- Membuat Contract yang berhubungan dengan Fasilitas Kantor Jakarta

- Berdiskusi dengan SKK Migas untuk kegiatan anggaran Fasilitas Kantor

- Membuat Recapitulasi anggaran dan monitoring Report Work Program & Budget utk fasilitas kantor

- Mengatur perjalanan dinas memastikan bahwa perjalanan dinas pegawai berjalan dengan lancar, mulai dari pemesanan tiket pesawat hingga reservasi hotel.

- In regards with the development of GOKPL one of the main job of General Affairs is to support the activity / operational of GOKPL whereas the number of the employee now is 75% fill in with recruitment on going, thus in such we would like to propose GA Officer to support , control and monitoring the General Affaris Expenditure and activity as align with Budgetary as approved by SKK Migas.

- Requirements fill in as approved on RPTK.

Education      : Senior High School / Diploma III / Bachelor Degree (S1) / Post Graduate (S2)  *)

Major Study  : Business Administration

Experience    : Fresh Graduate / Minimum experience: …………  years  *)
