IKM Subsea Indonesia; Cost Controller

IKM Subsea Indonesia is a collaborating company with the IKM Group with office in Jakarta. IKM Subsea is an independent ROV operator with our own Merlin work class ROV Technology. We represent a different ROV alternative for the operator in that technical and operational experience is transformed into a cutting-edge Merlin vehicle system. COST CONTROLLER

Work location: Jakarta

Department: Finance

Role and responsibilities:

1. Reports to Finance Controller relating cost control reporting matters and participate in the project meetings.

2. Verifies PEMS (Personnel Equipment Monthly Summary) project are correctly entered and according to project contracts.

3. Compile the documentation and substantiation for measurement, cost plus and adjustable items as per contract requirement as supporting documents for invoicing to client.

4. Prepare payment certificate/draft billing summary invoice to the Client according to client contract.

5. Closely monitor project profit loss based on planned/budgeted project profit loss.

6. Control project costing to ensure that project expenditures are within budget and in compliance with the contractual specifications.

7. Ensures all POs and WOs and invoices from vendor are tallied and assigned to correct cost centre.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, Diploma holders with relevant experience are welcomed to apply

2. Well-experienced in cost controller analysis and monitoring project profit loss, verifying timesheets, preparing billing summary and supporting documentation for client invoices

3. Ability to work within demanding deadlines

4. Ability to work independently, taking initiative, fast learner, and able to collaborate with team

5. Have a desire to make a significant contribution to a rapidly growing organization

6. Proficient in English and Microsoft Office is a must
