We are challenging the Experts to join us in the position of:
1. Senior Manager Commissioning & Start-Up, Operation Readiness Assurance & Logistics
JOB ROLES
• Manage the teams within the CSU & Operation Readiness Assurance & Logistic department in managing preparation and executions of all process equipment for LNG; Conduct and monitor Contract Management System socialization; Provide advice and explanations concerning Contract Management System to Project-related department and other related department to ensure all related party understand and comply with the contracting requirement as stipulated in the related Contract Management System;
• Manage the teams within the CSU & Operation Readiness Assurance & Logistic department in overseeing/coordinating the works of all teams working with EPCI contractors and vendors to support project completion within targets. Monitor daily project contracts activities and lead the interface with CSU team; Coordinate within SCM Team and with all related department; Analyze and recommend resolution of major issues and concerns of contractual nature to ensure contract development progress and process align with required standards and comply with the prevailing regulations;
• Manage the teams within the CSU & Operation Readiness Assurance & Logistic department in the assessment of the works of the teams – related to EPCI project works done and handed over by contractors and vendors;
• Manage the teams within the CSU Operation Readiness Assurance & Logistic department in the development of handover systems and strategies/plans/and all operating procedures;
• Manage the teams within the CSU Operation Readiness Assurance & Logistic department in the provision of technical guidance to the commissioning team members;
• Control the team of Operation Readiness and Assurance specialists in coordinating and doing works with EPCI contractors and operations team related to operation readiness;
• Lead and Manage the Operation Readiness & Assurance team of specialists in setting up standards of operability for all facilities as well as standards for smooth start-up;
• Control the Operation Readiness & Assurance team of specialists in ensuring that all facilities built or to be accepted by the company meet all the operability standards;
• Provide direction and control the Operation Readiness & Assurance team of specialists in coordinating test start-up to ensure that the facilities to be installed/operated have smooth start-up;
• Provide direction on operation logistic requirements and develop the required third party contract.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s in Engineering or Technical Science; Tertiary degree in Petroleum, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering is preferable.
• Minimum 20 years’ experience in CSU, Operation Readiness preparation and Logistic plan & execution. Experiences in LNG project/ operation are required.
2. Senior Operation & Maintenance Engineer (OLNG)
JOB ROLES
• Provide Operation and Maintenance expertise and know-how in ensuring that the design of all process system includes operation and maintenance system;
• Provide Operation and Maintenance expertise and know-how in the development of strategy of improving facility/plants safety and operability as well operation and maintenance cycle inspection and overhaul planning system;
• Provide Operation and Maintenance expertise and know-how in ensuring that all operation and maintenance works are carried out according to strategy, system and optimized cycle plan. Including Turn Around activities;
• Provide Operation and Maintenance expertise and know-how in ensuring operation and maintenance targets are achieved;
• Provide operation input during plot plan and 3D review and during operability review to ensure that the maintenance activities can be smoothly done in the future;
• Develop the minimum spare part list to be kept in Warehouse and to be part of LTSA contract;
• Develop the machinery and tool list to be provided in machine shop to support reliable operations;
• Work with warehouse team to specify and develop the spare part to be kept inside warehouse, outside and preservation requirements;
• Design and develop start-up and operation readiness plans and providing operation support to construction teams during the start up.
• Provide operation and maintenance input to the development of OPEX.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or any other Technical Sciences.
• A minimum of 10 years in the Oil and Gas industry. Experiences in LNG Operation and Maintenance are required.
3. Senior Operation & Integrity Engineer SURF & Pipeline
JOB ROLES
• Provide pipeline integrity management plans for the asset to minimize risk, protect the safety of personnel, environment and assets value; manage integrity assessments and reviews, scope and inspection plans; and ensure sufficient quality deliverables are achieved to pass project assurance events at the end of FEED and ahead of Final Investment Decision for the project;
• Set up the requirements for facility integrity inspection, determine the baseline data and requirements for online monitoring, quarterly or yearly inspection of SURF and Pipeline;
• Accountable for sufficient depth of operational and integrity perspective in competitive scope, efficient execution plans, and new technology decisions during FEED. Efforts shall lead to the most competitive SURF system while achieving life of field functional requirements and protecting asset interests;
• Working closely with the SURF and GEP project teams to define SURF and Pipeline Operation and Integrity requirements in the FEED tenders; provide technical inputs and technical evaluation related to tender proposal submitted by prospective Contractors/Suppliers to be achieved efficiently preserving project milestones; and provide technical advice related to SURF project contract preparation and evaluate its terms and conditions;
• Review and contribute to contractor and supplier deliverables to ensure Operations and Integrity aspects are adequately addressed.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering. Advanced degree in the above is preferable.
• Minimum 10 years in upstream Oil and Gas Industry. Subsea production operations experience is required.
4. Senior Engineer Onshore LNG Commissioning & Start-up
JOB ROLES
• Review, evaluate and recommend commissioning support for Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning activities of the OLNG Operations Sub systems, systems and units;
• Provide commissioning expertise and know-how in supporting OLNG engineering contractors and vendors to develop and deliver the pre commissioning and commissioning plans for the project;
• Design and develop strategies of commissioning and start up systems, subsystems, facilities, units;
• Design and develop start-up plans and providing engineering support to construction teams during the start up;
• Support the operation readiness team by providing the sequence and status of pre commissioning, commissioning of each sub system and system;
• Review all Simops and temporary facilities that required for pre Commissioning and Commissioning such as Nitrogen Generator facilities for Pneumatic test, blowing and purging facilities, LNG importing facilities, Refrigerant importing facilities.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor in Engineering or Technical Science; Tertiary degree in Petroleum, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering is preferable.
• Minimum 10 years’ experiences in Oil & Gas industry. LNG project/ operation experiences are required.
5. Senior Engineer FPSO Commissioning & Start-up
JOB ROLES
• Recommend and evaluate commissioning support for Construction/ Commissioning activities of the FPSO Sub systems, systems and units;
• Recommend expertise and know-how in supporting FPSO engineering contractors and vendors to develop and deliver the commissioning plans for the project;
• Drive efficiency through commissioning and safety reviews and Prepare commissioning strategy in Program PEP and provide input commissioning requirements;
• Design and develop strategies of executing the offshore pre commissioning and commissioning plans for all FPSO related systems, subsystems, facilities, units;
• Design and develop start-up plans and providing engineering support to construction teams during the start up.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor in Engineering; Tertiary degree in Petroleum, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering is preferable.
• Minimum of 10 years’ Oil and Gas experiences. Experiences in FPSO commissioning and start-up are required.
6. Senior Specialist Project Control (2 positions)
JOB ROLES
• Monitor and review project Contractors work progress; Analyze and recommend project Contractors target, strategy and schedule, and other development service as well as project management system; Monitor and assist project planning and schedule alignment, interface and integration in the each of project plan and phases in order to ensure Contractors target and project planning and schedule are in place as a reliable guidance;
• Prepare project Contractors performance guidelines; Review and analyze INPEX Indonesia project plan and schedule; Recommend project Contractors performance indicators; Conduct and analyze project Contractors performance review process and result to ensure project Contractors performance according to project planning and schedule with deliverable according to agreeable contract;
• Prepare and provide technical inputs and technical evaluation in tenders related to project Contractors requirement; Analyze and evaluate project Contractors based on evaluation process; Provide technical advice in project contract preparation and evaluate terms and conditions;
• Review and monitor any change and/or deviation of engineering design, technical standard, and contractor deliverable MDR (Management Deliverable Register), provide recommendation to implement Company policy and procedures related to any change/deviation of engineering design, tracking system and record, as well as its interface program; communicate the change to related Parties; in order to ensure engineering design change/deviation comply with Company policy and procedures, and technical standard;
• Monitor project documents incoming and outgoing administration, filing system and documents retention; monitor communication, correspondence, and relationship with approved Contractors related to project contracts; in coordination with other departments and groups develop project report regularly and impromptu; to ensure project administration meet Company policy, procedures and standards, and project report submission within the timeframe;
• In coordination with related departments/groups, collect data and prepare plan of INPEX Indonesia project including its supporting documents to be submitted to SKK Migas, Assist and support to expedite project approval process from INPEX Indonesia Management and SKK Migas; Monitor and review project contractors, provide recommendation and solution to arisen issues and/or problems; in order to ensure documents completeness within the timeframe.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of work experience, preferably in Oil & Gas industry as project controller or project engineering.
7. Senior Specialist Project Scheduling (2 positions)
JOB ROLES
• Review and analyze project management method and project monitoring system best practices especially in oil and gas company and provide advance expertise and broad knowledge to develop/create project strategic planning that consists of project-planning format, project cycle, and project documentation through coordination with cross functional team and/or inter-department team in order to ensure created project strategic planning is reliable as a guidance;
• Develop and recommend project baseline packages and monitoring system that consist of 3 levels, management schedule as level 1, integrated project master schedule (IPMS) as level 2, and detailed control schedule as level 3; Coordinate with related department to review and analyze project baseline packages and monitoring system in order to ensure availability of project schedule control and monitoring system control;
• Analyze and evaluate with related department regarding project risk schedule analysis; Develop and recommend risk schedule analysis and probabilistic project schedule (P90/P50/P10 dates) in order to minimize unpredictable risk in project schedule;
• Develop and propose regular and impromptu report of time management status for project planning activities;
• 5. Provide advance expertise and broad knowledge related to Abadi project status, invitation to tender (ITT) preparation, and tender evaluation; compare and analyze all project preparation with detailed project planning including its variation/deviation; in order to ensure availability monitoring process of project planning.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of work experience, preferably in Oil & Gas industry as project controller or project engineering.
8. Senior Specialist Cost Estimator (2 positions)
JOB ROLES
• Develop and analyze project cost estimation and forecasting method and best practices especially in oil and gas company; Develop and recommend project cost estimation model with considering economic outlook, market trends, funding, interests, exchange rates, inflation, and other economic indicator that influence project cost estimation model and forecasting; in order to ensure project cost estimation is reliable as a guidance for taking decision;
• Develop and propose project cost breakdown structure and its coding; Discuss and coordinate with related department to identify and define cost estimation for each stage of project work activities; Analyze and evaluate proposed project cost estimation through validation data and schedule with scope of work in order to ensure availability of valid project cost estimation;
• Develop and establish risk analysis for project cost estimation, and sensitivity assessment on cost profiles; Coordinate with related department and/or cross-department team to gather input or recommendation for project cost estimation and cost profile based on their perspective in order to minimize unpredictable risk probabilistic of project cost estimation;
• Review and monitor the change of cost variables values influencing project cost estimation for current and future short-term period and update project cost estimation; Provide analysis and recommendation on cost estimation changes in order to ensure availability of updated and valid project cost estimation;
• Develop and propose regular and impromptu report of project cost estimation status for overall project stages;
• Coordinate project estimation documentation and record, keep and maintain data, information, archives, documents, and others both in softcopy and hardcopy in line with Company policy and procedures, and implement file retention schedule.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of work experience, preferably in Oil & Gas industry.
9. Senior Specialist Budget Controller
JOB ROLES
• Compile and prepare initial and revised WP&B and AFE development; Coordinate and collaborate with project management teams and budget owners to discuss and recommend project WP&B in order to ensure the availability of WP&B for Abadi project activities;
• Prepare and recommend WP&B and AFE discussion strategy with stakeholders; Review and analyze project WP&B and AFE discussion process; Provide expertise on WP&B and AFE negotiation process and also recommend solution if any challenge arise during WP&B and AFE discussion to ensure the smooth process of discussing WP&B and AFE in a timely manner;
• Monitor and review WP&B and AFE realization; Identify and analyze the needs to revise WP&B and AFE; Assist and support budget owner on preparing revise budget/AFE with related data and information; Compile and recommend budget / AFE revision to ensure adequate budget / AFE for supporting Abadi project;
• Assist and support AFE close out process; Identify and inform which AFE Close out to be submitted. Analyze, coordinate and prepare data and report for AFE Close out discussion to ensure the timeliness of the discussion and the completeness of AFE data Close out;
• Analyze and develop procedures and guidelines for WP&B, AFE, and Budget Control process for INPEX Indonesia in order to ensure the availability of standards for the preparation of WP&B, AFE and budget as a reference and for the process to run efficiently.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years work experiences in oil & gas industry and having experience in PSC Company.
10. Senior Change/ Risk/ Trends Management Engineer
JOB ROLES
• Coordinate and facilitate inter-department and/ or cross-department team to assess project risk, trends and change in every stage of project and implement management system/ control applied in the Company and provide advance expertise and broad knowledge to achieving business project through the organization (Business continuity plan, disaster recovery plan);
• Review and evaluate project risk, trends and change method applied in the Company and monitor the effectiveness to identify and define project risks, and propose change or revision and analyze the trends in order to ensure the method is reliable to provide project profile/ figures;
• Review, analyze and control project change, risk and trends management best practices in global world especially in oil and gas projects, and in coordination with Tokyo Head Quarters and related department to develop and propose change and risk management strategy; plan and evaluate trends management in order to ensure availability and reliability for overall project;
• Coordinate project change, risk and trends management documentation and record, keep and maintain data, information, archives, documents and other both in softcopy and hardcopy in line with Company policy and procedures, and implement file retention periods; Develop and deliver effective change plans and change reporting in conjunction with the Change Lead to document and communicate change activities;
• In coordination with project team and related department, develop and propose project plan such as risk avoidance, risk sharing, risk reduction and risk transfer, develop and propose contingency plan and budget for the project stages with high - profile; Determine potential trends and articulates/estimates trend impacts to project cost and schedule in a timely, accurate and logical manner in order to reduce and minimize impact of unexpected occurrence on project plan;
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance business relationships and project delivery and to understand the impacts of the change and project implementation plan to ensure that transformation strategy and transition planning meet program objectives;
• Propose general understanding of the specific scope, execution strategy, and estimate content about Trends and Project Changes to ensure effective integration of risk, change and trends management.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or any other Technical Sciences. Advanced degree in the above is preferable.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry, having experience in project engineering or project management team of which at least 5 years spent for risk or change management.
