An Indonesian mining company which operates the copper and gold mining, and have a long-term expected mine life followed by processing stockpiles.

To support our expansion project in Mining Mineral Processing Plant – Management, Process Maintenance, and Process Planning & Strategy area, we are looking for highly motivated and experienced professional to fill the following position :

COORDINATOR RELIABILITY ENGINEERING - FIXED PLANT

(National - Site Based)

Some of your duties will include:

  • Follow up and execute the interpretation data of Reliability and Maintenance Engineering, with recommendations on vibration analysis, oil analysis, wear materials non-destructive testing, gear wear monitoring/failure analysis and equipment failure history analysis, to ensure the continuous improvement of Process Department equipment reliability and infrastructure integrity;
  • Field monitoring and inspection to make  important equipment and infrastructure reliability recommendations required to support improving machine maintenance and reliability improvements to minimize operating cost and minimize production losses. This is a critical position as mistakes may result in direct production loss;
  • Coordinate with Engineer team to responsible in determine planning major maintenance work such as fabrication and installation of new equipment, new construction, modification to equipment or structure, differed maintenance and mobilization;
  • Ensures that all work is properly documented, filed and recorded for future reference;
  • Coordinate with Engineer team to performs all functions of RCA, FMECA, and Pareto analysis;
  • Has depth understanding of engineering drawings/specifications; obtains construction bids; and performs construction management as required;

What skills and experience do you need?

  • Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with 10 years’ experience in reliability operation maintenance in the mining/concentrating industry, or in a specialty area are necessary;
  • Has minimum 4 years’ experience working in similar role as Senior Supervisor/ Coordinator Reliability Engineering in a large scale mineral concentrating industry;
  • Experience in RCM and RCA program; Knowledge of plan-making and project evaluation; Ability to carry out RCA, FMECA & Pareto analysis;
  • Has Frontline level operational inspector certificate (POP) or qualifications certificate recognized by KaIT (Chief Mines Inspector) in accordance with level of position.Certifications;
  • Strong leadership and organizational, scheduling & time management skills; Ability to work both independently and as a team player and thrive in a fast paced, high pressure environment; Ability to communicate well, and work productively with internal and external individuals; A commitment to safety and a desire to maintain our Indonesian mining operations to world class international safety standards;
  • Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written and computer literate (proficiently in MS Office and MS Project is a must).

ENGINEER RELIABILITY MAINTENANCE- FIXED PLANT

(National - Site Based)

Some of your duties will include:

  • Provides Reliability and Maintenance Engineering expertise within the Process Maintenance Department to ensure the continuous improvement of Process Department equipment reliability and infrastructure integrity;
  • Make important equipment and infrastructure reliability recommendations required to support improving machine maintenance and reliability improvements to minimize operating cost and minimize production losses. This is a critical position as mistakes may result in direct production loss;
  • Ensures that all work is properly documented, filed and recorded for future reference;
  • Performs all functions of RCA, FMECA, and Pareto analysis;
  • Provides engineering drawings/specifications; obtains construction bids; and performs construction management as required;

ENGINEER PLANNING ANALYST- FIXED PLANT

(National - Site Based)

Some of your duties will include:

  • To ensure the systems and processes that are required to robustly manage the financial and planning and scheduling aspect of the maintenance business are fully implemented and controlled.
  • Develop and implement a robust Reliability Engineering function that includes COMO, RCA and other functions as required.
  • Responsible in planning major maintenance work such as fabrication and installation of new equipment, new construction, modification to equipment or structure, differed maintenance and mobilization;
  • Compiles maintenance history data for the purpose of establishing and expanding Maintenance Time Standard;
  • Develop and evaluate plans and criteria for a variety of projects and activities and devise new approaches to problems encountered;
  • Plan and conduct surveys, tests or investigations, interpret results, and prepare recommendations, summaries, schedules, and cost estimates. Meet with representatives of other departments to coordinate planning and scheduling activities;
  • Review drawing before the fact prepare detailed estimate showing labour and material costs on all major maintenance works;

What skills and experience do you need?

  • A Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, metallurgy, mechanical engineering or a related discipline with 7 years’ experience in planning and engineering in the mining/concentrating industry, or in a specialty area are necessary;
  • Has minimum 4 years’ experience working in similar role as Engineer – Planning Analyst in a large scale mineral concentrating environment;
  • Experience in RCM and RCA program; Knowledge of plan-making and project evaluation;
  • Has Frontline level operational inspector certificate (POP) or qualifications certificate recognized by KaIT (Chief Mines Inspector) in accordance with level of position;
  • Strong leadership and organizational, scheduling & time management skills; Ability to work both independently and as a team player and thrive in a fast paced, high pressure environment; Ability to communicate well, and work productively with internal and external individuals; A commitment to safety and a desire to maintain our Indonesian mining operations to world class international safety standards;

PLANNER - ELECTRICAL & INSTRUMENTATION - FIXED PLANT

(National - Site Based)

Some of your duties will include:

  • Responsible to organize and schedule all necessary resources required to accomplish all phases of maintenance activities.
  • To organizes and schedules all necessary resources required to accomplish maintenance activities.
  • To ensures that equipment and material are available when required.
  • To ensures that necessary work history and documentation are properly organized and input into the computer history files.
  • Organizes and schedules all necessary resources required to accomplish maintenance activities.
  • Prepare and issue daily work schedules.
  • Prepares detailed critical path plans and job cards, including equipment and materials lists for major jobs such as planned shutdowns.
  • Ensures that equipment and material are available when required.
  • Issues and follows up on preventative maintenance inspections and procedures.
  • Ensures that necessary work history and documentation are properly organized and input into the computer history files.
  • Coordinates regularly scheduled meetings with Maintenance and Operations representatives.
  • Prepares weekly summary and exception reports; prepares long-term plans and schedules for review and approval.
  • Prepares purchase requisitions and warehouse issue tickets.

What skills and experience do you need?

  • Engineering qualification at Trade, Diploma or Degree level in a Electrical field or equivalent industry with 8 years’ experience in electrical planning and engineering in the mining/ mineral processing plant/ concentrating industry, or in a specialty area are necessary.
  • Has minimum 4 years’ experience working in similar role as Planner Electrical in fixed plant maintenance project management;
  • Electrical  knowledge and skills of relevant equipment; Knowledge of  maintenance procedures, computerised maintenance systems; Knowledge and skills of component identification, recording and serial numbering
  • Has Frontline level operational inspector certificate (POP) or qualifications certificate recognized by KaIT (Chief Mines Inspector) in accordance with level of position.           
  • Strong leadership and organizational, scheduling & time management skills; Ability to work both independently and as a team player and thrive in a fast paced, high pressure environment; Ability to communicate well, and work productively with internal and external individuals; A commitment to safety and a desire to maintain our Indonesian mining operations to world class international safety standards;
  • Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written and computer literate; Good computer skills of Windows, MS Word, Excel.

SENIOR METALLURGIST ADVANCED PROCESS CONTROL – FIXED PLANT

(National - Site Based)

The essential duties, included but not limited to:

  • Develop, implement, monitor, evaluate, tuning, and do continuous improvement of advanced process control philosophy that ranging from Primary Crusher, OLC System, Stockpile Management, SAG Mill system, Pebble Crusher, Ball Mill, Flotation, Thickener, and Filtration.
  • Collaborating with the instrumentation team in maintaining all infrastructures that support the advanced process control system ranging from various sensors, camera, AMDEL, ANSTAT, PSI, regulatory control, fuzzy logic, PI system, etc.
  • Maintaining & Auditing of the process control environment, identifying process control performance stabilisation, optimisation, and constraint opportunities.
  • Responsible for plant data analysis and visualization.

Required technical skills, training and experience:

  • Physics or Chemical Engineering background that familiar with Process Control.
  • At least has 8 years working experience in the same industry in similar role
  • Familiar with solid foundation of mineral processing and solid foundation of process control.
  • Highly organized and proactive team player with ability to multi-task.
  • Strong analytical skills with sound of judgement and decision-making ability.
  • Strong work ethic, coupled with a sense of urgency and ability to get things done.
  • Superior interpersonal skills and an ability to work with people at all levels.

CHEMIST – ANALYTICAL – FIXED PLANT

(National - Site Based)

Some of your duties will include:

  • Able to perform all required tests in accordance with applicable standards and laboratory practice; Control of process samples, concentrate shipment and chemical products.
  • Coordinate the reporting of results of the chemical assays both to the Process plant and Marketing team.
  • Control the chemical laboratory procedures ensuring the quality and accuracy of the results.
  • Control the quality of standards to be used in atomic absorption and titration.
  • Training and supervision of the work carried out by the personnel of the area.
  • Coordinate with clients (Mine, Geology, process Plant and Shipment) for assay   execution
  • Perform distribution of activities among the operational personnel for each shift
  • Evaluate Quality Data for trends related to customer complaints, internal processes and communicate team members timely
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards as required.

What skills and experience do you need?

  • Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineer with 7 years’ experience in similar position as Chemist in Mining Processing Mineral Industry;
  • Have experience minimum 8 years in similar position as Chemist - Analytical;
  • Have knowledge of copper mining technology and mining laboratory technical management; Has depth knowledge and implementation of Quality control and management system
  • Conduct studies and collect data to detect sources of errors and risks of quality control
  • Organize and interpret information and identify necessary corrections
  • Prepare clear, concise, and accurate reports on quality control strategies
  • Prepare reports and correspondence related to the security risks.
  • Has Middle level operational inspector certificate (POM) or qualifications certificate recognized by KaIT (Chief Mines Inspector) in accordance with level of position certifications;
  • Strong leadership and organizational, scheduling & time management skills; Ability to work both independently and as a team player and thrive in a fast paced, high pressure environment dependent on managing multiple project timelines and schedules simultaneously; Ability to communicate well, and work productively with internal and external individuals; Demonstrate strong conceptual skills, and capable of developing lateral and practical solutions; High level of integrity and commitment; Good analytical, conflict resolution, sound decision making skills;
  • Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written and computer literate.

SPECIALIST RESOURCES MANAGEMENT (TECHNICALTRAINER) ELECTRICAL - FIXED PLANT

(National - Site Based)

Some of your duties will include:

  • Provide maintenance engineering & reliability engineering service within process maintenance department
  • Monitor departmental results, identify opportunities for improvement & work closely with frontline staff to initiate changes.
  • Manage the Change Management process to ensure compliance, provide engineering input to the process, prioritize & coordinate resultant projects Review and critique work of others in the department for technical correctness (QA/QC).
  • Facilitate Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of major failure/downtime events & follow up close out of corrective actions.
  • Develops maintenance personnel to perform equipment trouble shooting.
  • Compile failure data, carry out FME analysis to provide input to planning for adjustment of PM/PdM frequency and spare parts analysis.
  • Develop & manage departmental standards
  • Act as a QA/QC resource when required
  • Identify opportunity, initiate & monitor trials of alternative parts where feasible
  • Oversee new installations, including design, modification & commissioning (baseline measurement)
  • Ensures that all work is properly documented, filed and recorded for future reference
  • Assist Superintendent Resource Management to provide data interpretation & recommendations

What skills and experience do you need?

  • Engineering qualification at Trade, Diploma or Degree level in a Electrical field or equivalent industry with 8 years’ experience with electrical maintenance in a milling/ processing operations/ fixed plant environment are necessary.
  • Has minimum 4 years’ experience working in similar role as Specialist Electrical or Supervisor Electrical maintenance/ fixed plant project management;
  • Has Frontline level operational inspector certificate (POP) or qualifications certificate recognized by KaIT (Chief Mines Inspector) in accordance with level of position.           
  • Strong leadership and organizational, scheduling & time management skills; Ability to work both independently and as a team player and thrive in a fast paced, high pressure environment; Ability to communicate well, and work productively with internal and external individuals; A commitment to safety and a desire to maintain our Indonesian mining operations to world class international safety standards;

ELECTRIC INSTRUMENTATION – FIXED PLANT

(National - Site Based)

Tugas tanggung jawab:

  • Melakukan tugas yang ditetapkan menggunakan alat bantu tangan/listrik, peralatan uji, kalibrator, dan meter pengukuran yang terkait dengan pemeliharaan listrik dan instrumentasi normal
  • Melakukan tugas yang ditetapkan mengikuti instruksi tertulis dan gambar dasar
  • Melakukan tugas yang ditetapkan ke parameter kalibrasi dan pemrograman tertentu
  • Melakukan pembangunan kembali dasar switchgear/motor listrik dan perangkat instrumentasi

Persyaratan:

  • Pendidikan Minimal SMU/SMK Sederajat.
  • Pengalaman Min. 5 tahun di posisi yang sama sebagai Electric Instrumentation Fixed Plant di perusahaan tambang mineral.
  • Pengalaman untuk pemeliharaan listrik / instrumentasi atau konstruksi peralatan besar
  • Pengalaman untuk pemeliharaan dan perbaikan semua peralatan karena aspek elektrik di unit dan fasilitas ; Pengalaman dengan listrik tegangan tinggi;

TECHNICIAN - METALLURGICAL

Tugas tanggung jawab:

  • Menyiapkan dan menganalisis sampel, melakukan dan memantau tes, mengumpulkan dan memelihara data, memelihara peralatan uji lab dan area kerja.
  • Memelihara peralatan penghancur dan penggilingan, Analisis on-line, pH dan Eh, filter, layar, dan peralatan vakum.

Persyaratan:

TECHNICIAN PREPARATION AND SHIPMENT

Tugas tanggung jawab:

  • Bertanggung jawab untuk mengumpulkan sampel dari pabrik konsentrat dan pengiriman, menyiapkan sampel Geologi, pabrik konsentrat, pengiriman, alat tes kelembaban;
  • Mematuhi metode, prosedur, dan instruksi saat ditetapkan;
  • Mengembangkan metode pengujian;
  • Berpartisipasi dalam proses sesuai dengan rencana validasi dengan otorisasi pengawas laboratorium atau kepala laboratorium;
  • Bertanggung jawab untuk melatih asisten teknisi junior

Persyaratan:

  • Pendidikan Minimal Diploma/ SMK Kimia dan memiliki exposure pengalaman kerja di area Chemical Laboratory/ Pertambangan Mineral sebagai Chemical Lab. Analyst;
  • Pengalaman Min. 4-5 tahun di posisi yang sama sebagai Technician Preparation & Sample di industry Chemical Laboratory/ perusahaan pertambangan mineral;
