MontD’Or Petroleum, the Operator of the producing Mengoepeh, Pematang Lantih, Salawati fields in Indonesia, is currently recruiting dynamic, qualified and self-motivated personnel to be part of its team based in S.E. Asia. The Company has the following vacancy:

WOWS Supervisor

Role and responsibilities:

• Perform on-site supervision for well operation such as workover, well service, well completion, and well intervention.

• Ensure the well operation is performed in accordance with approved well program in a safe, cost effective and timely manner.

• Ensure all aspects of well operations meet the engineering best practices, company policies and procedures, and industry standard.

• Prepare Daily Operation Report and attend daily operation meeting.

• Coordinate and communicate with Field Operations Team and other Department that is related with well operation activities.

• Working in a team to ensure the safety of all personnel and compliance with all HSSE regulations.

• Ensure contractor’s equipment are properly maintained to avoid downtime.

Requirements:

• Minimum High School graduate, Diploma or Bachelor degree preferable.

• Minimum 15 years of oilfield experience in rig operation with a minimum of 5 years in supervisory or leadership roles.

• Experience in onshore well operations.

• Minimum having valid APPS (Ahli Pengendali Perawatan Sumur) or AP III (Ahli Pengendali Bor).

• Good knowledge in well testing, pressure transient analysis, well stimulation and formation evaluation both in clastic and carbonate formation.

• Competency in using MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)

• Excellent interpersonal attitude, communication, and reporting.

• Ability to work in team, problem solver, and strive for continuous improvement.

• Able to work with multi-disciplinary team with good character and work ethics.

• Domicile Jambi or South Sumatera

HSE Officer

Role and responsibilities:

• Perform on-site supervision for Health Safety and Environment aspect for oil and gas production.

• Equipment, material and facilities inspection, in accordance with approved productions program in a safe, cost effective and timely manner

• Ensure all aspects of well operations meet the engineering best practices, company policies and procedures, and industry standard

• Prepare Daily Operation Report and attend daily operation meeting

• Coordinate and communicate with Field Operations Team and other Department that is related with well operation activities

• Maintain communication and coordination with external parties such as DEPNAKER, DLH and Hospital 

• Working in a team to ensure the safety of all personnel and compliance with all HSSE regulations

• Managing contractor management system including personal competencies and equipment certifications

• Ensure contractor’s equipment and personal are properly maintained to avoid downtime

Requirements:

• Minimum D3 Safety or Engineering maximum 35 years old

• Minimum 5 years experience in HSE Officer or HSE Coordinator

• Competency in using MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)

• Excellent interpersonal attitude, communication, and reporting

• Experienced in handling documents and implementation international standardisation

• Understand HSE Management System and HSE regulations in oil and gas

• Having in good communication skills (in Bahasa and English) and working as a team

• Having experience in safety & environment process & releasing AMDAL/UKL UPL

• Having certificate Ahli K3 Umum Kemnaker, Fire Fighter and First Aid

• Domicile Jambi or South Sumatera

Security Coordinator

Role and responsibilities:

• Monitoring all MOTL security activities (MGH, PLT, MOS Tempino and Gemah)

• Controlling any movement of guest and visitors, internally and externally

• Monitoring and maintenance of explosive storage facilities

• Managing all security personal and security vendor

• Monitoring diesel fuel stock and fuel utilizations and distributions

• Controlling equipment and material movement within managing manifest and related supporting documentations

• Maintain communications and coordination with external parties in Jambi Province (POLICE, Local Authority and Informal Leader), SKK Migas Sumbagsel and others KKKS

• Review contractor administration and invoicing.

• Surveillance to prevented any social conflict

Requirements:

• Minimum High School graduate, Diploma degree preferable, with security training certifications and maximum 45 years old

• Minimum 5 years of security positions and 2 years in supervisory or leadership roles

• Capable to operate and maintaining security facilities (CCTV, Metal detector, etc)

•  Competency in using MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)

• Excellent interpersonal attitude, communication, and reporting

• Ability to work in team, problem solver, and strive for continuous improvement

• Able to work with multi-disciplinary team with good character and work ethics

• Capable to manage conflict vertical and horizontal, internally and externally

• Domicile Jambi or South Sumatera

• Point of Hire Jambi
