PROJECT MANAGER (PM)

• Minimum 10 years experiences in the same field,

• Experienced in truck and heavy equipment mining operations management

• Excellent communication, teamwork, analytical thinking and organizational skills

• Experienced in coal mining company is preferred

• Maximum age 45 years old

• Placement at South Sumatra (Site)

CHIEF MECHANIC (CME)

• Minimum 10 years experiences in the same field

• Experienced in truck and heavy equipment maintenance

• Excellent communication, teamwork, analytical and organizational skills

• Experienced in coal mining company is preferred

• Maximum age 45 years old

• Placement at South Sumatra (Site)

MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR (MAS)

• Minimum 7 years experiences in the same field

• Experienced in truck and heavy equipment maintenance

• Excellent communication teamwork and analytical skills

• Experienced in coal mining company is preferred

• Maximum age 45 years old

• Placement at South Sumatra (Site)

TRUCKING FOREMAN (TRF)

• Minimum 5 years experiences in coal hauling

• Experienced in coal mining company is preferred

• Maximum age 45 years old

• Placement at South Sumatra (Site)

MINE ENGINEER (MNE)

• Bachelor degree in Mining

• Minimum 5 years experiences in the same field

• Familiar with mining software

• Experienced in coal mining company

• Maximum age 40 years old

• Placement at South Sumatra (Site)

PORT FOREMAN (POF)

• Minimum 5 years experiences in related field

• Experienced in coal port management, coal stockpile & barging management

•  Excellent communication, teamwork, and analytical thinking

• Maximum age 45 years old

• Placement at South Sumatera

COAL QUALITY CONTROL (CQC)

•  Bachelor degree in Geology

•  Minimum 5 years’ experience in the same field

•  Excellent communication, teamwork, and analytical thinking

• Maximum age 45 years old

• Placement at South Sumatra

HR & ADMIN SUPERVISOR (HAD)

•  Minimum Diploma degree

•  Minimum 5 years’ experience in the related field

•  Good knowledge in Manpower Regulations

• Excellent communication, teamwork, analytical and organizational skills

• Experienced in coal mining company is preferred

•  Maximum age 45 years’ old

•  Placement at South Sumatera

TRAINIER SPECIALIST (TRS)

• Minimum Bachelor  Degree

• Minimum 5 years experiences as Heavy Equipment Trainer

• Experienced in coal mining company is preferred (Site)

• Excellent communication, teamwork, analytical and organizational skills

• Maximum age 45 years old

• Placement at South Sumatra (Site)

MECHANIC (MEC)

• Minimum 3 years experiences in the same field

• Experienced in Heavy Equipment, Dump Truck Repair & Maintenance

• Maximum age 45 years old

• Placement at South Sumatra (Site)
