outside of the company.   

4. Respect for details and the ability to execute at a high level with significant independence.

5. Ability to prioritize and execute tasks to achieve both corporate and project goals.

4. Civil Work Supervisor (Code : CW - Spv ).

Responsibility:

Supervise infrastructure work on site such as roads, buildings, jettys, weigh bridges, warehousing / workshops.

     Required qualifications:

1. Civil Engineering graduated.

2. Have Min.3 years working experiences in the same position at Coal Mining Company.

3. Proficient in Auto CAD 3D is preferred.

4. Excellent communication skill, target oriented, innovative, and have the intention and enthusiasm to work and learn new things.
