1. Senior Control System Engineer

Responsibilities:

1. A senior Control System Engineer or Automation Engineer is responsible for the Control System design, project organization, and project execution of company engineering projects in compliance with International, National, and Company standards and procedures for Best Practice Design, Environment, Health, and Safety.

2. Continuous learning and growing.

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) – Software Engineer, Control Engineering, Electrical Science, Physic Engineering or other technical background with on hands experience in the daily work.

• Automation Engineering/Programming Experience – 5+ years (including DCS and PLC).

• IoT Experience - connectivity, software development, data communication & data analysis.

• Able to drive a team and as part of team.

• Can bring something special to the team.

• Have good experience for engineering software in Process Automation

o Studio500, FTLink, FTView SE, FTView ME

o UnityProXL, Citect SCADA, Wonderware

o PCS 7, PDM, WinCC, STEP7, SITRANS

o PAC System, DELTA VTM

• Have good experience in designing the system architecture, wiring diagram, process and instrument diagrams.

• Have good experience in Digitalization and IIoT industrial applications

• Have experience as a Control Systems Engineer in the mineral processing industry

• Strong interpersonal, self-driven, and leadership skills.

• Excellent communication and writing skills in Bahasa and English is a must.

2. Junior / Mid Mechanical Engineer

Responsibilities:

1. Creates cost estimates and/or bills of materials for project budgets and/or scope definition

2. Performs mechanical engineering investigations on existing and future plant and equipment

3. Performs, reviews and approves necessary mechanical engineering calculations

4. Works with the drafting team to develop and review civil, mechanical and structural layouts, arrangement and detail drawings

5. Develop, reviews and approve technical specifications and data sheets

6. Evaluates and adjudicate received bids and quotations for both mechanical and process equipment as well as civil, structural and mechanical construction scopes of work

7. Involved in process plant commissioning (dry, wet and ore commissioning) and facilitates handover to site operations

8. Ensures justifications for contractual claims resolution and/or variations during projects implementation

Requirement:

• Min. Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering

• Min. 2 - 4 years experience as a Mechanical Engineer

• Min. 1 year experience as a Mechanical engineer & design engineer in mineral processing industry

3. Junior / Mid Electrical Engineer

Responsibilities:

1. Creates cost estimates and/or bills of materials for project budgets and/or scope definition

2. Performs electrical and instrumentation engineering investigations on existing and future plant and equipment

3. Performs, reviews and approves necessary electrical engineering calculations

4. Works with the drafting team to develop and review electrical and instrumentation layouts, arrangement and detail drawings

5. Develop, reviews and approve technical specifications and data sheets

6. Evaluate and adjudicate (electrically) received bids and quotations for both mechanical and process equipment. Evaluates and adjudicates electrical and instrumentation construction scopes of work

7. Involved in process plant commissioning (dry, wet and ore commissioning) and facilitates handover to site operations

8. Ensures justifications for contractual claims resolution and/or variations during projects implementation

9. Capable to perform Electrical engineering investigations on existing and future plant and equipment

10. Capable of utilizing supplier information, cost standards, and technical information from quality, manufacturing engineering, and design engineering to form contractor selection

11. Capable to performs, reviews necessary Electrical engineering calculation

12. Assist the Senior Electrical Engineer in coordinating with procurement department to communicate with contractors and suppliers primarily related to the Electrical engineering discipline

Requirement:

• Min. Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering

• Min. 2 - 4 years experiences as a Electrical Engineer

• Min. 1 years experiences as a electrical engineer & design engineer in mineral processing industry

• Familiar with Electrical & Instrumentation Standards/Codes (IEC, IEEE, AS, NZS, ANSI, EN, ASME, ASTM, SNI, SPLN)

• Familiar with and at least can review output/result of 3D Model design (SP3D)

• Familiar with Electrical Software (ETAP, SPEL)

• Knowledgeable of project execution principals, engineering process work- flow and project management systems

• Good knowledge of reading and understanding drawings

• Experience with other drafting disciplines

• Experience on Gold Processing Plants

4. Junior / Mid Structural Engineer

Responsibilities:

1. Provide project and technical design of all related Structure Engineer.

2. Coordinate with the other discipline

3. Supervise the BIM Modeler for the drawings production

4. Can work under pressure

5. Provide specification

6. Collect data as needed to support engineering work

7. Manage personal work time to keep assigned jobs on schedule to meet expected completion dates

8. Analysing the basic structural components of a building using structural software

9. Familiar with the Indonesian and American design codes or other international codes for structures and buildings;

1o. Provide details for strengthening designs or optimization

11. Review and analyse structural design drawings and detailings;

12. Making drawings, specifications and computer model of structures;

13. Working with other discipline to meet the target

Requirement:

• Min. Bachelor's degree in civil engineering

• 1 - 4 years of experience as a Civil or Structural Engineer in the Mineral Processing Industry

• Excellent knowledge and understanding of accepted Structural engineering practices, design codes and regulations

• Some knowledge and understanding of accepted Structural engineering practices, design codes and regulations

5. Junior / Mid Instrumentation Engineer

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for all construction works related to Instrumentation & Control engineering for Smelter and Mineral Mining Projects

2. Provide Instrumentation & Control engineering support to project teams, consultants, and other third parties.

3. Prepare, review, and approve Instrumentation & Control engineering documentation and design produced by consultants and internally

4. Prepare Instrumentation & Control engineering studies, calculations and reports for use internally by external parties

5. Coordinating between internal, external and third parties on matters relating to electrical, instrumentation and control system engineering.

6. Ensures justifications for contractual claims resolution and/or variations during projects implementation

7. Coordinates contractors and suppliers which are primarily related to the instrumentation engineering discipline

Requirement:

• Min. Bachelor Degree in Instrumentation and Control Engineering.

• Min. 1 - 4 years of experience as a Instrumentation Engineer, preferably in Mineral Processing Industry

• Min. 2 years of experience as a SmartPlant

• SCADA and PLC Programming knowledge a significant advantage

• Proficient in English is a must

• Excellent knowledge and understanding of accepted Instrumentation engineering practices, design codes and regulations

• Excellent understanding of project budget preparation and estimating

6. Junior / Mid Mechanical & Piping Designer

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in field measurements and inspections.

2. Assists with the creation of bill of materials for project budgets and/or scope definition.

3. Coordinates with and consults with discipline engineers to design, layout or detail aspects of process plant design.

4. Develops detailed design drawings primarily for mechanical and piping disciplines using computer assisted drafting in either 2D or 3D.

5. Develops Mechanical and Piping Layout drawings.

6. Develops Mechanical plate work general arrangement and detailed drawings.

7. Develops Mechanical shop detail drawings.

8. Develops Piping Isometric drawings.

9. Ensures compliance with internal document control procedures.

10. Ensures drawing formats are as per company standards and in line with best practice.

11. Ensures drawings are clear and accurate for project implementation.

12. Identifies opportunities to improve processes and efficiencies in the development and implementation of the capital works projects

13. Is required to occasionally perform the above works at the companies’ various project sites.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in field measurements and inspections.

3. Coordinates with and consults with discipline engineers to design, layout or detail aspects of process plant design.

4. Develops civil and rebar detailed and shop detail drawings.

5. Develops Civil and Structural Layout drawings.

6. Develops detailed design drawings primarily for civil and structural disciplines using computer assisted drafting in either 2D or 3D.

7. Develops structural detail and shop detail drawings.

8. Ensures compliance with internal document control procedures.

9. Ensures drawing formats are as per company standards and in line with best practice.

10. Ensures drawings are clear and accurate for project implementation.

11. Identifies opportunities to improve processes and efficiencies in the development and implementation of the capital works projects

12. Is required to occasionally perform the above works at the companies’ various project sites.

9. Process Engineer

Responsibilities:

1. Assisting the Senior Process Engineer to coordinates contractors and suppliers, which are primarily related to the processing and metallurgy discipline.

2. Ensures continuous development of skills and knowledge of subordinates for achieving safe and efficient work.

3. Undertake and/or delegates jobs and sets clear objectives and conducts performance review of direct subordinates.

4. Developing and undertake process plant design including, development of mass and energy balances, plant layout, flowsheets, P&IDs, design criteria, control philosophy and operating costs.

5. Developing and undertake the process components of scoping and feasibility studies, Undertake and/or oversee metallurgical test work programmes, Undertake and/or oversee commissioning activities.

6. Design process-related test work and liaise with parties involved in the test work programme and also Prepare of process components of study documents.

7. Mentor and coach Junior Process Engineers to achieve company standards.

8. To provide accurate and timely project or test work reports as required.

Requirement:

• Minimum Bachelor degree in Metallurgy or Chemical Engineering, with minimum 8 years working experiences in Gold and Mineral Processing Company.

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, team player and able to work with minimal supervision, excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written and computer literate, Demonstrating and promoting behaviour so that work is carried out in a way that is consistent with valuing people, integrity, teamwork and high standards.

• Familiar with gold and mineral processing treatment such as Flotation, Cyanide, HL, SX EW, GRG, Gold EW and etc.

• Familiar with Metallurgy account system, laboratory, R&D, geo metallurgy, feasibility studies, process plant design, equipment selection, process material, mass balance calculation, plant unit operations and commissioning.

• Willing to work long hour and travel to National and International site of clients if required.

10. Smart Plant Instrumentation

Responsibilities:

1. Development of new standards and documentation (Owner’s Project Guide for SmartPlant Instrumentation)

2. Supports engineers, designers in the Engineering.

3. Manages and audits the SPI database

4. Customize, maintain, document, and control the local SPI template

5. Oversees project initiation and set up in SPI

6. Provides efficient data imports and exports

7. Manages As-Built Domains for documentation

8. Maintain Client’s SPI database seed file and contents

9. Provides local support associated with updates to SPI software

10. Manage escalation and resolution of database issues, engaging software vendor as required

11. Provides support for developing custom reports as required.

12. Manages SmartPlant logons and access rights.

13. Review and approve database change requests

14. Review and approve symbol change requests

15. Review output reports for consistency

16. Ensure that loop drawings are kept up to date in SmartPlant Operations (SPO)

17. Assigns loop numbers.

18. Manages structure and data integrity of the SPI database

19. Monitor project information and compliance by users contributing data

20. Provides SPI support of all control systems design for projects

21. Maintains SPI Standards documentation

Requirement:

• Minimum of 8 years+ SmartPlant Instrumentation/Intools Experience

• Experience with DCS/ESD/PLC wiring and layout, instrument loop diagrams

• Experience using Intergraph SmartPlant Instrumentation (Previously known as Intools) modules: Instrument Index, Instrument Spec Sheets, Wiring, Process Datasheets, and Loop Diagrams

• In-depth Proven Experience in SmartPlant Administration including database upgrades, setting-up and supporting SmartPlant Instrumentation projects, and splitting off projects for parallel engineering

• Experience in database setup and dataset management.

• Experience with SmartPlant Instrumentation customization and configuring seed files.

• Experience using Infomaker to customize specification sheets and developing custom reports.

• Experience on a project work
