B. Fungsi Utama Jabatan / Job Summary

To perform day-to-day legal works to support Legal Dept. in giving its services for Company's business activities.

C. Tanggung Jawab Jabatan / Responsibility

1. To perform day-to-day legal work to support Legal & Commercial Dept. in giving its advice for the best interest of Company's business activities.

2. Support Legal & Commercial Dept. for both operation (incl. procurement, litigation and corporate secretarial) and commercial legal matters in an efficient, proper and timely manner.

3. Support Legal & Commercial Dept. in ensuring compliance of any and all activities fall under its responsibilities to protect Company's interest.

4. Support Legal & Commercial Dept. to provide certainty in legal protection, indemnity and legal exposure to Company in conducting its business activities.

5. Support Legal & Commercial Dept. in handling and providing legal services to Company including domestic and international gas sales contract, liquid sales contract, litigation, procurement of goods and services and standards or procedures.

6. Coordinating and cooperating with the Manager and other departments, if required, in handling the legal services and matters.

7. Support the Manager in communication with external parties.

8. Support the Manager in liaising and coordinating with relevant parties from Indonesian Government institutions, such as, implementing body/SKK Migas, co-ventures and other stakeholders.

9. Support the Manager, if required, to liaise with head office and affiliated company.

10. Any other duties related to the job as directed by the Manager.

Internal : All Departments and head office

External : Any government or private institution, company and stakeholders related to legal activities.

E. Persyaratan Jabatan / Job Specification

Pengalaman / Experience : 5 — 7 years working experiences in legal matters of upstream oil and gas industry in Indonesia.

Kualifikasi / Qualification :

- Min. Bachelor Degree of Law (SI)

- Familiar with the Production Sharing Contract and other relevant agreements on upstream oil and gas.

- Familiar with oil and gas laws, regulations and legal practices, including implementing body/SKK Migas procedures, guidelines & regulations.

- Good relationship and communication with SKK Migas/Ditjen Migas.

- Good English, both oral and written.

- Good interpersonal and communication skills.

- Good planning and strategic thinking.
