PT CTCI International Indonesia is currently looking for:

1. Senior Piping Engineer

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare piping design report, design, document, and drawing.

2. Obtain owners approval for design work.

3. Communicate and coordinate with owners, projects, or other discipline engineers.

4. Monitor and inspect all work undertaken by design contractors to ensure piping design quality.

5. Ensuring that the work is carried out in accordance with the requirements of the current releases of any Company / Client or Statutory Design Codes, Standards or Procedures.

6. Take charge of control design schedule / progress / manpower within the responsible scope of work.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Mechanical/Piping Engineering.

2. Minimum 12 years of piping design and layout related experience. 

3. To be responsible for the checker position of at least two completed EPC projects (medium to large scale).

4. Experience of FEED projects is an advantage.

5. Able to develop piping layout, piping GADs, and/or isometrics.

6. Able to check piping design problems by 3D model and improve to be optimized designs. Experience in relevant software operation (PDMS, S3D or E3D) is preferred.

7. Other Software Skills: (1) EXCEL; (2) WORD; (3) Auto CAD.

8. Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

9. An analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.

10. Having good interpersonal skills, professional manner, consistent, and detail oriented.

11. Willing to be dispatched to overseas or domestic sites for project support if required.

2. Junior Piping Engineer

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare piping design report, design, document, and drawing.

2. Obtain owners approval for design work.

3. Communicate and coordinate with owners, projects, or other discipline engineers.

4. Ensuring that the work is carried out in accordance with the requirements of the current releases of any Company / Client or Statutory Design Codes, Standards or Procedures.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Mechanical/Piping Engineering.

2. 1 to 5 years of piping design and layout related experience. 

3. Experience of FEED projects is an advantage.

4. Able to develop piping layout, piping GADs, and/or isometrics.

5. Piping routing and layout, including pipe support via 3D skill experience is preferable.

6. Competent skill for PDMS, S3D, or E3D in project execution is preferable.

7. Other Software Skills: (1) EXCEL; (2) WORD; (3) Auto CAD.

8. Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

3. Senior Electrical Engineer

Responsibilities:

1. Engineering design works include power system, lighting system, grounding system, telecommunication systems, etc. (with the ability to lead basic design and check).

2. Mostly the design works will be done by teamwork and led by an electrical leader engineer, and team members should participate in engineering projects and deliver the products on schedule.

3. Ensuring that Project engineering designs are in line with customer needs and safety standards.

4. Ensuring all techniques, procedures, and designs meet appropriate compliance standards.

5. Coordinate with other engineering disciplines and subcontractors/client for technical data/information provisions/receiving.

6. Summarize data and report on test results (with the ability to lead basic design and check).

7. Examine needs on new equipment, calculate costs and help prepare budgets.

8. Take charge of control design schedule / progress / manpower within the responsible scope of work.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, majoring in Electrical Power System.

2. With minimum 12 years of experience on electrical system design is favorable, (experiences include system calculations, single line diagram, equipment/material requisitions, construction layout drawings, etc.).

3. To be responsible for the checker position of at least two completed EPC projects (medium to large scale).

4. Proficient in design and calculation software (ETAP, etc.,).

5. Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

6. Having good interpersonal skills, professional manner, consistent, and detail oriented.

4. Junior Electrical Engineer

Responsibilities:

1. Engineering design works include power systems, lighting system, grounding system, telecommunication systems, etc.

5. Senior Civil & Structure Engineer

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and complete report, design, and drawing (with the ability to lead basic design and check).

2. Make calculations about design of structures (with the ability to lead basic design and check).

3. Provide technical advice on safe designs and construction.

4. Obtain planning and/or building regulations approval.

5. Analyze configurations of the basic components of a structure.

6. Liaise with professional staff such as architects and engineers.

7. Administer contracts and manage projects.

8. Follow construction safety guidelines.

9. Take off and manage Bill of Quantity for materials.

10. Take charge of control design schedule / progress / manpower within the responsible scope of work.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering

2. Minimum 12 years of related experience.

3. With experience in general civil and structural design, such as paving, foundation, building and structure detail design.

4. To be responsible for the checker position of at least two completed EPC projects (medium to large scale).

5. Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.

6. Junior Civil & Structure Engineer

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and complete report, design, and drawing.

7. Instrumentation & Control System Engineer

Responsibilities:

1. Engineering design works include Control System, instrument specifications, analyzer instrument, and detail design Engineering, etc.

2. Mostly the design works will be done by teamwork and led by Instrumentation & Control System leader engineer, and team members should participate in engineering projects and deliver the produces on schedule.

3. Ensure that Project engineering designs are in line with customer needs and safety standards.

4. Ensuring all techniques, procedures, and designs meet appropriate compliance standards.

5. Coordinate with other Engineering Disciplines for technical data/information provisions/receiving.

6. Summarize data and report on test results.

7. Prepare instrument material take off (MTO) list for quotation project and Bill of Quantity (BOQ) of instrumentation & control material for inquiry during bidding stage.

8. Support the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and inspection of I&C related equipment.

9. Instruct design engineers to complete relevant engineering documents.

10. Dispatched to domestic/foreign construction site as Field Engineer (FE) to support site construction/commissioning work, etc.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's or Master’s degree in instrument & control engineering or Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering.

2. With experiences on Control system design, instrument specifications and detail design Engineering drawing/detail installation drawing are favourable.

(experiences include Control system design, develop system architecture, prepare instrument specification/datasheet, detail installation drawing, prepare instrument/material requisitions and construction layout drawings, etc.).

3. Proficient in design and engineering software (SPI, SP3D, PDMS, Revit, AutoCAD etc.).

4. Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

5. Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.

8. Procurement Engineer (Buyer)

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in preparing approval vendor list, enquire or provide reference price rates for proposal project.

2. Execute project all purchasing activities (Inquiry, Price analysis, Bidding, PO issuance and payment).

3. Prepare the Floor Price Evaluation based on historical unit prices or market conditions for negotiation and bid awarding.

4. Assist in developing new suppliers, survey and register suppliers.

5. Assist in establishing and maintaining yearly-based contracts with long-term suppliers.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree from relevant Engineering field

2. Having 2 – 5 years of experience as a Procurement Engineer in EPC Project

3. Strong negotiation, price analysis and good communication skill

9. Mechanical Engineer

Responsibilities:

Major Responsibilities – Pressure Vessels/Fired Heater:

Perform process design including the following items:

1. Prepare/update equipment list.

2. Prepare/update equipment specification.

3. Prepare/update equipment mechanical data sheet.

4. Prepare/update equipment engineering drawings.

5. Prepare/update equipment strength calculation.

6. Prepare/update equipment requisition.

7. Prepare/update technical bid evaluation for vendors’ proposal.

8. Review and comment on shop drawings or vendors’ documents.

9. Field engineering work at job site

Major Responsibilities – Rotary Machine:

Perform process design including the following items:

1. Prepare/update equipment list.

2. Prepare/update equipment specification.

3. Prepare/update equipment mechanical data sheet.

4. Prepare/update equipment requisition.

5. Prepare/update technical bid evaluation for vendors’ proposal.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree from relevant Engineering field

2. Having 2 – 5 years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer in EPC Project

3. Familiar with the relevant design codes, such as ASME, API.

4. Strong project management and procurement methods

5. Proficient with Microsoft Office environment (Word, Excel, Power Point, Email & Teams)

10. HRGA Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities:

1. To assist the HRGA Team on daily general administrative process.

2. To be actively involved and assist in the recruiting and onboarding of new employee process.

3. To assist in administrative process for expatriate formalities and visa matter.

4. To assist in employee benefit program administration.

5. To assist in maintaining company’s data record related with employee.

6. Responsible for document filling and organizing.
