PT Gunbuster Nickel Industry is one of the proposed company for National Strategic Project (PSN) which is located at Bunta, Bungintimbe, and Tanauge Village, Petasia and East Petasia District, North Morowali Regency, Central Sulawesi Province. Total investment value are approximately 27.8 Trillion Rupiah, with an area more or less than 600 Ha of 1,912 Ha of Industrial Park PT Stardust Estate Investment. Construction phase was already started in 1st quarter of 2020 and production phase is estimated to be commisioned in 2nd quarter of 2021. Being considered as one of the leading nickel ore based mineral processing in Indonesia, PT Gunbuster Nickel Industry will be developing three different industrial areas; Nickel smelter with 24 line production capacity of 1.8 million ton per year Nickel Pig Iron (NPI), power plant with capacity of 1,100 MW, integrated port & stockpile with capacity up to 9 x 5,000 DWT Barge and 2 x 50,000 DWT Vessel.

11. Doctor
Qualifications :
• Male/female 25-40 years old
• S1 Medical Profession Education
• Have a valid STR (Medical Registration Certificate)
• ATCLS/ACLS training certificate, Electrocardiography (ECG) course is preferred
• Have certificates of training, seminars/workshops that support the profession
• Fluency in English/Mandarin is preferred
• Have a sense of leadership
• Able to work in teams, communicative, and service-oriented
• High commitment and integrity
• Thorough, fast and skillful
• Willing to be place in North Morowali with 8:2 roster and shift system.
Job Descriptions :
• Perform services to patients starting from pre-analysis, analysis and post-analysis activities
• Formulate and solve problems related to the determination of diagnosis, treatment evaluation, prognosis, and prevention of disease
• Providing expert testimony to patients
• Providing consultation services
• Identify and analyze technical issues regarding methodology, equipment, reagents, specimens and patient preparation
• Provide insight and knowledge to nurses related to patient handling and administration to develop work systems.
12. Administration Staff (Mandarin)
Qualifications:
• Minimum education Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (D3/S1)
• Fluent in Mandarin, HSK certificate will be an Advantage
• Minimum 2 years experiences in the same field
• Proficient computer operation (Ms. Word and Ms. Excel)
• Able to work neatly and thoroughly
• Having a sense of responsibility
• Willing to be placed in sister company
• Placement in Head Office (Jakarta)
Job Description:
• Responsible for all TKA (foreign worker) documents administration
• Responsible for document archive (soft copy and hard copy).
13. Translator Staff (Mandarin)
Qualifications:
• Minimum High School / Diploma
• Fluent in Mandarin, HSK certificate will be an advantage
• Experience as a mandarin translator
• Minimum 2 years experiences in the same field
• Having a sense of responsibility
• Able to do field work
• Willing to be placed in sister company
• Willing to be placed in North Morowali with a 10:2 roster system.
Job Description:
• Arranging shuttle services for TKA (foreign worker)
• Coordination with Chinese TKA (foreign worker) and external department
14. Staff Exim Kawasan Berikat
Qualifications:
• Checking the completeness of bonded area import documents
• Checking the classification of goods and checking the HS Code of Imports
• Understand the technical process of bonded zones well
• Coordinate field operations at the site in the process of checking imported goods
• Submit import customs documents, local and others in the bonded area system to the head office
• Coordinate between departments on site in the export and import process
• Report the progress of work related to the bonded area process to the head office
• Coordinate the receipt and release of goods at the site in coordination with the warehouse team
• Willing to work in North Morowali (Central Sulawesi) with 10 weeks (working) : 2 weeks (off) roster system.

15. CSR Staff
Qualifications:

• Planning and reporting of CSR and Community Development program implementation;

16. CSR Corporate Assistant Manager
Qualifications:

• Work experience >5 years in CSR field

Job Description:
• Build the company's image through CSR programs in the operational section
• Conceptualize, plan, and implement all CSR needs
• Monitor online and offline media related to the company's image and provide input to the leadership on this matter.
• Strategic planning and cooperation with other parties
• Establish good relations with the media, government, and others for the needs of the company
• Facilitator of internal and external communication of the company as a whole
• Manage costs properly and can be accounted for
• Create weekly, monthly and annual reports on community development performance
17. HSE Supervisor
Qualifications:
• Bachelor/diploma in engineering;
• 29-45 years old;
• Minimum 4 years of experience as HSE Supervisor or minimum 6 years of experience as HSE Officer in factory/industry/construction;
• Have AK3U (mandatory), first aid, auditor, fire fighting, and Trainer of Trainer (TOT) certification;
• Good communication skills and discipline;
• Willing to do business travel for a long period of time
• Placement in Head Office (Jakarta)
Job Description:
• Creating work plan in relation to safety, occupational health, and environmental (HSE plan);
• Having a good understanding on K3 management system (SMK3) and able to prepare SMK3 documents according to regulation;
• Carrying out risk assessments, and elaborate safe operational procedures, as well as identifying and consider all hazards in all work activities;
• Monitoring and controlling the implementation of occupational health, safety and environmental policies (K3L) in all company group locations on a regular and ongoing basis;
• Responsible for HSE-related procedures and work instructions, including work safety programs (safe campaigns, safe work permits);
• Investigating unsafe acts and situations and take action to prevent any recurrence;
• Providing advice, considerations, and recommendations regarding all aspects of occupational health, safety and environment (K3L) needed to increase the awareness of employees under the company's work location;
• Conducting internal audits of performance, health, safety and environment (K3L) in all company projects on a regular basis (routine visits to all company project locations).
18. Operator TPS LB3
Qualifications:
• Minimum D3 in all majors;
• 20 - 35 years old
• Proficient in Microsoft (Excel and Word)
• Have good knowledge in Hazardous Waste Management
• Willing to be placed in Sister Company at North Morowali - Central Sulawesi
Job Description:
• Responsible for TPS LB3 warehouse operations in accordance with SOP
• Manage the hazardous waste according to their characteristics
• Record incoming and outgoing hazardous waste handovers in LogBook B3
• Carry out maintenance of TPS LB3 building
• Create daily activity reports
• K3 implementation in all aspects
• Responsible to schedule the transporter for the transport of Hazardous Waste
19. Mandarin Translator
Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree with an HSK Level 4 or higher is required;
• Minimum 2 years experience in the same field;
• Maximum 30 years old;
• Having experience in smelter, port operation, sales, project or manufacturing activities are preferred;
• Have a solid administrative skill and proficient in Microsoft Office;
• Excellent written and verbal communication;
• Available 2 position in Head Office (Jakarta) and Site (North Morowali) with
10 weeks (working) : 2 weeks (off) roster system.
Job Description:
• Provide mandarin translation assistance across department and at the inter-company level;
• Carry out day to day administrative duties and serve as an interface for port operations between head office and site team;
• Assist the Dept. Manager to coordinate across department;
• Complete the task arranged by Dept. Manager;
• Willing to go on business travel at anytime when required.
20. Recruitment & People Development Supervisor
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology/Human Resources Management/Industrial Engineering/Law;
• At least 5 years of working experience as a Recruiter in the mining company or mining contractor;
• Experienced conducting end-to-end recruitment process for heavy equipment operator positions (such as: crane, loader, excavator, etc), driver, security;
• Have deep knowledge about the flow of the recruitment process and labor regulations related to employment agreements (PKWT, PKWTT, Probation, THL);
• Understand government regulations related to employment in the mining sector;
• Mastering interview skills and psycho test;
• Communicative, capable to work under pressure, and detail-oriented;
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint;
• Willing to be placed in North Morowali with roster system 8 (weeks) : 2 weeks (off).
Job Description:
• Maintaining MPP of all divisions and fully responsible for conducting end-to-end recruitment process for positions on site;
• Manage periodically update related to employee database (excel and HRIS System) and employment agreement;
• Make a report on the recruitment process about the applicants.
