1. Job Title : Environment Engineer EPC & EPF Project

Tanggung Jawab Jabatan / Responsibility :

- Prepare HSE Requirement document for EPC & EPF Project and ensure that all HSE requirement are met the Company expectation.

- Develop a regular audit program to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.

- Review Contractor HSE Document and monitor for Compliance.

- Conduct site visits to monitor project HSE requirements are implemented by the EPC & EPF Contractor .

- Ensure that allworkplace activities are in accordance with applicable HSES policies,procedures and regulations including compliance with ISO 9001,45001 & 14001.

- Monitor the effectiveness of the HSE management system and the effectiveness of policies implemented in the Company.

- Conduct Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment (HIRA) and ensure risk mitigation is implemented.

- Prepare HSE Incident trends EPC & EPF Project and identify the root cause of an incident and provide recommendations to prevent similar incidents.

- Implementation of audit programs and ensure follow-up audits are routinely maintained.

- Work closely with other departments to ensure EPC & EPF Project run smoothly.

- Coordinate with Stakeholders such as regulators,auditing agencies and/or consultants to ensure compliance implementation in the Company.

Persyaratan Jabatan / Job Specification :

Pengalaman / Experience : Minimum 5 years experience in oil and gas especially for EPC & EPF Project

Kualifikasi / Qualification  :

- with relevant quality, health, safety and environmental standards

- Bachelor's degree (Sl) in Engineering or any relevant study

- Having valid K3 - Migas Certificate

- Familiar with HAZOP I Risk Assessment & Incident Investigation

- Familiar with HSE management system (OHSAS 18001:2007 & ISO 14001) NEBOSH IGC Certified

- Good interpersonal and communication skills.

- Familiar with document control and administration work

2. Job Title : Pipeline Construction Supervisor

Tanggung Jawab Jabatan / Responsibility :

- Oversee and manage the construction process, including coordinating and directing workers, subcontractors, and suppliers.

- Supervise Contractor's activities and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards

- Attend and participate in HAZOP, Constructability Workshop and other meeting which required input from Construction.

- Prepare daily construction report and reported to all relevant personnel.

- Enforce safety  regulations  and company codes,  and conduct  regular  inspections to  identify potential hazards or violations

- Communicate effectively with contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project expectations are met also to manage and resolve conflicts between parties involved in the project

- Review, comment and approve deliverables produced by EPCI Contractor. The Documents/Deliverables for review/approval include Project Specifications, Data Sheets, Material Requisitions, Technical Bid Evaluation Reports, Vendor Data and Drawings.

- Identify and address any issues or problems that arise during the construction process

- Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved plans, specifications, and permits

- Manage the allocation of resources, including labor , materials, and equipment

- Developing an understanding of the overall plant to enable the assessment of impacts on the overall plant.

- Responsible for ensuring the execution of work  is technically aligned and in compliance with the Company's Operations, Policies, Standards of Business Conduct and Project Management System.

Persyaratan Jabatan / Job Specification

Pengalaman / Experience

- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in pipeline construction, preferably  in the oil & gas industry

- Proven track record of supervising pipeline installation teams

Kualifikasi I Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in engineeringor a relevant field.

- Experienced in onshore pipeline installation

- Experienced in CRA pipeline installation

- Experience in working with large-scale EPCI contractors.

- Thorough understanding of pipeline design principles, including pipe sizing, route selection, stress analysis, and buckling analysis

- Ability to read and interpret pipingand instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), alignment sheet, and isometric drawings

- Vast knowledge of welding techniques and procedures, including welding codes especially for CRA clads pipe material

- Vast knowledge of pipeline pre-commissioning activity

- Familiar with relevant industry standards like ASME B31.8, B31.8, DNV, API 5L, API 5LD, etc

- Proven leadership abilities to manage and motivate a team of pipefitters,welders, and other construction personnel

- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders

- Ability to resolve technical issues and conflicts on site

- Experience in implementing safety measures on a pipeline construction  site

- Must be able to work with the minimum of supervision and be technically strong

3. Job Title : Project Engineer

Tanggung Jawab Jabatan / Responsibility

- Responsible for handling & guiding EPC & EPF phase 1 execution including interface for Engineering, Procurement, Construction scope of work

- Responsible for preparing ITB AKM Project Phase 2 for Engineering, Procurement, Construction work

- Responsible for being involved in AKM Project Phase 2 process tender for scope of work and scope of supply

- Review and approve Engineering design deliverables, including drawings, calculations, study and specifications and other deliverable documents, submitted by the Contractor, Subcontractor or Vendors to ensure they meet the project requirements

- Ensure compliance with all applicable local, national, and international codes and standards, including electrical safety regulations.

- Assist in monitoring project timelines and electrical-related milestones, ensuring that the electrical work is completed on time and within budget.

- Monitor and manage any engineering and project issues or delays, ensuring timely resolution to avoid project delays.

- Ensure that engineering work is carried out cost-effectively without compromising quality or safety

Persyaratan Jabatan / Job Specification :

Pengalaman / Experience :

Min. 10 years’ experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on oil and gas projects (upstream and/or downstream).

Kualifikasi :

- Proven  experience  working  as  an  project  engineer  on  large- scale, multi-discipline EPC projects

- Strong understanding of engineering design, including construction strategy, installation strategy, and safe project operation strategy in oil and gas industry.

- Familiarity with industry codes and standards, International Regulation & best practice such as e.g., IEC, ANSI, IEEE, etc.

- Familiarity with Government Regulation/Local Regulation such as SNI, PERMEN, etc.

- Have experience in Workshop such as Risk Assesment, HAZID, HAZOP, 3D Model, SIMOPS, Project Star-up Safety Review etc.

- Familiar with constructability study, project execution plan

- Strong technical knowledge of project facility systems and project execution.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to identify technical and logistical issues early on and develop solutions.

- Ability to manage and oversee Contractors and Subcontractors in a collaborative environment.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with multidisciplinary internal team, Contractors, Subcontractor, Vendors, etc

- Ability to work in challenging and remote environments, if applicable

- Willingness to travel to and from the project site as needed.

- Strong commitment to Health,  Safety,  and  Environmental (HSE) best practices.

- Experience with  construction,  pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up activity in oil and gas projects.

4. Job Title : Static & Rotating Construction Supervisor

Tanggung Jawab Jabatan / Responsibility :

- Thorough understanding of piping design principles, including pipe sizing, stress analysis , and support design

- Ability to read and interpret piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), isometric drawings, and shop drawings

- Knowledge of welding techniques and procedures, including welding codes

- . Familiarity with relevant industry standards like ASME BPVC section VIII, B73.1 etc

- Proven leadership abilities to manage and motivate a team of mechanical technicians, welders , and other construction personnel

- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders

- Ability to resolve technical issues and conflicts on site

- Experience in implementing safety measures on a piping construction site

- Experience in working with large-scale EPCI contractors .

- Must be able to work with the minimum of supervision and be technically stronq.
