Auto Electrician LOHA

Job Description:

• Performing scheduled and breakdown maintenance, Automation capable Loaders, Automation systems and operator stations.

• Completing Automation levels setups, mapping of drives, compiling reports, and operator maintenance training when required.

• Carrying out routine auto - electrical maintenance including vehicle preparation, fitment and troubleshooting of HD plant electrical/electronic systems.

• Understand and comply with all operation specific quality procedures and statutory regulations.

• Assist in other areas of the operation as required ensuring operational targets are met in a safe, environmentally compliant, and efficient manner.

Qualification:

• Minimum 5 years working experience as Auto Electrician Heavy Equipment.

• Understand electrical/electronic of heavy equipment.

• Preference will be given to those with experience in testing and adjusting, celebration, troubleshooting machine system.

• Proactive, able to work independently with minimal supervision, and able to work well under pressure.

• Understand and uphold occupational health and safety standards.

Automation Technician

Job Description:

• Exploring and implementing new ways to automate systems.

• Excellent overall troubleshooting skills including but not limited to control systems, mechanical, electrics, hydraulic and technology aspects of mining equipment.

• Testing automation equipment and processes Commissioning, diagnostic troubleshooting, and repairs company automation and technology systems.

• Develop comprehensive knowledge on the relationship between parameters and functionalities within the machine control systems.

• Programming new automated components

• Identifying quality issues, including technical report and test plans

• Eliminating defects and errors with product and software development

• Collaborating with other business units

Qualifications:

• You should possess a relevant degree or trade qualification in either mechanical or electronic/Automation disciplines. Along with 5 years of technical experience.

• Ability to work underground as needed.

• Experience with Underground mining equipment remote control system

• Proven understanding and experience with machine CAN Bus system is requirement.

• Proven understanding and experience with IT systems and technology.

• Experience working with TCP/IP networks including Wi-Fi.

• Strong investigate and diagnostic skills.

Planner

Job Description:

• Coordinating with operations, purchasing, materials management, maintenance personnel and maintenance management

• Manage work orders using SAP Plant Maintenance

• Update equipment and preventative maintenance plans in SAP Plant Maintenance

• Identifies and obtains (requisitions, orders, kits as appropriate and in keeping with procedures) determinable materials, entering material needs on the work order.

• Estimates cost of each work order in terms of direct labor, materials required and total cost.

• Once a job is planned and estimated, prior to scheduling, verifies the availability of parts, materials and special tools required for its execution.

• Liaise with engineers and other stakeholders regarding upcoming scheduled maintenance, including the ordering of components, consumables, equipment, and tools via SAP.

• Maintain master equipment files, both hard copy and electronic (SAP) and related job plans

• Responsible to perform Planner workflow functions in SAP.

• Identify critical component needs and critical material need and establish safety stock requirements within SAP to ensure components are on site or quickly sourced to minimize downtime.

Qualification:

• Minimum 5 years working experience as Planner with strong mechanical background.

• SAP skill to enter Material Order, material requests and retrieve data report.

• Having skills in planning and scheduling of maintenance heavy equipment

• Willing to listen, proactive & analytical thinking.

Technician BEV

• Installation, and commissioning of Electrical equipment Underground/BEV

• Onsite electrical auditing, testing, breakdown assistance, commissioning, and installation the above-mentioned systems

• Provide face to face support to our clients.

• Work individually and in small teams across a wide range of mine sites

• Provide timely and quality service-related reports following any site work completed.

• Onsite service and maintenance

Qualifications:

• You possess a technical certification in mechanical or electrical/electronic field.

• Minimum 3-5 years related experience with industry-specific equipment. Strong focus in the role for support to complete electric haul truck equipment fleet.

• Digital literacy.

• Proactive, able to work independently with minimal supervision, and able to work well under pressure.

• Understand and uphold occupational health and safety standards.
