DRILLING SUPERINTENDENT

Description:

Report to Drilling Manager, this position responsible for planning and executing the drilling program. Manage all aspects including personnel, equipment, technical and financial performance of the rig.

Main responsibilities include:

• Coordinate with rig site personnel in performing rig moving activities.

• Plans, direct and provides general supervision to assigned personnel in drilling operations.

• Manage drilling operations efficiently to minimize rig down time and optimize rig operating expenditures.

• Optimize assets, equipment and supervising the execution of the activities.

• Verify drilling equipment, spare parts and consumables item on the rig and kept at an appropriate level.

• Review daily reports and give guidance on drilling problems (wells and down hole challenges).

• Developing process improvements and efficiencies.

• Responsible for safety implementation during drilling activities.

• Provide input on well design and drilling program in overall.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from a recognized university or equivalent experience.

• More than 10 years’ experience in oil & gas and drilling operations.

• Proficient in written and spoken English.

• Excellent communication skills, strong team player, open and transparent communicator across diverse multidiscipline teams

Company Man Day & Night

Description:

Main job is ensuring the well accordance with the approved drilling program and all operations are completed on time and within budget. This position also expected to oversee the work and scheduling of all third party personnel.

Main responsibilities include:

• Manage day to day operations of drilling, completions and workovers in a safe, efficient and timely manner.

• Working in a team to ensure the safety of all personnel and compliance with all HSE regulations.

• Manage day to day activities of the rig contractor personnel and third party contractors

• Make recommendations on alternative methods or equipment when unusual situations are encountered

• Ensure rig contractor and equipment are properly maintained to avoid downtime

• Ensure rig and personnel comply with company’s safety standard and procedures.

• Follow personal safety as per HSE procedures in day-to-day activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from a recognized university or equivalent experience.

• Minimum 15 years’ experience for Company Man Day and minimum 12 years’ experience for Company Man Night in drilling and workover operations, including experience in Jack Up Operations.

• Having valid IWCF & Basic Sea Survival – please attach the certificates.

Drilling HSE Specialist

Description:

Main job is to manage HSE functions in practical and administrative matters, related to on-site drilling and completion operations during exploration phase. This position also provides services in technical, administrative and reporting functions to support GDC client in the development, application and continuous improvement of HSE in the respective area.

Main responsibilities include:

• Ensure practical implementation of client’s HSE directives and Client work rules

• Provide HSE support and work projects as needed,

• Assist rig crew and rig manager in recognizing and minimizing potential hazards and report any areas where assistance is needed for correction deficiencies.

• Responsible for observing drill crew in performing critical job, evaluating their performance and correcting deficiencies through the use of best practices, STOP, safety tools, ADA and JSA’s. This include stopping the job and showing the drill crew the correct procedure or recommended practices.

• Responsible for continuous assessment of HSE Dashboard data to monitor leading and lagging indicators and verify that the information is complete and reported to all key stakeholders as required.

• Assist in all aspects of incident investigation, verifying root cause, and verifying that recommended corrective actions are adequate to address the root cause findings

• Follow personal safety as per HSE procedures in day-to-day activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HSE field or Equivalent Experience,

• Minimum 15 years’ experience as HSE preferable in oil & gas industry including experience in Jack Up Operations,

• NEBOSH certificate, valid Basic Sea Survival – please attach the certificates

• Industry and/or regulatory courses and training,

Material Man

Description:

Main job is to plan, monitor and manage materials required for projects.

Main responsibilities include:

• Maintain the availability items/equipment and prepare requisition of materials to ensure that they are kept in good conditions and are available at all time.

• Ensure quality type and part identification of material received from Warehouse or other rigs are in accordance with the required specification prior to acceptance,

• Receive, inspect and manage inventory to ensure the correct items as ordered and are stored in the allocated areas.

• Maintain an on-board inventory of Company Owned equipment and keep the stock part system updated during receiving and delivery and inspect the same to report any irregularities.

• Coordinates with On-board Service companies and Material Man on other rigs in orders to transfer material from and to warehouse or inter-fields,

• Monitors Loading and Offloading Operation.

• Prepare the necessary requisitions for spare parts and materials based on the established minimum stock limits as well as keeping accurate records of parts and materials used, transferred, lost or received.

• Follow personal safety as per HSE procedures in day-to-day activities.

Requirements:

• Diploma’s from a recognized university,

• Minimum of 10 years’ of experience, preferable working on offshore projects, including experience in Jack Up Operations

• Having valid Basic Sea Survival – please attach the certificate

• Proficient in written and spoken English.

• Self-motivated and organized with the ability to keep track of paperwork.

Procurement Technical Assistant

Job Purpose:

Perform administrative Farm-In and Farm-Out processes related to contract sharing program and other supporting services for Supply Chain Department

Main Responsibility:

1. Manage administrative tasks for the Farm-In / Farm-Out procedures related to Large Equipment and infrastructure contract sharing program and associated supporting services.

2. Coordinate and collaborate with various parties involved in the process, including external partners, to facilitate Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) and Farm-In / Farm-Out Amendment.

3. Ensure smooth execution of administrative responsibilities throughout the Farm-In / Farm-Out process.

4. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to the Farm-In / Farm-Out activities.

5. Contribute to the development and implementation of efficient administrative procedures for the program.

6. Work closely with legal teams to uphold contractual and regulatory compliance during the entire process.

Requirement:

1. Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

2. Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience

3. Preferable with experience in upstream oil & gas industry

Senior Accountant

Job Purpose:

To oversee and manager various financial and accounting task for group financial reporting, including updating system and procedures and make sure accounting software usage are maximum as purpose

Main Responsibility:

1. Integrate financial consolidation process

2. Integrate group financial reporting in accordance with Indonesian Accounting Standard

3. Summarize and analyze JIB (Joint Interest Billing) report before input to SAP system

4. Generate financial statement for non-operated assets

5. Develop and recommend Accounting Systems and Procedures (SOP) to improve accounting practices

6. Coordinate with IT & DM and Operational Finance to update Accounting Software, especially SAP & Oracle

Sr. Drilling Engineering

Job Purpose:

Perform detailed design, planning and programming of SIPL & its affiliates drilling and completion activities focusing on design and use of right technology, making sure that safety and reliability are absolute priorities and adhering to SIPL & its affiliates’ HSE standard & policy, quality requirements, industry practices and Government regulations

Main Responsibility:

1. Review options of the well design and construction process by Well Engineer and recommend the best option according to well objectives and is engineered in accordance with Saka’s HSE requirements and Saka’s D&C Requirements.

2. Develop detailed drilling program, and detailed procedures (Plan of Actions, POAs) for safe and efficient operations while maintaining expenditures within planned budget and schedule including Plug & Abandon program, Well Containment Plan, Blow Out Contingency Plan and Relief Well Plan and conduct final review of the well drilling program. Assist the final review of HSE and logistic documentation (e.g. Emergency Response Plan, Oil Spill Response Plan, HSE Bridging Document, MEDIVAC Plan, Logistics Plan, HAZID, HAZOP, Bow Tie etc.).

3. Coordinate the Drill well on paper exercise (DWOP) and Pre-Spud meetings with assistance from Drilling Engineering Team Lead.

4. Develop final equipment and tools mobilization plan,  preparation and conduct frequent reviews of the detailed well Master Equipment List (MEL) for all the phases/sections of the well. Assist logistics team in ensuring that all the equipment required for the project are covered in the materials logistics plan.

5. Keep track of and follow-up of the agreed actions in the Well Risk Register, and hold review of the risks register for each phases/sections as part of finalizing the operational procedures.

6. Review the Daily Drilling Report, ensuring it is detailed and accurate prior to wider distribution focusing on performance on the rig, and suggest for improvement actions for the performance improvement. Review the Daily Lookahead and assist in planning ahead for the logistical requirements. and final preparations of all Plan of Actions (Work Instructions) prior to execution.

7. Develop Report on the Close out Well accurately and capture lessons learned

8. Follow personal safety as per HSE procedures in day-to day activities

Finance Officer – AP

Jobs Description :

1. Review employee expense report, travel & non-travel settlement to be align with company policies and to ensure completeness of its supporting documents.

2. Review and process employee cash advance and maintain employee cash advance balance and its settlement in a timely manner.

3. Maintain petty cash balance and perform  monthly petty cash reconciliation.

4. Perform operational process for account payable activities and report to ensure accurate processing and timely payment of invoices/expense report in accordance with accounting principles, fiscal regulations, and PSC regulations.

5. Perform a review on vendor invoices to ensure the accuracy and validity of invoices with adequate support/tax documents in complying company’s invoicing procedures and policies.

6. Prepare and analyze account payable aging and report, balance sheet reconciliation for petty cash, cash advance, and other employee settlement, and other reports needed.

7. Assist month end close for operator assets as per timeline, to meet Government and Corporate reporting deadline.

8. Support to provide supporting documents related to monthly corporate report, inter-company billing, and audit inquiries to comply with accounting principles, fiscal regulations, and PSC regulations.

9. Support ad-hoc requests related to finance activities.

10. Provide a recommendation to improve policy & procedure to manage account payable and invoicing.

Drilling Engineer

Jobs Description :

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Lead/Senior Drilling Engineers in drilling technical studies, drilling operations, completion and workover operations, in alignment to HCML procedures to enable effective drilling.

Detailed Job Description

• Participate in the general / specific drilling and standard drilling instructions for new well drilling on the basis of well initiation packages / scopes of works issued by Geosciences.

• Perform Drilling Engineering analysis including torque and drag, drill bit selections hydraulics, hole cleaning, anti-collision management, well control and casing design.

• Preparation of end of well report, update the affliate knowledge database, support in writing the Wellview.

• Review and analyze all information received from the on-going operations and in particular the various parameters recorded. Compare them to the prognosis and interpret the results.

• Assist the Lead/Senior Drilling Engineers as required.
