Job Title: Sr. Instrumentation and Control Engineer (TPC Position)

Job Description:
Responsible for designing, installing, and maintaining quality piping systems for onshore gas facilities and to ensure the budget and schedule are met as per company requirements.
Perform piping engineering studies such as hydraulic and stress analysis to determine pipe sizing, pressure ratings, and pipe supports, and other studies as required.
Select appropriate materials for piping applications.
Provide piping technical deliverables and ensure they are delivered according to the project timeline.
Review and comment on 3D model, procedures, material classes, vendor data and study reports.
Interface with contractors, project managers and ensure coordination between mechanical piping and other discipline.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on engineering task.
Response to any technical query regarding any issues related to piping based on latest standard engineering practice.
Provide piping engineering reports in a timely manner.
Provide technical input for tender plan, technical evaluation and presentation related to piping items.
Ensure proper procedures in place and in line with the standard engineering and statutory requirements.
Participate in quality control assessments.
Adopt standard safe work practices and procedures in accordance with the Safety.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering.
20+ years of experience in piping engineering role within Oil and Gas industry with Project experiences covering from Conceptualization, Pre-FEED, FEED, EPC until Operation & Maintenance.
Excellent Technical knowledge of piping engineering, including material classes, P&ID, piping stress, insulation, PFP and requisitioning of piping components.
Proficient in engineering tools/software.
Good understanding of contracting, procurement and commissioning.
Job Title: Contract Engineer & Procurement Coordinator (TPC Position)
Job type: Fixed Term Contract
Job Description:
Responsible for managing contract life cycles by driving value and efficiency, while ensuring operational integrity.
Responsible for managing agreements for Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC & FEED) Services.
Develop and maintain a portfolio of agreements (Annual Contracting Plan) liaise with SCM function.
Host and assist as required, a Project Contracting Strategy workshop with project management to develop the Project Work Breakdown Structure for the overall capital project.
Lead and manage contract development, including coordination of Job Specification components. Ensure consistency between Principal Document and all other contract components (exhibits, job specification, etc.) prior to bid issue.
Responsible for creating tender / contract request from the requisitioning until managing the issuance of purchase orders/service orders.
Responsible for developing miscellaneous agreements, required for the project. This includes working cross discipline and efficiency contracting management e.g. assist SAP contract management.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s in Engineering, Supply Chain, or other applicable Business degrees.
Certified in PTK007, preferably Rev 5 or the latest one.
15+ years of experience in SCM roles with at least 5 years of experience as a Contract Engineer.
Solid knowledge in SAP Procurement Module.
Job Title: Sr. Interface Engineer (TPC Position)
Job type: Fixed Term Contract
Job Description:
Supports the Interface Manager in managing the necessary interactions across multiple work streams for major EPCI construction projects providing relevant expertise within the project and, coordination across the various teams.
Ensure adequate control of all interfaces that exist for a given project’s (contract’s) scope of work. This also includes interface management between various subcontractors / suppliers / vendors and our internal units in the overall project development.
Immediately highlighted to Interface Manager or Project Manager any potential issues related to interfaces with a cost/schedule impact.
Produce and distribute periodically reports and will facilitate Interface Meetings on a regular basis.
Familiarize with the contract, our contractual obligations and company specific requirements and SoW.

Bachelor’s in engineering degrees.
