PT Rukun Raharja Tbk through a Joint Operation (KSO) with PT Pertamina Gas has completed the Rokan Oil Pipeline Project. This was followed by a trial of distributing the first oil in from Duri Crude CGS10 to the Dumai Meter Station. To oversee the efficient execution of oil pipeline operations, we are now looking for:

PROJECT & OPERATION SUPPORT MANAGER

Placement: Operation Rokan Area, Riau Province

Responsibility

• Prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor the assigned projects.

• Monitor operation compliance with applicable specifications, codes, policies, and safety regulations.

• Actively represent the company to interact with partner in terms of contributing to the development of yearly company’s (KSO) budget plan (RKAP) and assist Company Committee Member in terms of technical assessment for RKAP proposal.

• Identify potential capital expenditure and business opportunities during life period of pipeline operation follow by proposed recommendation to Head Office.

• Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, and plans) and report regularly on project status.

• Cooperate and communicate effectively with project participants as part of a team.

• Review engineering design and deliverables.

• Reconcile findings and propose effective and efficient corrective actions.

Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or finance.

• Minimum 10 years of working experience in the oil and gas industry.

• Having experience as a project manager is preferred.

• Excellent project management, supervision skills and excel in building relationship with partner.

• Placement is in Operation Rokan Area (Riau) and willing to travel frequently. Reporting directly to Board of Director PT Rukun Raharja Tbk.

• Strong knowledge of sourcing strategy, vendor management, as well as budget preparation and tight cost control implementation.

• Risk management expertise to anticipate and mitigate potential issues related to oil and gas pipeline transportation, operation, and maintenance.

• Familiar with the latest procurement guidelines for oil and gas (PTK 007 Rev. 5) would be an advantage.
