We are seeking for best candidates to fill the vacant position:
1. POSITION : ENVIRONMENTAL LEAD
Department/Project : QHSE Department
Education : University Graduate from on Technical Major
Working Experiences : More than 10 years in similar position or similar field
Work location : Office and Site
REQUIRED WORKING SKILLS/QUALIFICATION/SERTIFICATION
• Minimum 10 years’ working experience in Environmental Lead, or Engineer role in relevant services to the CONTRACT.
• Minimum 5 years’ extensive field experience in Environmental Lead Role in Oil and Gas, and EPCI activities is an advantage.
• Must be Indonesian citizen with excellent knowledge in AMDAL, applicable environmental regulation, international standards, industrial practices and regulations, and the ability to implement and apply Environmental Standards and Practices.
• Certified and experience in conducting and leading environmental audit, and development and implementation of Environmental Management Plan is an advantage.
• Formal training in general environmental management, ISO 14001 Environmental Management System, NEBOSH Environmental Management and National Competency Certification is an advantage.
• Minimum bachelor’s degree of relevant environmental, engineering or science from reputable and recognised educational institution.
• Good in English, both in oral and written.
BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTIONS
• Be the technical reference for the environmental aspect and ensure the participation to the interdisciplinary activities.
• Identify the environmental design requirements and procedures applicable to the Project and assure their implementation
into the Project.
• Ensure the implementation of the Environmental Management System (EMS) in compliance with applicable environmental regulation, international standards, industrial practices and project requirements.
• Manage the relevant environmental permits and monitor application.
• Establishing an environmental monitoring and audit program applicable to all phases of project
• Ensure the implementation of Environmental Awareness Training based on Project Requirements.
• Monitor SUBCONTRACTOR's site activities and their compliance with Project Environmental Management System (EMS).
2. POSITION : ELECTRICAL ENGINEER
Department/Project : Electrical Engineering Department
Education : University Graduate from on Technical Major
Working Experiences : More than 10 years in similar position or similar field
Work location : Office
REQUIRED WORKING SKILLS/QUALIFICATION/SERTIFICATION
• Minimum 5-10 years’ working experience.
• Good in English, both in oral and written.
• Electrical Systems calculation and study. Capability to perform electrical system calculations and studies (power demand, load flow, short circuit, transient stability, motor starting, harmonics, power cables sizing, grounding, illumination levels) to define systems and equipment ratings by means of Corporate and Operating Center Discipline technical design software tools.
• Electrical systems configuration definition. Capability to design electrical systems (power generation and distribution, grounding, lighting, etc.)
• Electrical Systems control. Capability to define the functional philosophies for the electrical system automatic control and monitoring. (Power management, synchronization, load shedding, reacceleration and restarting). Knowledge of electrical monitoring and control systems architecture and relevant hardware devices and communication protocols.
• Engineering design activities. Knowledge of Discipline engineering design criteria, methods and workflows from conceptual phase up to site engineering phase. Capability to define the technical documents set based on Project quantities and scope of work. Capability to perform and coordinate Project engineering documents production activities and to check and review design documents, prepared either internally or by Vendors.
• Engineering standard codes and regulations. Knowledge of main international Discipline standards, codes and regulations. Capability to analyse dedicated Project requirements in terms of local standards and codes and to identify proper implementation actions. When required by the role, ability to manage the resolution of Engineering Non-Conformity (NCR) at site supporting Construction and / or Fabrication activities effectively interfacing project Team, Client and Vendor.
• Quantity estimation for engineering disciplines. Capability to define the Project general rules and guidelines for Discipline quantities estimation either on Bid Projects or on Projects in execution, according to corporate design standards, procedures, methods and tools. Capability to control and ensure the correct application of the general rules and guidelines by all team members and all subcontractors involved in quantity definition activities.
• Engineering man-hours and cost budget planning and monitoring. Capability to estimate Discipline Work Orders and Bid Projects engineering man-hours budget based on the Project quantities and scope of work according to corporate standards, procedures, methods and tools. Capability to estimate Discipline items costs budget based on Project quantities and technical requirements according to corporate standards, procedures, methods and tools. Capability to monitor the relevant activity progress and the actual manhours spent vs the earned progress.
• Engineering project documents Management. Capability to analyse engineering documents (e.g. Instruction to Tender, Saipem and subcontractor documents, etc.) identifying improvement areas in terms of cost/time optimization.
• Engineering reporting techniques. Capability to monitor and control the engineering progress and schedule Contribute to Project reporting for the relevant engineering part.
• Engineering Subcontractor management and control. Capability to handle subcontracted engineering work packages defining the scope of work, the milestones and documentation deliverables. Capability to control the quality, the costs and the timing of the subcontracted activities ensuring the compliance with project scheduling and goals and with contract requirements.
• Engineering technical bid evaluation. Capability to perform technical evaluation of vendor bids with reference to Discipline items, bulk material and subcontracted work packages, according to corporate standards and procedures.
• Technical proposal preparation. Capability to prepare and coordinate the preparation of Discipline technical proposal documents for Bid Projects according to Tender contractual requirements.
• 2D and 3D modelling. Knowledge of tools related to 2D and 3D modelling activities.
• Engineering technical software tools. User level knowledge of Corporate and Operating Center Discipline technical design software tools. User level knowledge of Corporate and Operating Center IT tools supporting business processes such as electronic document system management, procurement and office automation applications.
BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTIONS
• Identify technical queries, deviations, and alternatives to be submitted.
• Take part in electrical system design review and Take part in definition of electrical engineering requirements.
• Prepare Project design criteria for electrical system.
• Implement bidding methodologies, design criteria and guidelines.
• Define and issue request for quotation and relevant Technical Bid Tabulation for items not estimated in house.
• Coordinate material quantities and weights (MTOs) estimation.
• Prepare bill of quantities for erection works cost estimation.
• Support Electrical Lead to define manhours estimation.
• Perform electrical system calculation and studies (e.g. power demand, load flow, short circuit, transient stability, motor starting) to define the equipment rating.
• Prepare relay and metering schemes, protective relays coordination study and setting tables.
• Define the functional philosophies for the electrical system control (power management, synchronization, load shedding, reacceleration and restarting) and control system architecture.
• Prepare technical documentation (e.g. specifications, data sheets) for electrical equipment and materials.
