Job Description : Site Lifting Analyst

Report to : Coordinator Construction

Department : Surface Engineering Corridor

I. BASIC PURPOSE

The position is established to ensure performing proper verification and review as independent body for lifting activities, inspection of lifting equipment and Heavy Duty Equipment (HDE) to achieve safe lifting operation, availability HDE and lifting equipment resource and fit to use at Corridor lifting operation.

II. NATURE AND SCOPE

Job holder as Site Lifting Analyst reports directly to Coordinator Construction Operation Engineering.

As Site Lifting Analyst, the job holder shall know and understand crane and lifting code, government regulation, HDE and lifting equipment inspection procedure, familiar with manufacture operation and maintenance manual of crane and Medco crane and lifting procedure.

In carrying out the work as Site Lifting Analyst position the job holder should perform in proper, safe and efficient review and verification lifting activity and inspection lifting equipment and HDE by demonstrate and close coordination with internal department, HSE, Asset Integrity, Operation department and HDE and lifting equipment owner to achieve safe lifting operation, the best equipment performance and fit to use.

III. JOB REQUIREMENT

Experience and education:

• S1 in Engineering Majoring with minimum 7 years’ experience in lifting operation, lifting equipment and Heavy Duty Equipment activities, maintenance and inspection.

• Familiar with national, international oil and gas crane and lifting code and standard.

• Familiar with Medco crane and lifting procedure.

• Familiar with engineering wisdom.

• Able generate and implementation drawing lifting plan with computerize program (Autocad and or cranimax).

• Familiar with Microsoft program (MS Word, Excell, Power point, Outlook, etc).

• Excellent in oral and written English communication.

• Extensive knowledge, training and experience, has successfully demonstrated his ability to solve or resolve problems relating to the subject matter, the work, or the project.

Certificate holder :

• Preferable Migas Rigger Certificate and or Migas Crane Inspector.

IV. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITY, ACCOUNTABILITY, CONSULT AND INFORM

Responsibilities :

• Verification and review as independent body for safe lifting operation practices, lifting equipment and HDE inspection program by implement HSE standard, lifting operation and inspection procedure and guidance to achieve effectively and safely complete work responsibilities of self and others.

• Review and verify lifting activity as independent body by provide technical suggestion during preparation and execution lifting operation.

• Advise and solid discussion to all lifting stack holder to gain the best, proper and effective of crane and lifting activities.

• Review and verify validation the legal aspect of certification lifting equipment and HDE rental from contractor.

• Develop program for crane and lifting activities to achieve safe, effective and efficiencies of crane operation. (improvement crane safety device, rigging loft management program and training program)

• With HDE and Crane Inspector perform review and verify result of interval inspection of lifting equipment and HDE.

• With HDE and Crane Inspector Review and verify maintenance program activity of lifting equipment and HDE from contractor.

• Compile deficiency of lifting operation, lifting equipment and HDE activity with existing procedure and communication with TA, SME, HSE and respective party to develop improvement.

• Involved in develop contract and inspect contractor for lifting equipment and HDE tender to assure contractor provide proper lifting equipment and HDE.

• Review and verify result interval inspection of crane and lifting accessories for vessel, barge and tanker operation.

• Support to reach the target best availability and performance of HDE and lifting equipment.

• Control and monitor the schedule of HDE and lifting equipment inspection program to meet with procedure and guidance.

• Responds condition and positively when faced with new challenge and demand.

• Review, improve and implement the proper inspection check list

• Involvement of assessment program of crane and lifting stack holder.

• Develop list and AAR of crane lifting activities for next improvement plan.

Accountability :

• Implement HSE, crane, lifting procedure and regulation in all COPI area

• Implement Site Specific Procedure of Lifting Operation and Lifting Equipment Inspection and Maintenance for Onshore Lifting Operation

• Understand manufacture operation and maintenance manual for guidance lifting operation, inspection and maintenance program

• Perform review and verification safely lifting operation, inspection and maintenance of lifting equipment and HDE to protect people, material and environment from equipment failure.

Consult

• Consult and communicate with respective party such as HSE, TA crane and lifting and manufacture if any unclear or vague with specific lifting operation constrain, inspection finding and its make disruption with other to obtain the proper solution.

• Assist, consult and coordination with engineering subject expertise if any specific lifting operation case that need their expertise such us structure, civil and mechanical engineering.

Inform

• Build good coordination with other department during performs verification lifting operation and lifting equipment and HDE inspection.

• Monitor, control and coordination with other party to close out follow up/recommendation of lifting operation and inspection finding

• Transmits information so it is received and understood by other party in the way it was intended

V. CHALLENGES

The issues of specific lifting operation, mechanical, electrical and structure integrity system of lifting equipment and HDE to maintain safe lifting operation and equipment fit to use.

VI. OTHERS

Work Schedule – Rotational – 14 day work shifts with a nominal 12 hour work day.

Possibility to be extended to 28 days at field or working at office when required.

 

Job Description : Pipeline Coordinator

Report to : Support Service & Pipeline Supervisor

Work Unit : Support Service/SSPL Rawa/Rawa Operation/Corridor Operation/Corridor Asset

I. JOB PURPOSE

Pipeline (PL) Coordinator is responsible to coordinate specific of pipeline preventive and corrective maintenance, surveillance program as well as pipeline integriy program. Perform and implement good planning cycle, managing activities inline with budget planned, priority, timely manner, comply with prevailing regulation, and capable to demonstrate clear direction during execution job.

This include with coordination review and monitoring Contractor’s cost proposal, controlling contractor’s service delivery as well as Contractor safety performance and compliance.

II. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Deliver , monitor and control efectiveness the organization to achieve goals operation.

• Implement high safety performance and comply with Medco E&P Ethics standard include security awareness to minimize safety and security incident.

• Develop daily, weekly and monthly activities planning and monitoring these daily progress to achieve planning and schedule compliance.

• Responsible to perform quality control of the working result as per design, spec, timeline, and standard operating procedure.

• Strong managing Pipeline maintenance , ROW maintenance and surveillance to achieve compliance, prevent from vandalism and encroachment to minimize risk of Security, vandalism that cause property damage and PSE.

• Strong leadership to colaboration with other departement such as Operation, Maintenance, External Relation, Security and local stakeholder to maintain relationship and bussiness continuity.

• Manage and control department approved budget to optimize budget utilization and ensure not exceed in expenses,

• Deliver nomination of LRP based on priority and organization need.

• Monitor Contractor’s service delivery align with activities planned.

• Responsible to perform quality control of the working result as per timeline, and standard operating procedure.

• Conduct weekly and monthly meetings with contractors to discuss and resolve issues.

• Control and monitor all activities to achieve and maintain good KPI.

• Provide and deliver daily activities report and monthly department KPI to be reviewed by site management.

• Conduct regular inspection, hazard hunting and management visibility to ensure comply with regulation, procedure and company standard.

• Improve knowledge and deliver innovation or ideas to obtain optimization opportunities in organization operation.

• Establish organization performance to achieve the target maturity level based on Operations Excellence Framework as based line.

• Confined Space: Petugas Utama Ruang Terbatas (Entrant)

Experience:

• D3 Minimum 5 years experienced as a Pipeline Coordinator/Inspector or related function in addition, experience in the Oil and Gas Company’s industry will be an advantage.

• S1 Minimum 3 years experienced in a Pipeline Coordinator/Inspector or related function in addition, experience in the Oil and Gas Company’s industry will be an advantage.
