Applus+ is currently supporting our client in seeking for a qualified Business Development Manager based in Jakarta, Kalimantan and Surabaya.
The role involves full-cycle customer engagement, from demand generation to commercial execution and focusing on laboratory and analyzers.
You’ll be at the forefront of market expansion in your territory, managing key customer accounts and building long-term value through strategic sales initiatives, customer engagement, and cross-functional coordination.
Position: Business Development Manager – Analyzer Product (Jakarta, Kalimantan and Surabaya)
Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve monthly order/shipment targets and grow opportunity pipelines quarterly.
• Expand market share in the assigned territory through new customer acquisition and existing account penetration.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with end users, influencers, and channel partners.
• Identify and deliver value-based solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Plan and execute pricing, service agreements, and account strategies.
• Conduct regular client visits and generate qualified leads.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer-related coordination.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and sales documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams (supply chain, service, and marketing) for smooth order fulfilment.
• Ensure timely technical and commercial proposal submissions and order closures.
• Monitor and report competitor activities and market trends.
