We are seeking for best candidates to fill the vacant position:

1. POSITION  : QUALITY ENGINEER

Department/Project : QUAL Department

Education  : University Graduate / Bachelor

Working Experiences : More than 10 years in similar position or similar field

Working Status  : 6 months contract

Work location   : Jakarta

REQUIRED WORKING SKILLS/QUALIFICATION/SERTIFICATION

• 10 years of experience in oil and gas industry

• Having working experience as Quality Engineer

• Good English communication skills (necessary to liaise with various stakeholders globally)

• Possess Lead auditor ISO 9001 certificate (IRCA approved training or equivalent).

• Possess QC inspection experiences or training certificates such as CSWIP 3.1 / RI / UT and understanding of Code / Standard such as ISO, ASME, AWS, etc. (will be an advantage)

• Capability to identify potential improvement initiatives through analysis of the output of Quality improvement tools such as Lessons Learned, Customer Satisfaction, Nonconformities, Cost of non-Quality. Capability to manage improvements actions and tools.

• Capability to analyse processes and operating methods with the aim of driving improvement in term of time, cost, and quality of the output of the process. Capability to develop procedures relevant to Company processes, in line with Quality System principles and requirements.

• Capability to plan, supervise and conduct Quality Audits, and to evaluate findings, ensure the definition and correctness of any necessary corrective actions and assess their implementation.

• Knowledge of quality control principles and responsibilities of roles involved. Capability to apply Quality Control Plans.

BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Develop and manage the Company Quality Management System in compliance with applicable Quality Policies, Standards, and existing procedures.

• Provide support to other departments for analysing, defining, and improving operating processes in order to implement an effective Quality System.

• Liaise with the Quality System Certification Body and other regulatory bodies for ISO9001 certification activities.

• Provide assistance to the Purchasing Management regarding Supplier and Sub-contractor pre-qualification, qualification and quality audit activities.

• Plan and execute internal Quality System Audits

• Guarantee conformity of the Company Documentation System (Manuals, Procedures, Work Instructions) in line with ISO9001 Standard

• Support Company Quality Manager in his duties, and support in the definition of their process objectives, in monitoring their activity and in promoting continuous improvement.

• Train Company functions and new resources in quality matters

• Analyse data coming from projects and processes (Customer Satisfaction-CS, Non-Conformity-NC, complaints, and lesson learned, etc.)

• Issue and manage Corrective Action Request (CAR) and Preventive Action Request (PAR).
