1. FIELD SUPERINTENDENT

Job Roles:

1. Responsible for all Operations, Production and Maintenance activities

2. Responsible for daily shipping meet with target

3. Responsible in Field Project Execution

4. Manage approved budget & ensure budget use on track

5. Provide safe location to work, assess people competency/authorization, Hazard Identified & understood

6. Supervise people, ensure procedure in place during the job & all Hazard Mitigation are understood by People

7. Attended & participation meeting to reduce Field Hazard in HAZOP and HAZID review

8. Responsible in people competency & performance under Field Operations & Maintenance

9. Good relationship with Government and Community

10. As on scene Commander during emergency

11. As role model in implementation HSE

Requirement:

1. Bachelor degree of engineering

2. At least 10 (Ten) years’ experience in Oil & Gas Field Operations & Maintenance

3. Preferably have certification in Oil & Gas operations, Safety training, or other related competency training

4. Have strong leadership, advanced knowledge and awareness of Project Management, HSSE and Quality principles, plan and budget control

5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with outstanding presentation skills

6. Technical & supervision capabilities

7. Good communication with team and external

8. Good relationship with SKK Migas

9. Able to demonstrate handling emergency situation

10. Excellent health as this position requires regular site visits or roaster schedule at Field site outside Java

11. Have basic knowledge of biological hazards and how to avoid them

12. Ability to analyze data, identify trends and make informed decisions

13. Ability to adapt to changing situations and work in a fast-paced environment

14. Deep understanding of safety protocols and regulations

 

2. DRILLING TEAM LEAD

Job Roles:

1. Responsible for execution Drilling & Workover Program, time scheduling and project management

2. Prepare and propose drilling, completion and workover budget (AFE) to ensure cost effective program

3. Coordinate and communicate with the government regarding all drilling & workover project preparation and execution

4. Ensure drilling & workover operations meet Migas standard and safely executed (HSE standard)

5. Coordinate with Supply Chain and other division to prepare scope of work for drilling & workover project tender

6. Prepare drilling report to SKK Migas and BPMA until get P3 or PIS (well close-out)

7. Provide risk management regarding drilling & workover projects

8. Coordinate with other department to prepare WP&B

Requirement:

1. Bachelor degree in Petroleum Engineering

2. At least 10 (Ten) years’ experience in the Drilling Engineering and Drilling Operations area in Oil & Gas Industry

3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with various stakeholders

4. Strong understanding of Oil & Gas operations, including exploration, drilling and processing

5. Ability to lead, motivate and manage teams effectively

6. Ability to identify and resolve operational issues and challenges

7. Ability to analyze data, identify trends and make informed decisions

8. Ability to adapt to changing situations and work in a fast-paced environment

9. Deep understanding of safety protocols and regulations

10. Having experience in Kalimantan area is preferred and will be considered an added value

 

3. GEOSCIENCE TEAM LEAD

Job Roles:

1. Analyze prospect and lead potential in Oil & Gas Working Area

2. Analyze development strategies for subsurface aspect to manage with drilling and production plan

3. Supporting in any related activity such as Drilling, Operations & Production

4. Support with permits & related supporting documents for study and drilling activities such as UKL-UPL & Amdal

5. Manage preparation of Subsurface Study and support Drilling Program to SKK Migas

6. Meeting and discussion for Subsurface Study and support Drilling Program to SKK Migas

7. Lead on WP&B document preparation & discussion for subsurface aspect

8. Support AFE submission

9. GGR study monitoring & Project QC

10. Prepare budgetary planning for GGR study and some of Drilling Services

11. Manage with Close Out document preparation & discussion with SKK Migas

12. Meeting with SKK Sumbagut and or local stakeholder to support Subsurface Study or drilling activities

Requirement:

1. Bachelor degree/Master Degree in Geology, Geophysics or Petroleum Geoscience

2. At least 10 (Ten) years’ experience in G&G areas in Oil & Gas Industry

3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with outstanding presentation skills

4. Abilities to use G&G software, conduct analysis and perform interpretation

5. Create informative and structured presentations and reports

6. Understand the WP&B processes & documents related to Subsurface Programs

7. Understand the AFE processes & documents related to Subsurface Programs

8. Understand the Close Out processes & documents related to Subsurface Programs

9. Knowledge in Drilling Operations

 

4. FIELD DRILLING ENGINEER

Job Roles:

1. Responsible for all preparation and execute the drilling-workover-well service program, well engineering practice

2. Prepare to execute drilling-workover-well service program and program documents

3. Ensure all the Stock Tangible services to meet with Drilling Program and operations meet the engineering practice, standard, time efficient and cost effective

4. Make sure all documents comply with PIS or PPP example: Berita Acara, Service job ticket and all documents that need verification for invoice

5. Coordinate and communicate with Field Operations, all services regarding the Drilling Program and job report on daily basis

6. Make a resume daily report and daily cost based on daily report from every service

7. Monitoring drilling material inventory, calculating material requirements and providing material request to Drilling Engineer and Drilling Operations

8. Provide post-drilling technical summary including lesson-learnt and final well reports

Requirement:

1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science, preferably Petroleum Engineering

2. Minimum 5 (Five) years’ experience in Drilling/Workover Engineering and Well Operations in Oil & Gas Industry

3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with outstanding presentation skills

4. Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

5. Creative, multitask and attention to details

6. Work professionally and effectively in individual as well as a team

7. Having experience in Kalimantan area is preferred and will be considered an added value

 

5. GEOLOGIST

Job Roles:

7. FIELD HSSE OFFICER

Job Roles:

1. Responsible for the implementation & monitoring of Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental policy, procedures and guidelines as instructed at the work site including coaching to but not limited to company and contractors

2. Activities include but are not limited to hazard identification and risk management, incident reporting, HSE training & development, investigate & causal analysis, waste minimizing, polluting prevention and control, various compliance activities in all areas of HSSE

3. Monitor Security Management aspect e.g. Access Control, Physical Security and Personnel Security also legal aspects for all company asset and workers in Job site area

4. Initiate and maintain good relation with local/regional Government of Indonesia and Local Community (Pemerintah, Local Police, Local Army, local mass organization etc.)

5. Design strategies to reduce incidents of illness, environmental accident and other issues that may affect public safety

6. Assess risks associated with tools and equipment, job sites and work environments

7. Conduct and participate in internal or external/regulatory HSE audit & inspection

8. Take parts in incident investigation and carries out safety audit for subcontractor and any internal HSSE Training

9. Record-keeping and other HSSE general administrative duties are likely and report periodically as per HSSE Report Matrix

10. Provide technical advice, data interpretation and process improvement of HSSE aspect

11. Understand and comprehend environmental documents including reporting (UKL-UPL & AMDAL)

12. Develop and Prepare the Emergency Preparedness and Response at worksite

Requirement:

1. Bachelor degree any discipline with Industry Experience in the Management of Technical Function in the Upstream Oil & Gas Industry

2. At least 8 (Eight) years’ experience in HSSE areas in Oil & Gas Industry

3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with outstanding presentation skills

Job Roles:

1. Support to perform liaison function between company and stakeholder (SKK Migas, Ditjen Migas, other stakeholders) in Field Office

2. Project Leader for Land Acquisition and experience with all regulation within stakeholders (Local People, Perhutani, PTPN, Ministry and etc)

3. Making program regarding Institutional, Communication and Media and also reporting in monitoring and evaluation with SKK Migas

4. Support in preparing Work Program and Budget for Government and External Relation Matter

5. Mitigating and deliver solution related with SKK Migas, Migas Ministry and others Government Institution.

6. Attending invitation related to Government issue and deliver management’s concern.

7. Propose and conduct proper programs for CSR with local community and communication media

8. Responsible for managing field administration and preparing field report

9. Responsible to manage petty cash

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree

2. At least 5 (Five) years’ experience in Government Relation & Formality areas in Oil & Gas Industry

3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in Bahasa and English) with outstanding presentation skills

9. FIELD LOGISTIC

Job Roles:

1. To ensure office facilities to be provided for employee requirements, i.e. meeting rooms, gathering area, etc. at Field

2. Managing Office Field by monitoring the contract, office maintenance, etc.

3. To ensure all office supplies are in good condition for employee usage and maintain the office supplies if items need to be repaired at Field

4. To provide office stationery supplies for all employees’ needs monthly at Field

5. To manage Camp & Catering at Field & ensure the quality of catering is good and clean

6. Dispatcher for Operational Car at Field

7. Managing general logistic field

8. Manage OB, Messenger & others in Field

9. To coordinate with all divisions at Field

10. To manage daily routine/operational activities and provide problem solving solutions related to GA Activities at Field

11. Close Coordinate with GA Jakarta & Field Superintendent

Requirement:

1. Bachelor degree

2. At least 5 (Five) years’ experience GA Field in Oil & Gas Industry

3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with outstanding presentation skills
