Position Title: Completion Engineer

Location: Jambi, Indonesia

We are currently seeking a Completion Engineer to join our team.

Qualifications:

- Age in between 30 ~ 50.

- Can speak and write in English well.

- Having experience in downhole completion installation job for min 5 years.

- Have a bachelor’s degree

- Good working knowledge of Microsoft office (excel & word)

- Willing to placement both of onshore & offshore

- Good communication skills

- Having a good knowledge of drilling / work over & completion operations techniques

Responsibilities:

- Having knowledge of completion procedures, testing and splicing equipment and applying them.

- Performing functional test all completion accessories, including but not limited to test the variance of Production Packer especially ESP Packer, TRSV/Sub Surface Safety Valve, Sliding Slave (SSD), Landing Nipples and Flow Coupling at wellsite.

- Installing Upper Completion equipment in line with operating procedures to ensure flawless execution and minimizing down-time for our customers, able to make root cause analysis and trouble shooting in case of work failure.

- Redressing completion equipment at site.

- Providing front-line support with customer and accurately completing all paperwork prior to or upon completion of job.

- Documenting of completion equipment by maintaining pre and post job well-site records and communications to ensure compliance and regulations are followed.

- Providing technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members to deliver projects within time frames and scopes

- Be familiar in safety issues, ensuring to meet all QHSSE requirements and monitor all safety statistics related at site.

Position Title: Drilling Fluid Engineer

Location: Jambi, Indonesia

We are currently seeking a Drilling Fluid Engineer to join our team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or a related field

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Drilling Fluid Engineer

• Proficiency in drilling fluid software and modelling tools

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and optimize drilling fluid programs for various drilling operations

• Monitor drilling fluid properties and adjust formulations as needed to ensure efficient and safe drilling

• Collaborate with drilling engineers, geologists, and rig crews to troubleshoot drilling fluid-related issues

• Conduct laboratory tests and analysis to evaluate drilling fluid performance

• Provide technical support to rig personnel during drilling operations

• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and best practices for drilling fluid management

Position Title: Project Supervisor

Location: Jakarta/Jambi, Indonesia

Employment Type: Full-time

We are currently seeking a Project Supervisor to join our team.

Qualifications:

- Age in between 40 ~ 52

- Has an ability to give consultation on designing and running completion accessories

- The candidate shall be fluent in English, communicative and technically qualified with minimum of 15 years’ experience in related to this Scope of Work.

- Have a bachelor’s degree

- Good working knowledge of Microsoft office (excel & word)

- Willing to placement both of onshore & offshore

- Good communication skills

Responsibilities:

Prepare Work program on each well to be done, the proposal has to be submitted at the latest of 2 weeks prior to Pre-spud.

Submit and Report a final report/post mortem rep at the end of the well. Review the cost and obtain an improvement plan.

Give any inputs/feedback to COMPANY. Has a willingness to share knowledge with Company’s engineer by creating post- job evaluation report.

Be responsible to encourage the safety awareness, includes, but not limited to, COMPANY’s Safety Regulation; among all’s Personnel.

Be available to attend Pre- spud or Pre-Job meeting and working at COMPANY’s Office if it is required.

Be available to attend COMPANY’S Drilling Operations Morning Meeting at COMPANY’s Office.

• Maximum age 50 years old

• Min 7 years of field experience in Oil and Gas industry

• Min. 5 years of experience on Conventional Wellhead / Uni-head / Split Uni-head and Xmas tree Operation and Installation.

• Familiar with any brand of wellhead equipment.

• Understanding of Well Integrity, including Sustained Casing Pressure Management, Leak-off testing and general Wellhead & Xmas Tree Maintenance

• Able to work as a team & individual
