1. Operations Engineer (Process & Planning) (Direct Contract – Fixed Term Employee)

Jakarta , Indonesia

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Provide process engineering deliverables for day-to-day operation of offshore and offshore tie in gas facilities, including process troubleshooting, root cause analysis, plant performance test, and process calculation.

• Proactively seeking plant improvement by performing plant performance analysis, plant optimization, and feasibility study on plant modification.

• Provide detail process engineering support (basic design narrative and calculation, PFD, P&ID) and lead HAZOP as needed for project activity.

• Act as focal point for POPM (Plant Operating Procedures Manual) review and modification.

• Lead, establish and update the operations integrated plan including coordination with relevant department, external parties/stakeholder in a timely manner to ensure safe, effective, smooth and reliable operations activities

• Manage, coordinate, and monitor shutdown work with maintenance planner, offshore team, and related parties to ensure all required tasks are completed safely and in accordance with related schedule

• As the single point of contact for offshore tie in facilities; manage and monitor offshore tie in performance to ensure safe and reliable deliverables of offshore tie in facilities.

• Coordination with partners, vendors, government (SKK Migas) and internal business unit team to ensure smooth operations of offshore tie in facilities.

• Maintain and update monthly KPI data by coordinating and liaising with relevant team member department to ensure all data is valid prior to dissemination.

• Prepare and coordinate WP&B process and monitoring for offshore and offshore tie in facilities, including but not limited to coordination with related stakeholder (SKK Migas, Partners, etc)

• Produce regular offshore and offshore tie in facilities cost report to capture and monitor the expenditure that will be used for internal and/or external (JV, SKK Migas). 

• Maintain offshore and offshore tie in operations owner’s cost and update it accordingly with actual cost.

• Analyze monthly departmental budget expenditure.

• Ensure compliance to all relevant safety, quality and environmental policies, procedures and controls within sphere of influence (falling under the Operating Framework) to effectively ensure employee safety, corporate and legislative compliance whilst delivering daily contract gas quantity.

• Plan and promote all work to be implemented in a safe manner in support of Company’s HSSE objectives

• Shall comply with all Company HSSE Policy, Standards, and Procedures.

Qualifications include but are not limited to the following:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) in Chemical Engineering.

• Minimum 12 years of experience in process engineer role in the Oil and Gas industry.

• Effective communication skills in English (oral and written).

• Understanding of offshore operations and associated support requirements.

• Proficient in process simulation software, such as HYSIS or equal

• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project and Outlook) and Primavera is an advantage.

• Experience in HAZOP, planning and scheduling activities

• Strong safety and environmental awareness

• Project Management skills

• Ability to produce process engineering document (PFD, P&ID) and calculation

• Having planning competency certification (Project Management Professional (PMP)) will be advantage

2. Pipeline Gas Sales (Third Party Contractor)

Jakarta, Indonesia

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Negotiate terms or clauses in the agreements with the potential pipeline buyers, and other related support, monitor, and implement the agreements.

• Optimize pipeline capacity utilization and revenue generation.

• Conduct market analysis to understand supply, demand, and pricing trends in the gas market.

• Develop and implement commercial strategies to enhance the company’s market position and profitability.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, regulatory bodies, and industry partners.

• Ensure all operations comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.

• Monitor regulatory developments and advise on potential impacts.

• Identify, assess, and manage risks associated with pipeline operations and commercial activities.

• Develop and implement risk mitigation plans.

• Shall comply with all Company HSSE Policy, Standards, and Procedures.

• Demonstrate HSSE commitment in any activities.

• Responsible for working safely and environmentally manners.

Qualifications include but are not limited to the following:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) and master's (preferred) in Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.

• Have 5-10 years of working experience in the natural gas industry, with a focus on pipeline operations and commercial agreements.

• Strong knowledge of the regulatory environment and industry standards.

• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.

• Ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional teams

• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving.

• Strong communication and networking with stakeholders such as Government (SKK Migas, Dirjen Migas, etc.).

• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)

• Effective communication skills in English (oral and written).

3. Business Services Specialist (Third Party Contractor)

Jakarta, Indonesia

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Initiate, develop, negotiate, and manage all contracts related to the project, including, but not limited to, the contracts for relocation service providers, renovations, IT infrastructure setup, space planning, facility contractors, cleaning services, travel agents, land transportation providers, storage, security, maintenance providers, and others as required.

• Ensure all contracts comply with legal and company standards by working closely with procurement and legal teams to finalize agreements.

• Maintain contractor relationships and ensure that contractual obligations are met within the agreed timelines and budgets.

• Negotiate and finalize contracts with transport providers for the company's land transportation services and ensure that land transportation services are delivered cost-effectively and efficiently, consulting on improvements where necessary.

• Oversee employee business travel arrangements, ensuring that travel services are aligned with organizational policies and conducted efficiently.

• Manage storage contracts and ensure the efficient organization, security, and accessibility of stored items, making improvements where necessary to align with organizational needs and best practices.

• Assist in managing contracts for photocopy machines, ensuring the smooth operation and timely maintenance of equipment.

• Provide input and support in managing contracts with cleaning service providers, ensuring adequate staffing, service schedules, and compliance with agreed standards.

• Monitor expenses, negotiate terms, and ensure cost-efficiency in all service contracts.

• Ensure project timelines, milestones, and deliverables are met, and oversee the management of vendors involved in the project.

• Identify opportunities for improvement in the process based on best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

• Support in managing ongoing operations post-relocation, ensuring that the facilities remain operational and well-maintained based on current and best practices.

• Regularly assess cleaning service performance to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.

• Collaborate on budget planning for the relocation, transportation, storage, and facilities management, ensuring that resource allocation is aligned with best practices and organizational needs.

• Update internal stakeholders on project progress, highlighting areas for improvement and best practice implementation.

• Support in identifying potential risks and challenges during the relocation process, proposing solutions that align with best practices to ensure timely resolution of issues.

• Ensure any issues are addressed efficiently, working with vendors and other teams to maintain continuity in services and operations.

• Shall comply with all Company HSSE Policy, Standards, and Procedures.

• Demonstrate HSSE commitment in any activities starting from an initial plan until completions, becoming role model, and actively participate in any Company HSSE initiatives

Qualifications include but are not limited to the following:

• Proven working experience in contract management, general affairs, facility management, business support, office relocation, managing large-scale facility transition, transportation logistics/ facility operations, vendor and contract management.

• Strong project management and interpersonal skills

• Excellent negotiation and contract management abilities.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Familiarity with office and facility safety standards and compliance.

• Certification in project management (e.g.: PMP) or facility management (e.g.: IFMA).
