We are seeking great people to support and enhance our position as a great company in the heavy equipment industry for the position of:
Sales Manager

Responsibilities:
• To develop a mining sales strategy and its implementation.
• To develop strategic pricing policies upon approval with guidelines from BOD.
• Organize operational activities of unit sales internally and externally to create a dynamic and conducive working atmosphere.
• Develop Unit Cost Database – Sales Price Point – Competitors etc.
• Organize administrative activities to comply with the Company’s SOP timely.
• To set a proper example for unit sales operations.
• Provide product training and technical assistance to our Salespersons.
• Conduct sales marketing activities & and analysis for the Mining Products Line.
• Create new sales activities to achieve team revenue/ sales targets.
• Building and maintaining relationships with existing clients in the Mining & Energy Sector.
• Constantly increase sales by maintaining relationships with existing customers and getting leads.
• Approaching customers directly for leads and potential sales.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Management, Mining Engineering, or any related major.
• Have strong networking with mining or energy projects all around Indonesia.
• Have a strong knowledge of mining or energy.
• Deep analytical in profit and loss of mining or energy proposal.
• Experienced professional with an entrepreneurial character and a "hands-on approach."
• Team player, positive attitude, hands-on, and high flexibility
• Experienced at least 10 (ten) years in a similar position and have a good understanding of mining business exposure.
• Experience in a Heavy Equipment Sales Unit as an advantage. Mature, independent, communicative, outgoing, target-oriented, and well-adjusted.
• Good communication in English is a must (spoken and written).
• Having good communication in the Chinese language is an advantage (Hokkien, Hakka, Hainan, Cantonese, etc.).
• Computer literate: Windows application (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
