Eni in Indonesia currently holds participating interests in 10 (ten) Production Sharing Contractors (PSCs), which Eni serves as the operator in deep water areas with active exploration and development programs. The PSCs are spread across various locations in Indonesia, primarily in the Kutei Basin area. Job Title: Cost & Reporting Team Leader

Purpose:

• To coordinate cost control and reporting activities related to the status of the each project with respect to the scope, schedule, cost & budgeting, risk management: thus actively supporting the Project Services Manager for accurate and timely reporting the status of all projects.

• Collaborate with Project Services Manager on cost budget and procurement process issues in determining positive resolution and traceability of all cost data.

• Ensure compliance with corporate governance.

• To provide project management with accurate and timely project cost reports, verifying cost performance against plan, and identifying areas of potential budget overrun requiring corrective action.

• To coordinate the production of investment cost estimates for offshore/onshore development projects according to Company standard during the various project phases and as input into the project plan and budget.

General Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

• Assurance the updating Cost Breakdown Structure according to existing cost estimates.

• Verifying work progress status, updating cost documentation and allocating costs to the right cost elements.

• Coordinate the updating of procurement and contract plans as requested by the Procurement Dept.

• Performing earned value analysis of projects in execution phase.

• Assuring/developing and maintaining all cost reports feeding in cost reporting systems (supported by software tools).

• Coordinating the preparation of cost breakdown structures to deliver the best estimate allowed from the existing information.

• Ascertain that the project cost estimate supporting documentation are according to company standards

• Verifying work progress status, updating cost documentation and allocating costs to the right cost elements.

• Assuring/developing and maintaining all cost reports feeding in cost reporting systems (supported by software tools).

• Reviewing contractors or third parties cost estimates.

• Participating/validating cost risk analysis.

• Ensure that the development and update of cost procedures and tools.

• Participating in cross project analysis.

• Transferring experience within the team.

Qualifications & Experiences:

- Education: Minimum bachelor’s degree in engineering or technical degree.

- Professional Qualification:

• Deep knowledge of project controls function and solid knowledge of the overall Project Management Organization function.

• Not less than 10 years of working experience in oil & gas industry, both offshore and onshore.

- Language: Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia

Required Competencies:

Technical Competencies

- Good knowledge and understanding of Project Management methodologies and techniques, Project Planning, Cost Control, Risk analysis, Procurement strategy and Contract Administration

- Very good ability to work independently when required

- Good degree of computer literacy in Microsoft Office and Cost Estimating software

- Good abilities to read, understand, interpret, and write reports and documentation

- Good communication skills at all levels.

- Experience of working in multi-national environment, high ability to work effectively with people from multiple cultures and backgrounds
