Amman Mineral Group – Scaffolding; 5 Positions

An Indonesian mining company which operates the copper and gold mining, and have a long-term expected mine life followed by processing stockpiles.

To support our operations with a variety of projects and challenging tasks in Project Development - Scaffolding area, we are looking for highly motivated professionals eager for brave thinking, foster innovation, and build collaboration to achieve operational excellence to fill the following position :

PLANNER – SCAFFOLD OPERATION

(National - Site Based)

Some of your duties will include:

• Responsible for planning and coordinating the construction and dismantling scaffold structures to support maintenance, operation and project executions. The role typically involves working closely with project team and other stakeholders to ensure scaffold construction executed in timely manner, resolve issues, if any, and develop improvement plan as needed;

• Conducting site surveys to assess the requirements for scaffolding structures, including the type and size of scaffolding needed, and any special requirements or restrictions;

• Coordinating with project representatives, area owners and other stakeholders to ensure that scaffolding structures are installed to meet project timelines and budget constraints;

• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, including carrying out risk assessments and ensuring that scaffolding structures are installed in a way that minimizes the risk of accidents or injury;

• Monitor the procurement and delivery of scaffold materials and equipment, including liaising with suppliers and ensuring that all equipment meets relevant standards;

• Overseeing the installation and dismantling of scaffolding structures, including monitoring progress and quality control.

• Conducting regular inspections and maintenance of scaffolding structures to ensure they remain safe and fit for purpose.

What skills and experience do you need?

• Tertiary degree in Technical Engineering related field preferred with relevant qualifications; Has minimum 5 years’ experience working in Scaffolding scope of work area in field construction project management, multi-unit development or similar project management/development fields;

• Have professional working experiences in similar role as Planner – Scaffolding Operation;

• Previous experience in ground up construction is required. EPC/ Mining Industry construction experience is preferred;

• Professional certification or license in scaffolding design or construction may be preferred;

• Previous experience in scaffolding management project scope.

• Have Frontline level operational inspector certificate (POP) or qualifications certificate recognized by KaIT (Chief Mines Inspector) in accordance with level of position;

• Strong leadership and organizational, scheduling & time management skills; Ability to work both independently and as a team player and thrive in a fast paced, high pressure environment dependent on managing multiple project timelines and schedules simultaneously; A commitment to safety and a desire to maintain our Indonesian mining operations to world class international safety standards.

• Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written and computer literate.

SCAFFOLD- EQUIPMENT

(National - Site Based)

Some of your duties will include:

• Responsible for monitoring and controlling the daily utilization of equipment, such as boom trucks, buses, and other vehicles or machinery used to support scaffold operation;

• Planning and scheduling maintenance of equipment to ensure maximum utilization and efficiency. This involves working closely with various departments, teams, and individuals to determine the equipment needs and availability, and then scheduling equipment use accordingly;

• Keeping track of equipment inventory and maintaining accurate records of equipment use, maintenance, and repair history. This involves creating and maintaining equipment logs, scheduling maintenance and repair activities, and ensuring that all equipment is properly maintained and serviced;

• Training and supervising equipment operators to ensure that they are properly trained, certified, and qualified to operate the equipment safely and efficiently. This involves providing training and support, conducting safety inspections, and ensuring that operators follow all safety protocols and procedures;

• Monitoring equipment performance and identifying any issues or problems that may arise. This involves conducting regular inspections and maintenance checks, tracking equipment usage, and analyzing data to identify trends and potential issues.

What skills and experience do you need?

• Tertiary degree in Technical Engineering related field preferred with relevant qualifications; Has minimum 5 years’ experience working in Scaffolding Equipment scope of work area in field construction project management, multi-unit development or similar project management/development fields;

• Have professional working experiences in similar role as Scaffold - Equipment;

• Previous experience in ground up construction is required. EPC/ Mining Industry construction experience is preferred;

• Previous experience in scaffolding management project scope.

• Have Frontline level operational inspector certificate (POP) or qualifications certificate recognized by KaIT (Chief Mines Inspector) in accordance with level of position;

• Strong leadership and organizational, scheduling & time management skills; Ability to work both independently and as a team player and thrive in a fast paced, high pressure environment dependent on managing multiple project timelines and schedules simultaneously; A commitment to safety and a desire to maintain our Indonesian mining operations to world class international safety standards.

• Be able to identify and troubleshoot issues related to equipment performance, maintenance, and operation;

• Possess Indonesian driving license SIM A is preferable.

SCAFFOLD - MATERIAL

(National - Site Based)

Some of your duties will include:

• Manage daily utilization of scaffold material.

• Conduct periodic maintenance to ensure high-level availability and reliability.

What skills and experience do you need?

• Tertiary degree in Technical Engineering related field preferred with relevant qualifications; Has minimum 5 years’ experience working in Scaffolding Equipment scope of work area in field construction project management, multi-unit development or similar project management/development fields;

• Have professional working experiences in similar role as Specialist Warehouse/ Store – Scaffolding.

• Previous experience in ground up construction is required. EPC/ Mining Industry construction experience is preferred;

• Previous experience in scaffolding management project scope.

• Have Frontline level operational inspector certificate (POP) or qualifications certificate recognized by KaIT (Chief Mines Inspector) in accordance with level of position;

• Strong leadership and organizational, scheduling & time management skills; Ability to work both independently and as a team player and thrive in a fast paced, high pressure environment dependent on managing multiple project timelines and schedules simultaneously; A commitment to safety and a desire to maintain our Indonesian mining operations to world class international safety standards.

• Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written and computer literate.

SUPERVISOR – ASSET WORKSHOP

(National - Site Based)

Some of your duties will include:

• Responsible managing assets equipment;

• Monitor, Control and Coordinate relate to assets management i.e. equipment, tools and scaffold material in Workshop,

• Ensuring high level availability and reliability of the assets.

• Maintain asset list and initiate material and equipment procurement as necessary.

What skills and experience do you need?

• Bachelor degree in Technical Engineering related field preferred with relevant qualifications; Has minimum 5 years’ experience working in Scaffolding scope of work area in field construction project management, multi-unit development or similar project management/development fields;

• Have Professional working experiences in similar role as Team Leader/ Supervisor Asset Workshop

• Previous experience in ground up construction is required. EPC/ Mining Industry construction experience is preferred;

• Previous experience in scaffolding management project scope.

• Have Frontline level operational inspector certificate (POP) or qualifications certificate recognized by KaIT (Chief Mines Inspector) in accordance with level of position;

• Strong leadership and organizational, scheduling & time management skills; Ability to work both independently and as a team player and thrive in a fast paced, high pressure environment dependent on managing multiple project timelines and schedules simultaneously; A commitment to safety and a desire to maintain our Indonesian mining operations to world class international safety standards.

• Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written and computer literate.

SUPERVISOR – ASSET FIELD

(National - Site Based)

Some of your duties will include:

• Monitor, Control and Coordinate relate to assets management i.e. equipment, tools and scaffold material that are being used or temporarily stored at the field,

• Ensuring security and proper utilization of the assets,

• Closely coordinate with Planner to resolve issues and recommend improvement as needed.

What skills and experience do you need?

• Tertiary degree in Technical Engineering related field preferred with relevant qualifications; Has minimum 5 years’ experience working in Scaffolding scope of work area in field construction project management, multi-unit development or similar project management/development fields;

• Have professional working experiences in similar role as Team Leader/ Supervisor Asset Filed;

• Previous experience in ground up construction is required. EPC/ Mining Industry construction experience is preferred;

• Previous experience in scaffolding management project scope.

• Have Frontline level operational inspector certificate (POP) or qualifications certificate recognized by KaIT (Chief Mines Inspector) in accordance with level of position;

• Strong leadership and organizational, scheduling & time management skills; Ability to work both independently and as a team player and thrive in a fast paced, high pressure environment dependent on managing multiple project timelines and schedules simultaneously; A commitment to safety and a desire to maintain our Indonesian mining operations to world class international safety standards.

• Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written and computer literate.
