We are seeking great people to support and enhance our position as a great company in the heavy equipment industry for the position of:

Mining Sales Representative

(Code: MNG SLS-PM)

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Sales Activities:

• To achieve budgeted mining sales targets about sales revenue or profit, customer satisfaction, and generating new business.

• Continuous monitoring and if necessary, contact customers to ensure A/R does not exceed 5% of total sales revenue.

2. Documentation:

• Quotation and Tenders are completed accurately and dispatched to customers promptly.

• Minimize mistakes or omissions regarding consists of/options requirements and customers' expectations related to delivery and product support.

3. Reporting / General Mining Sales Admin:

• Accurate customer requirements and report them to the Managers to prepare quotations.

• Follow up with Customers properly and promptly, which shall include inquiries, meeting appointments, A/R status monitoring, service requirements, machine delivery status, and general market information.

4. Business Coordination:

• Keep close contact with the finance lease company, internal process status, etc. to ensure the Mining Sales transaction goes smoothly, accurately, and punctually.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Management, Mining Engineering, or any related major.

• Experienced at least 3 (three) years in a similar position and have a good understanding of mining business exposure.

• Experience in a Heavy Equipment Sales Unit as an advantage.

• Mature, independent, communicative, outgoing, target-oriented, and well-adjusted.

• Good communication in English is a must (spoken and written).

• Having good communication in the Chinese language is an advantage (Hokkien, Hakka, Hainan, Cantonese, etc.).

• Computer literate: Windows application (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

• It is highly recommended that the candidate has their car and possess a driving license (SIM A).

• Ready to work in pressure situations.
