1. Job Title: Operational Readiness Engineer

Gresik, 6 months

- Analyst and provide technical advice and guidance for phases of a large/complex engineering project and programs, ensuring the successful conclusion of all phases within an appropriate time

- Assist in the development to refine and deliver the operational readiness plans, including sequencing coordination with design, construction, commissioning, and site operations, provide solutions as required to deliver Operational Readiness objectives

- Progress strategic actions through engagement with area leads and subjects matter experts from site and functional groups around the company to ensure alignment to best practices and established company standards

- Review, investigate, and develop appropriate recommendations regarding assigned projects

- Follow schedules to ensure that programs are delivered as planned

- Previous exposure to project controls/project management

Must have:

- Engineering degree and Science bachelor degree required

- Previous experience in end to end project management (engineering, procurement, construction management, commissioning)

- Engineering experience in a mineral processing or mining industry preferred

2. Commissioning Deputy Area Manager

Gresik, 6 months

The Commissioning Deputy Area Manager will be responsible for overseeing the commissioning of smelting projects within their assigned area. They will be expected to coordinate with other departments to ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget. The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of the smelting process and be able to provide guidance and advice to other departments when needed.

3. Job Title: Commissioning Automation Supervisor

Gresik, 6 months

The Commissioning Automation Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of automation systems in a smelter environment. The successful candidate will be expected to work closely with our engineering team to ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget. They will also be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, as well as training new staff on the use of automation systems.

List of Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field

• 10+ years of experience in commissioning and maintenance of automation systems in a smelter environment

• Knowledge of PLC programming languages (e.g., Ladder Logic)

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues quickly

• Strong English communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously 

4. Job Title: Finance Controller Manufacturing

Jakarta, permanent consideration

Be part of the Finance Operations team, where standardization and harmonization are key, the sharing of best practices is fostered, and there is transparent communication. This role is responsible for the financial control of our manufacturing client operations in Central Java, Indonesia. It spans from cost control and reporting to working with operations, the supply chain, and sales to optimize costs.

Main Responsibilities:

1. A central point of contact locally for Capex requests, owning templates and policies.

2. Coordinating Capex business cases: responsible for the cost of sales part with manufacturing and working with other functions to come up with a total business case.

3. Capex reporting following the operations cycle, including the Capex spend forecast; concerning this, prepare relevant Capex reports for local management purposes.

4. Prepare performance reports for manufacturing and the supply chain in line with the local and operations management cycles.

5. Close contact with master data owners within manufacturing for translating master data changes in correct cost-price updates and understanding BOMs and routings.

Requirements:

1. 5–8 years’ experience in an international environment with a multinational company.

2. Experienced in dealing with projects and manufacturing is preferable and experience in ERP implementation (SAP is preferable)

3. Demonstrated excellent communication skills, fluent speaking, and writing in English are a must.

4. A hands-on individual is proactive in solving problems and has strong analytical thinking.

5. Job Title: Commissioning and Start-Up Lead (CSU Lead)

Jakarta, 10 months

Functional Responsibilities

- Ensuring people are ready -- in numbers and trained with sufficient competencies, to operate and maintain.

- Manage In-transition Brownfield permit to work process.

- Lead Stakeholder engagements with: Asset/Ops Teams, Project Teams, Discipline Engineers, Shell SME, in order to meet required OR deliverables.

- Ensure systems are ready -- Perform to intended design, built to required standards, verified through FAT and SAT, and commissioned, started up, and ready to operate.

- Lead Contractor for Contract execution to be align with Shell Assurance and Technical requirement.

- Ensure clear end to end role and responsibility when come up with Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning, H/O and Start Up Process.

- To meet SoF requirement, Operating guidelines, and Logic charts in place.

- Smooth transition from Construction Environment to Operation Environment.

- Accountable for the implementation of Flawless Project Delivery activities and Lessons Learned into execution of projects, work closely with Quality Team on Projects to deliver.

- Ensure Technical Integrity and Process Safety compliance through Technical Integrity Verification, Statement of Fitness and Project to Asset Handover.

- Execute Technical Assurance of Production Operations Assurance role on projects.

Qualification & Experience Requirements:

- Higher Educational Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering

- 10 years of experience, including 4 years on commissioning supervisory role.

- A comprehensive understanding of HSSE management & requirement.

- Experience in Leading and managing safety of entire construction site.

- Computer literate with skilled ability in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Completion software as a minimum

- Able to read and understand few Engineering basic deliverables such as P&IDs, Technical Specification, Method Statement, Procedures, WI, SLD, Logic Diagram, etc.

- Experience of driving business and word process improvement in project execution and construction, key words being: HSSE driven mindset, fit for purpose solutions, simplification, LEAN methods and cost effectiveness.

- Proven hands-on background in Commissioning, OR process including Completion implementation.

- Proven leadership and managerial skills and strong personal drive-in order to meet deadlines and specific targets.

- Demonstrated ability and capacity to step into Procurement, Engineering, Construction, and other disciplines to remove barriers when required.

6. Job Title: Camp Coordinator

Gresik, 6 months

• Coordinate the support services facilities such as accommodation, transportation, internet service, solid waste management with and the contractors if required.

• Coordinate with HR Support the onboarding process  of the project’s team and project’s contractors , coordinate with the related  divisions the MCU, safety induction, accommodation booking, airport pick up and transportation.

• Coordinate with support services department the meals required for the project’s team at both staff and nonstaff mess halls.

• coordinate the contractors and owner team site visits with  visitors division to ensure accommodation required and transportation from the airport to projects site are in order.

• oversees the owner camp rooms cleanliness, perform spot and physical checks to ensure the rooms cleanliness is up to the standard and report any issues related to rooms cleanliness to  support services department.

• it is required at times for the support services coordinator to meet the site visitors and new arrival at the airport, escort them to the safety induction center and to the UID center and finally to site.

• Coordinate and report any maintenance issues at the Owner team camp.

• Keep the support services Manager informed of issues and challenges that may rise to find suitable solutions

• Nature of work: Works on complex issues and implements solutions mostly through the determination of strategy and delegation to others in a group or functional area.

• Level of interaction: Often collaborates with managers and/or functional or site leaders and interacts with external EPC or EPCM colleagues.

7. Job Title: Electrification Advisor CFB Boiler

Karawang, 5-6 months

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for the advising of electrification installation work at site

- Responsible for the advising customer of coordination of electrification testing and commissioning work at site

- Working in a safe manner without risk to themselves, others or the environment

- Obey HSE policy and related instructions

- Comply with site rules

- Report all incidents, near miss cases or HSE risks as instructed

- Correctly use all required personal protective equipment (PPE)

- Make suggestions on how to improve HSE practices

Authorities:

- The right to make decisions within the area of responsibilities

- To operate in accordance with instructions agreed in the contract, within the frames of principles agreed with the project engineer (E&I), project manager and Chief Commissioning Engineering.

Tasks:

- Installation advising

• reviewing the preparation of installation works by the contractors

• reviewing contactors installation schedule, manpower and resources plans

• assisting customer in defining needed manpower and resources

• following up and reporting of the effectiveness and quality of installation work

• reviewing the safety of construction work in own responsibility area

• schedule follow-up and reporting

- Commissioning of the E&I equipment’s delivered by Client

• IO-Checking

• Field devices

• Parametrization of the VFD’s

• Functional testing with Chief Commissioning Engineering is beneficial

- Logistics

• Follow-up of material receiving at site

- Reporting

• daily reporting of erection work progress to the Site Manager

• weekly/monthly to the Site Manage

Competence requirements:

- Good knowledge of Electrification technology

- Frequency converters and intelligent motors starters (UMC and simocode)

- Previous experience of site work in boiler island (especially Recovery and CFB/BFB Boilers)

- Fluent English

- Basic safety and electrical safety trainings

- Has good understanding of contractual issues and schedules

- Accomplished 3 supervisor assignments successfully is beneficial

- Has proved to have capabilities to adopt skills outside his/her discipline

- Good knowledge of Client Site Tools is beneficial

8. Job Title: Instrumentation Advisor CFB Boiler

Karawang, 5-6 months

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for the advising of Instrumentation and automation installation work at site

- Responsible for the advising customer of coordination of instrumentation and automation testing and commissioning work at site

- Working in a safe manner without risk to themselves, others or the environment

- Obey HSE policy and related instructions

- Comply with site rules

- Report all incidents, near miss cases or HSE risks as instructed

- Correctly use all required personal protective equipment (PPE)

- Make suggestions on how to improve HSE practices

9. Job Title: Document Controller (4 persons)

Gresik, 8 months

The Document Controller Smelter will be responsible for managing all documents related to our projects. This includes ensuring that all documents are properly filed, stored, and archived in accordance with company policies and procedures. The Document Controller Smelter will also be responsible for creating reports and tracking document versions. Additionally, the Document Controller Smelter will provide support to project teams by providing them with timely access to project documents.

List of Requirements

- Lives in Gresik Area is preferred

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Project Controller

- High computer skills

- Work experience on major and big projects (preferred)

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

- Good in written and speaking English (since all paperwork will be in English) 

-Familiar with Engineering Document Control System

10. Job Title: Support Services Supervisor

Papua, 12 months

Essential Function

• Assist coordinator for the support services facilities such as accommodation, transportation, internet service, solid waste management with CLIENT and the contractors if required.

• Assist coordinator with CLIENT HR -Support the onboarding process of the project’s team and project’s contractors , coordinate with the related CLIENT divisions the MCU, safety induction, accommodation booking, airport pick up and transportation ,Air fast booking if required .

• Assist coordinator with CLIENT support services department the meals required for the project’s team at both staff and non-staff mess halls.

• Assist the contractors and owner team site visits with CLIENT visitors division to ensure accommodation required and transportation from the airport to projects site are in order.

• Keep the support services Coordinator and Manager informed of issues and challenges that may rise to find suitable solutions
