We are looking for qualified personnel with high motivation, initiative, and integrity to fill the following position:

C&B Specialist

Purpose:

Organize and conduct compensation & benefit (C&B) activities and support the Company’s objective in providing equitable and competitive remuneration for all employees

General Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate C&B processes such as salary planning, new benefit introduction, etc.

• Analyze and organize compensation changes in regard to employee promotion/movement to provide the analysis of adjustment considering the internal equity and external competitiveness

• Analyze and conduct C&B studies to meet prevailing law and regulation

• Develop C&B policy/guidelines to support C&B exercises in ensuring that all aspects are under control and in line with the prevailing regulations

Qualifications & Experiences:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline

• Professional Qualification: Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in the HR & administration area

Required Competencies:

Technical Competencies:

• International C&B professional certification (CCP/CBP/GRP/GBP)

• Numerical Analysis

• Computer Literate (Microsoft Office)

Commercial Planning Analyst

Purpose:

Support the manufacturing of LNG through analysis in support of the commercial and business activities

General Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

• Analysis of the annual Hydrocarbon Entitlement Forecast for the Company’s producing assets and other producers in the East Kalimantan System (EKS) and its implementation. Perform annual reconciliation of Final Hydrocarbon Entitlement and over/under settlement.

• Short-term and long-term EKS’s supply and demand analysis including the entitlement of Gas, LNG, and LPG for each producer

• Research and analyze the long-term view of EKS and gas/LNG supply/demand in Indonesia

• Support finance planning function and marketing function on internal business/strategic planning cycles for the forecast of LNG entitlement and C3/C4 spiking

• Deliver other ad-hoc analyses/reports in support of commercial and business activities

• Support the other activities of the Commercial and Business Development Department, working with and supporting other Eni business function units as necessary;

• Comply with rules and standards set out in Company Policies, HSE Integrated Management System and Procedures, and participate in developing and disseminating a culture of safety.

Qualifications & Experiences:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant Engineering or Economics subject

• Professional Qualification: Minimum 4 years of working experience in exploration and production in the international Oil & Gas industry

Sr. Commercial Analyst

Purpose:

Responsible to perform gas marketing activities and administering the implementation of gas/LNG sales agreements

General Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

• Support the Gas Commercial Manager in preparing, analyzing, and negotiating commercial agreements and documentation, including LNG tender documents

• In coordination with the Seller of the State’s share, to administer and implement gas/LNG sales agreements and LNG tender activities

• Organize and archive all related documentation in relation to the marketing process and gas/LNG sales agreements implementation

• Provide weekly LNG regional market report/update

• Provide monthly and quarterly gas/LNG sales and revenue update

• Prepare market analysis for the future/potential gas sales project

• Prepare ad-hoc presentations and analyses to support the activities of the Gas Commercial Manager

• Liaise and coordinate with internal relevant functions (Legal, Operation, Finance, etc.) and external parties as necessary to support its activities

• Supports the other activities of the Commercial & Business Development, working with and supporting other Eni business function units as necessary

• Complies with rules and standards set out in Company Policies, HSE Integrated Management System and Procedures, and personally demonstrates, develops, and disseminates a culture of safety and compliance with business ethics.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business/Economics, MBA is an advantage

• Professional Qualification:

o Minimum 7 years of experience in either the LNG industry and/or in the international oil/gas company

o Having professional experience in managing/negotiating/implementing LNG/gas sales purchase agreements and supply agreement

o Knowledgeable to upstream economic analysis is an advantage
